Zip Inn is situated on 75 acres of East Texas pines and hardwoods and rolling hills. Trails are perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Sit on the front or back porch and watch folks zipping by on Zip Nac's 5-element zipline course. Star gaze at night with the open sky. A true get-away that that is less than ten minutes from downtown Nacogdoches.

This is our 2nd stay at the Zip Inn and it never disappoints! We had 6 boys ages 11-15 and there was never a dull moment. The hiking trails were fun along with having ample room for kickball, wiffle ball, volleyball and basketball!! Roasting hot dogs and making smores made it even better! The Inn is so cozy and had everything we needed to stay for the weekend. Perfect little getaway just a couple of hours outside the city (Houston). Definitely our favorite family weekend spots!

My mom friend and I took my teenage sons and 2 friends to zipline and stay in the Zip Inn. It was beautiful property and we had the best experience. Our guides, Jeb and Jordan went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and kept us laughing. They truly interacted with the boys and made them feel confident. The Zip Inn is beautiful and spotless! The boys never got bored and we even cooked dinner and made breakfast in the full kitchen. The beds were super comfy and the owner, Larry was very helpful as well. It was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return!

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful property while enjoying their Zip Line experience. The Inn is beautiful & peaceful. There was plenty of room & things were well cared for. They went above & beyond to accommodate our special requests. Beds were comfortable, house was clean & the outdoor activities were fun for all. We will definitely go again!

We spent the day here for a family reunion. My aunt and uncle and cousins and their kids spent the weekend. Great place and the zip line was fun too. The big lunch meal was catered by referrals and was excellent. I would do that again!

What can I say, the family had a really awesome time! The home was beautiful, there was plenty of room, and lots of space and things to do. Best of all my 79-year-old mother really enjoyed her time hanging out with the family and sitting on the porch brought Back lots of memories of her childhood. Also, the owner, Larry, was very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan on coming back soon!
