Was just perfect very nice people that ran it.....we will be back. A lot to see and another reason to go back because we did not get to see everything we wanted to. The weather was also perfect. A very relaxing time and can hardly wait to go back.

This is a hard review for me to write. We have been on the road for 2 months now, traveling across country. I have wanted to review the places that we have stayed because I thought I would never get another unique opportunity like this again and people, like myself, read reviews before staying at places (or we try to... We always try to help our guests have a good traveling experience. If we are made aware of issues or a problem we do our best to take care of it asap. We were never told of any issues with this guest until they checked out. We do provide refunds if guests have to leave early. The owner and housekeeping... More

Great little place - very unique! We had a large group stopping in for one night - the weather was threatening hail and the owner offered up the little single car parking cubbyholes and we were able to put in about 4 bikes in each one. I'm being picky, but wish they had a blowdryer in the room. The owners... More

My first trip to West Texas and I was in ah the majority of the time. The scenery is breathtaking. All of the people every where we went were great. I don't remember when I have been called sir so many times. The Outback is an older well kept motel. Rooms are clean and the beds are nice, what more... More

This little mid-century, vintage motel is charming. Before the "hotel chains" came on the scene, these little family motels were spattered all over the Country and were welcomed by weary road warriors and their families. This little motel is old, yes, but extremely clean. The bathroom in our room was huge. There was plenty of hot water, the water pressure... More

We stayed at the Outback Oasis last year while we were in Sanderson mule deer hunting and loved it. We stayed here again this year and once again were not disappointed. The owners are very friendly and helpful and ready to make sure you have a nice stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked great. They have... More

This is an old motel; the owner told me she thought it was built in the 1940s. My room, No. 12, was very small, but comfortable for an overnight stay. It has tile floors, and exposed rafters in the ceiling, and a rustic, simple charm about it. It had a new AC/heater, which allows you to digitally set the temperature... More

We got into Sanderson Friday afternoon and we were immediately met by a very friendly Women (house keeper Mrs. D, running the show while the owners were out of town) who was more than willing to answer all our questions we had. Then we went in to our rooms and we all were presently pleased with the size and cleanliness... More
