We have 144 spacious concrete sites with complete utilities. Our 30’ x 75’ sites are big rig friendly and the largest in all of Galveston County. The older sites have shade trees which are unique in our area. With two sets of restrooms and laundry facilities for our guest convenience. All of our sites offer free WIFI and our deluxe sites have free cable TV. Our resort is a great area Texas City RV Park and our location makes us a premier Kemah RV Park. We are known for our clean facilities which are cleaned daily. Our park is located in a rural area and the atmosphere is quiet and adult in nature. Our rules are enforced with quiet time after 10pm.

This is our 3rd year stopping at Bay RV. It's our favorite RV park, probably because of the friendly crowd and central location. We like to day trip up and down the coast from Houston to Galveston Islane and we've found San Leon to be the perfect balance of location and reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

After a long year of not seeing my cousins we agreed to catch up and stay a week at this park as it was a good mid-way point for us to meet. Both our families bought our RVs and we got two large pull-thru sites next to each other which gave us lots of space. We spent a lot of time at the park on the outdoor picnic tables, eating and chatting. We also visited lots of the nearby areas and the Kemah boardwalk was definitely a favorite. We spent many nights in different restaurants (Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. was a lot of fun!) and checking out the amusement park! The managers were helpful when we booked the two sites to make sure we were next to each other and the park was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed and it was a lovely, peaceful spot to enjoy some family time together after a hard year apart. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in this park for almost a month and it had everything we needed. It was a really affordable option compared to some others in the area, with plenty of room and some great amenities. The bathrooms were really clean and the laundry on-site was a bonus. We are retired and travel full-time in the RV so these conveniences are a big draw card for us when looking for a place to stay. We loved the location as it offered some great fishing spots and there was plenty to do in the area. Kemah’s boardwalk was really lovely to stroll around, particularly at night. The nearby restaurants were delicious and we ate plenty of seafood during our stay!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Bay RV Park. Because we own a large class A motorhome, we needed a site that was going to give us enough space. We phoned ahead and the manager booked us into one of their pull-thru sites, which turned out pretty perfect. Heaps of room and nice, level cement pads. Hookups were really easy and included the usual electricity, sewerage and water. There was plenty of space to park our mini cooper too, which we used to get around the area. Most of the main sights are within 30 minutes' drive and we saw plenty of highlights during our stay. Galveston was definitely a favorite. The historic town center had some great little shops to explore, and we ate out often at the nearby restaurants. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely come back to Bay RV.

We headed out to Texas from the northeast in April of 2022 on vacation in our family RV. Bay RV park fit the bill just perfectly, for us! It’s centrally located and we were able to base ourselves there while visiting local sites- my favorite was the Bush Presidential Library and my husband couldn’t stop talking about our visit to NASA and his childhood dreams of becoming an Astronaut! The management of the RV park helped us plan our time and made recommendations about what to see and do. We had an absolute blast (off). Thanks again for the great visit!

After looking around the area for the nicest and most affordable place, we ended up choosing Bay RV Park near Dickinson. It was a nice place to hang our hats for four days and just relax. Nice people, peaceful and good value!

I live close by in Houston and after some recent mediocre RV park experiences in the Galveston Island area I decided that I needed to identify my go-to RV park for weekend getaways. In my typical obsessive fashion I discovered that there are 11 RV parks in San Leon and went about visiting all of them in a single afternoon. Bay RV beat the others out on several fronts: Quality (the pads were nicely spaced and shady), Value ($50/night is the best deal in San Leon that I could find) and most importantly, Friendliness (I met the owner who was a real sweetie and made me feel welcome). A month later I spent my first weekend there with my Ford F250, trailer and fiance and we had the nicest time. Great location, great neighbors and great memories! Bay RV is my new home away from home!

This park is great! I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area. We’ve recently hit the road in our new Airstream Bambi (which we love!) as the kids are grown and we’re lucky enough to be able to telecommute for work. We love exploring different areas around the country and Bay RV Park was great for exploring the local area. It was nice and quiet so we could work when we needed to (free wifi worked well), walk to some nearby convenience stores if we needed anything and then explore nearby Galveston and Kemah, which were really beautiful areas. They had some great shops and wonderful restaurants. We even managed a quick trip to check out NASA, which was only about 20 minutes away. Thanks to the managers for a great stay!

My husband and I love old trains and old train museums. We’ve been plotting our way around Texas in our RV in a quest to visit all of the railroad museums in the state. Bay RV Park was a gem with spacious sites, clean facilities and nice people. The site is about 15 minutes away from the Dickinson Railway Museum and 30 minutes from the Galveston Railroad Museum which was just perfect for us! Both museums were delightful and we even managed to take in some of the historic house tours on Galveston Island. We planned for a two night stay and stayed for three - thanks for a welcoming base camp Bay RV Park!

This park is near all the good destination entertainment and attractions in the Houston Bay Area. The Staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. The sites are large RV friendly as some are 75' long. We have stayed here several times.
