I’ve visited this location at least 9 plus times for work and Svetlana Castillo the manager is awesome!! She’s very friendly and always helpful. Kenneth Jones is also very helpful. He always have a pleasant attitude and go beyond to make sure we are happy. They are part of the reason I frequent this establishment.

My husband and I have just enjoyed a five night stay at this Hilton. What a wonderful hotel! Our congratulations to the Manager, and to the staff. First, our room was impeccably clean, with a lovely view that stretched for miles. It was so comfortable and cozy that we ended up -- unexpectedly -- just enjoying reading, working, and relaxing in the room, when we weren't with family (the purpose of our visit). A real holiday. Svetlana at the front desk, Yuri in the dining room, and MANY other staff members, made us feel welcome and at home. There wasn't a single staff member who didn't greet us warmly and courteously. Surely few hotels can offer such exceptional service. I like to swim, and the fact that the pool was large enough to do laps, was an added bonus. No fish pond here. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else, on our next trip to see the new grandson! …

Overall good experience. One of the best parts of the stay was the courteous and happy reception we received by Erica that's why I rated very good otherwise it would have been average. That was for sure the highlight in this stay the negative was not being able to shower the first morning due to no shampoo or conditioner shower fixtures falling apart and leaking also the gentleman selling to-go coffees and pastries is not too welcoming or was in a bad mood. A call to front desk was no help they finally delivered an hour after as we were leaving the room. When I stay at hotels I choose Hilton however this one might be scratched off my list.

Amazing service Joe at the dinner was fantastic 10 out of 10 would come back just because of him!! Great food, amazing service, super comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Very close to the event spaces as well!

Joe it the best bartender I have ever encountered. He is kind, Friendly, and creates such a great atmosphere for the guests that he serves. He is a great person to talk to and make the best dirty martinis. He is the bartender who will enhance your stay and lift your spirit with out knowing he is doing it. My visit was not for fun/ pleasure and he made my vacation memorable. The man deserves a raise. In my 6 day stay he was by far the best employee at the Hilton Richardson his costumer service is far above his pay grade.

Joe the bartender was great. Really knows his drinks and, gets to everyone in a good amount of time. Might just stop in to drink at the bar if he’s working. We also had some inconveniences and the hotel staff was quick to act. A little spend, but will probably stay again.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Chase welcomed us with open arms. Her customer service was second to none. Joe the Bartender and Rodney the cook display of customer service that make me want to return even if I am not staying at the hotel. The drinks and food were excellent. Tell Rodney he owes me for my ER visit because I bit my finger with that awesome sauce on it.

Omg is all i can about this place. From Chase checking us in, and she was so helpful. Room on the 18th floor corner view absolutely amazing, then let me dinner and drinks. Mr. Joe was our bartender and Rodney was our cook both nights. Mr. Joe has exceptional skills and experience our drinks were so good. My husband had the big Texas burger 💯 great, and I had the shrimps and grits both nights and I'm very picky and it was so delicious. We also had the wings as appetizers, we had the Thai sriracha chili sauce with ranch and blue cheese sauce. Everything was superb. Excellence beyond words. The room very clean and the bedding feels so clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel to stay at. You will not be disappointed.

Hotel is great, clean and attentive staff. Stetlana at front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our family checking in a day early. Joe the bartender was easy to talk to, offering a fantastic dirty martini with ketel one vodka and blue cheese olives. Highly recommend!
