Family & locally-owned & operated, LaFitte's Hideout is in Port Aransas, Texas, on beautiful Mustang Island. The resort is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi, & roughly three hours from San Antonio. We boast 96, full hook-up sites, with 50/30/20 amp electric service. Water & sewer are included. Our spacious lots with wide, concrete pads are coupled with a patio space that is unique to this area. All spaces can accommodate 45-foot trailers and double sides, & include parking for two vehicles (boat, car, or truck). Our amenities include a pool & spa, climate-controlled his-and-her separate shower facilities, full laundry facilities, a large recreation hall & kitchen, outdoor cooking & patio areas, & high-speed internet. Boat storage is located on site. We are pet friendly! Enjoy some peace & relaxation while being secluded from the main street of traffic. You’ll be within steps of shopping, restaurants, the marina, the beach, fishing charters, parks, & more!

Enjoyed our first RV trip to LaFitte's! Staff was welcoming and friendly, property was clean and quiet. The location is great as we enjoy being able to walk to the harbor, shops and restaurants. It's location by the ferry is also ideal. Be careful of the sticker burs in the grassy areas. My recommendation for property management would be to re-sod the areas.

Stayed at La Fitties rv and it was a great location. Dog friendly and plenty of space. Pool was a lovely cool but not cold temperature and super clean. Plenty of parking and spot was nice and level. Grass burrs are bad but we plucked what we could foe the dogs.

It is a very nice RV Park, yet the sites are small if your door side neighbor has slid-outs. Facilities such as restrooms and laundry room were very clean. The pool is small and, on most weekend afternoons, it is FULL of kids.

We enjoy the location. It’s in walking distance of most everything. Happy hours on the deck are a nice way of meeting people. The sites are tight and the pool has a leak and it’s not heated. It gets filled with cold water every day. They need to fix the pool and install a hot tub.

We enjoyed our month long stay at Laffite's in April 2024. The park was very well maintained, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and always very helpful. The manager even helped us find a repair service for our RV. They held several events during our stay for residents to join in to with with other RVers. Laffite's is close to restaurants, boat tours, shopping and the marina. We enjoyed the beautiful park beside the marina with plenty of shaded benches to sit and watch the boats pass by. The beach was a short golfcart ride to the beach.

Great location right off the ferry. Good walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and marina. Has a well kept and landscaped area. Pool area was small but nice. (Didn’t use in January.) Clubhouse was nice. Short, easy drive to the beach. A little problem with pups and sticker weeds but not too bad if I kept the pups near the road. Nice looking rigs staying there. Would stay there again.

We have been Winter Texans at LaFitte’s Hideout the last two years and have a reservation for winter 2024-25. LaFitte’s is quiet, clean, well-managed, and convenient to everything in Port Aransas.
Facilities include a clubhouse with full kitchen, restrooms with showers, laundry, and a small pool.

We stay here for six months from November till May 1. It is a great park. It is close to everything. The managers here are wonderful people. They have just painted a rec hall and decorated it. It looks great. they have added a dog park for the people with their dogs. The park is always up. Kept no trash lawn mowed. Laundry bathrooms, and recreation. Hall are always clean. We have a calendar of events every month, you can take part in as much as or as little as you want. This park makes you feel like family. We are ready booked for the next season. If you’re coming to Port Aransas, this is a great park

Very clean, nice concrete pads, roomy sites. Hidden in the heart of Port A, it’s convenient to shops, restaurants, and ferries. Good laundry facility, unheated pool, nice rec/meeting room, accepts mail and package deliveries. We will return!

Not impressed….very unfriendly people both the campers and staff. Walked into office and was greeted with a stare. The park was clean and laundry facilities were nice. We are just used to campers at least nodding or smiling when passing by. None of that here. Moved down the road a bit and campers and staff couldn’t be friendlier
