I entered my room for the first time just to quickly drop my bag off. I immediately noticed a stale mildew smell- I figured it might have been because the air was off- so I turned it on and left to meet friends. When I returned to my room later that night- there were beer cans on the ground outside... More

Stayed at the Best Western , but didn't want to spend the money and went to this Motel 6 , it used to be a La Quinta , still in good shape , nice clean rooms , very friendly personal at the desk , restaurant next door , and truck parking . Definitely will be back here !

I was skeptical about the property because I always stay at a Best Western. That wasn't a possibility for this trip. But, here's the deal, it was homecoming weekend, everything was booked or so expensive, so I stressed out and reserved a room here. Guess what? It was fine! Here's overview of every aspect. First, you are not staying at a... More

Good Location. Room was very clean. Plenty of hot water for shower. Parking lot well lit. Staff was nice and friendly. Had a good nights sleep! No breakfast just coffee. Our check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We got there about 130 pm and they let us check in no problem. Check out is 12 noon. Would recommend... More

The place was average and clean. It was an older model room. The surroundings were sketchy. I expected it since I paid so little. The hotel was pretty empty. It did the job at a cheap price. The receptionist was not very friendly. I immediately had to use the restroom and she said it didn't work in a rude and... More

I recently stayed here for the second time while taking my daughter to activities at SFA. It is an older motel and there is a bit of noise at night off the highway. However, both times I stayed the front desk staff was very prompt and polite, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The last time I stayed the... More

Stayed here for a graduation. The staff was friendly and the place was quiet and safe. The complex looks like it just changed hands. It looks like improvements are being made. It is an older complex and is a little worn. AC works. Carpet needs to be replaced. The room was clean, but had a musky old smell. Good enough... More

I am actually amazed. I wasn't expecting much after all it was 44.99 and a motel 6. But wow! Nice quiet place with very friendly staff. I walked in my room to AC already on. And it smelled amazing. Rooms are in great condition and the beds felt so soft and comfortable. Nice plush pillows. The shower got very hot... More

We stopped here on our way to Galveston. Quiet town, the room was comfortable but the bathroom was tiny. Very nice value for the price, I would have no problem staying here again if I was passing through or visiting the area.
