I cannot say enough good things about this Hilton and their staff. I arrived at 10am and was allowed to check in early. Hilton was beautiful and spotless. The room was large and beds were comfortable. Several restaurants are walking distance and there are chairs on the boardwalk to sit and relax in. At night they light their huge outdoor fireplace and we grabbed a drink from the bar and enjoyed a nice night outside. On the morning of checkout I asked the front desk clerk if she could hold my luggage since I had a late flight. Instead she allowed me to check out at 3pm. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and new- attractive, lots of surrounding facilities, restaurants, shopping. Needs better customer service- sat In the bar area 2 different times, waiters walked all around us and never waited on us. Only the front desk people were cordial. Accommodations are very nice and new.

A huge 5 star to both the Hilton during my stay but also a shout out to Arlene who runs Carso Market. She’s so friendly and awesome! Tell her Ashley from Colorado sent you she might give you a little treat but her smile is worth everything.

After covid stay - just a few observations. I scored this hotel for a Friday night for $79 on a 3rd party site. Called Hilton direct and asked if they could match and they said no. (I always call direct and give them a chance) it was $50 savings so booked 3rd party. We arrived early and we were accommodated early check in. She said our room was assigned and ready. Received a 3rd floor room looking at the ugly roof. Typical sometimes for 3rd party bookings - but I know that coming in. Not a deal breaker - if it's a big deal I wouldn't have booked 3rd party. Arrival in lobby - lobby is VERY nice - but be aware they have NO eating places, coffee or bars open right now. Room has seal on it and was very clean. Except we went to get ice and opened the ice holder and the WORST fish smell came out of it - so bad we put the holder in the hallway. Hotel pool is on the small side, we got in and went to get towels and there were none - only dirty ones. Had to call and request some so we didn't have to walk thru hotel wet. The Boardwalk is a big draw for staying here. Lots of options within walking distance to eat. Would we come back? It won't be our first choice for Plano/Frisco. Marriott atmosphere and service is more our style over by the shops area. Glad we didn't pay full price for sure. Rated average because that's about what it was.

My husband & I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip on which I joined him. It was my first hotel stay since COVID so I didn’t know what to expect & was pleasantly surprised. Social distancing reminders are on the floors & walls in common areas & everyone was wearing a mask. Scattered through common areas are hand sanitizer stations & at every door & elevator bank. Rooms have a “clean seal” showing it was cleaned & sealed—unopened since cleaning. There was a faint smell of Lysol as we broke the seal & entered our lively room. Even the tv remote was wrapped to confirm it had been sanitized & untouched before our arrival. The facilities are lovely— spacious lobbies with scattered seating areas; a small outdoor pool being enjoyed by some families with seating at proper social distances. The Boardwalk at Granite Park is steps away with multiple excellent restaurants available for carry out, dine in or outdoor dining around the charming boardwalk. An enjoyable stay and off to a comfortable return to business travel. Thank you Hilton for your attention to detail & assuring our safety.
