We stayed here for 12 nights. It does have beach access via a boardwalk from the RV park. The laundry is clean and well maintained. The showers closest to us were nice just not kept up with. More than once the hand towels were out and almost every time I went in the floor was wet. My biggest complaint was...

We have been staying at Pioneer since 2/8 and will be checking out on 2/18. While I would highly recommend future visitors to try and get one of the premium sites, the pull thru sites (sites 66-90) are ok. The park is very large and well maintained. The pull thru sites, like we stayed in are very close together and...

We stayed here for a month. Sites are concrete and level but extremely close together. You are virtually on top of your neighbour. The park is meticulously clean. Residents are friendly but a tad bit cliquish. Pool is unheated. WiFi weak. Hot tub is okay. Saving grace for this park is that it is on a beautiful beach that stretches...

Very clean and quiet RV resort. Plenty of clean restrooms with showers, pool, spa, card room, banquet facilities. Daily trash pickup. Manager on premise and make routine rounds. Ample spaces, some all pull through. Lots of extra parking in back for boats etc.

Loved this RV Park! Great place to stay. Nice concrete pads. Paved roads. Bath house. Pool. Nice walk to the beach. Even I could walk to the beach and I have trouble walking. Good location with restaurants and grocery close and service station too. Courteous friendly staff. I was suppose to stay in another RV Park close by and was...

This was our first stay at Pioneer Beach Resort but hopefully we will be returning. The office staff is fast, courteous, helpful and just plain good. The outside staff lead us to our site and helped us get hooked up. During our 6 days at the resort the entire park was constantly being monitored for any thing that might need...

I've been staying here a few months and it's very nice, with a boardwalk to the beach, two swimming pools, hot tub, propane re-fills, big bath house, breakfast on the weekends, clean well kept grounds, and helpful staff. Holiday weekends can get crowded & noisy but they're like that almost anywhere. Most of the time it's pretty quiet.

We stayed 3 nights this past weekend. The staff was helpful. We had a pull -through site with full hook-ups. Sites are close together but are kept very tidy. It's a busy place during the day with families enjoying themselves, but everyone respected 'quiet time' after 10pm. Security was at the entrance in the evening checking for car tags. We...

Our fifteenth year with over a dozen visits. Park is well kept, staff is responsive and knowledgable. Crowded during summer and holidays. Facilities clean, patrons are friendly. Excellent access to Port A restaurants, Corpus Christi baseball and hockey, birding and beaches. Need advance reservations.
