My husband and I have just enjoyed a five night stay at this Hilton.
What a wonderful hotel! Our congratulations to the Manager, and to the staff.
First, our room was impeccably clean, with a lovely view that stretched for miles. It was so comfortable and cozy that we ended up -- unexpectedly --
just enjoying reading, working, and relaxing in the room, when we weren't with family (the purpose of our visit). A real holiday.
Svetlana at the front desk, Yuri in the dining room, and MANY other staff members, made us feel welcome and at home. There wasn't a single staff member who didn't greet us warmly and courteously. Surely few hotels can offer such exceptional service.
I like to swim, and the fact that the pool was large enough to do laps, was an added bonus. No fish pond here.
We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else, on our next trip to see the new grandson!

I am a frequent traveler and as such have been accustomed to notice the details of the rooms, restaurants and customer service. This hotel excels at all of them. One would think that a hotel dinner would be just to ease the hunger but a couple of times I've been surprised with the cooks' touch. The rooms are clean and the sheets and pillows never smell weird, which gives me assurance to rest every time. Finally, the reception is what I wish every hotel had, with their courteous personnel committed to resolving your every concern and ensuring satisfaction. I was astonished that last week when I last checked in, they notified me that they had a package for me that had been waiting for almost a year! When I go to the same I usually try a new hotel but not in this area because it's highly unlikely this type of service is beaten.

Everything is good except the air conditioning. Its very bad. I kept the room temperature at 65 and still would not get cold. Rest all is good and enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very clean. The shower in my room also was broken. No body lotion in the bathroom. Only Shampoo and conditioner, so take your own body lotion / face cream if you need it.

My room was obviously not cleaned properly. Trash was still inside both small bins in the room - including a used pair of shower flip flops. Bars of soap that were already opened and used were not replenished. Rolls of toilet paper that were opened and used were not replenished. Two different towels had been used and not replaced. I also found the hair dryer left on top of the bed, out of its bag, and still plugged in. The bed, however, appeared as if it were made, so I’m not entirely sure why the hair dryer would still be on top of the bed that’s been made if this room had been attended to. Personally, I could not determine if the room had been cleaned. I assume the previous guest just didn’t use the bed. Regardless, this room was obviously not cleaned.
Furthermore, none of the staff enforced the mask rule that is listed on signage throughout the hotel, and appears on the Hyatt website and mobile app, and is public law in Dallas county. I saw many guests walk freely throughout the lobby without any sort of facial coverings or masks. Very disappointed, especially as we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Very disappointed in this Hyatt branch.

The service st the Hyatt Regency North Dallas is excellent. The staff of housekeeping, restaurants and reception desk are all friendly, courteous and professional. They do a very good job for all customers, and I am always pleased with the way I am treated
The hotel is centrally located in Richardson and North Dallas. Being close to Hwy 75 make it convenient for drivers, and Campbell Ave. is a good and wide road. Many good businesses and eating places.
Hotel had an extensive remodeling and was a job well done.

1st and foremost, the customer service was top notch. Svetlana D. Castillo at the front desk is the epitome of first class customer service. She was so sweet when I spoke with her prior to my stay to ask about any Covid changes & amenities. She was so friendly & knowledgeable. ~ Room is above average. Everything is very well appointed. My one complaint is the fridge is REALLY small and once you start putting things in there, it doesn't feel cold anymore. Also there aren't a whole lot of plugs in the room if you have a lot of devices or electronics. The parking is also an issue. You have to scan a QR code to pay $10 for parking even though its their own regular parking lot. It's not private or gated. ~ The gym is decent. (It's located on the ground floor with the pool, even though when you're in the elevator the button for pool is on the 2nd floor and there's also signs for the pool on the 2nd floor.) Restaurant was closed. No gift shop type store in case you needed drink, snacks or toiletries. However the property is convenient to any type of restaurants you'd want. So everything was great for the price, but the customer service does raise the rating.

For just $100 an night, Hyatt Regency provides the same value as a $150 Marriott or Hilton. In fact, it's better than Marriott and Hilton in most things. Rooms are top notch. View is stupendous and the location is awesome. We got the 15th floor free upgrade without even asking. Loved everything there. The dinner is great for vegetarians, too which is something we don't expect in Texas. The pasta was very delicious.

This hotel could have been nice. I checked in and got to my room and was surprised at how beautiful the room was. It went downhill real quick though. I went to wash my hands and noticed that there wasn’t any soap and that my thermostat was blank and not working. I called down to the front desk about both and they said they would send someone up. They changed a battery in the thermostat and got that working, but they told me they were out of soap. I was appalled. We were in the midst of Covid, not to mention all the other illnesses that can spread in areas where there are a lot of people, like in a hotel, and there was NO soap for the guest rooms. My coworker also had no soap in her room. I told them that was completely unacceptable to not provide soap for the guest rooms. They managed to find me some. I then went into the toilet area and noticed it hadn’t been cleaned well at all. Dirty toilet paper behind the toilet seat and what looked like vomit or the other alternative on the toilet and the floor. I called and asked for another room as that was not satisfactorily cleaned. They moved me to another room, which wasn’t as nice, but as long as it was clean, I didn’t care. I truly feel that in NO circumstance is it okay to not provide soap in rooms where people are using the bathroom and have no way to wash their hands before exiting their rooms and using public surfaces. On a high note, the restaurant was great! I have a wheat allergy and they were wonderful and so careful with my breakfast and the waitress was wonderful!
