Okay, so I went to a few apps and checked for different parks to stop at for two nights so my father and teen could fish to finish out our week long trip. We wanted something between our first destination and home away from the major cities. I saw the reviews and the pictures on the KOA app and I was intrigued. I saw they had a body of water they stocked with fish for fishing, great we will stay here then. We got to the location, it's was very typical KOA. The entry was confusing with a very large building in the front, you have to turn in at the light and go straight back to the KOA behind the large building. Better signage would be helpful, especially since your guests are almost always in big motorized vehicles. We get checked in and shown to our site. The lady sprays each hook up and leaves. As we set up we notice they don't weed eat or edge the grass back from the concrete pads. I know this is not a biggie for most, but it is a simple task that not only makes the sites look more groomed, but it helps with bug and water control and keeps rigs from parking on loose grass that is overgrown on the pad. Now, its's COVID time so we knew a few things were closed, but the pool was open. Needless to say "gross" the pool and the restroom at the pool needed cleaning. The pier and gazebo over their pond were not lit up as claimed in the advertisements on both nights we stayed and l was a bit disappointed as I thought that would be a cool little walk with my family over the water before calling it a night. Also, when my father and teen went fishing they both stated the gazebo and pier were crawling with cobwebs and spiders. Really KOA, go out and check your property; anything that is suppose to be accessible should be lit and clear of cobwebs and spiders. Note, this is NOT a park for families with little ones. If you are at this park it is for doing something in the area or for just a lay over to your next destination. This is by no means a resort style park or a park with sail boats as some advertising pictures show or a big fishing hole. They have trash pick up at the sites (which is great!), the park is fairly clean near the sites and bath houses. Yes construction is going on in the park. Each site has a raised curb on both ends so be prepared for that when pulling in. Overall, I would consider this a one and done KOA park. If in the area and needed a place to stay sure it's a KOA, so I would stay as a value card member, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make reservations here.

This KOA is very clean and pretty with all of the amenities you want and need in a RV Park. We stayed here twice in a month and we’re happy we did. It’s also close to stores, restaurants and gas stations.

The vgrounds were just perfect. we had a large pull thru for our 70 foot long rig. Wide area so you have space from your neighbor. Close to antique shops and grocery stores. Everything is concrete. Will be back again.

They are digging a well in the camping. Noise did not stop over night. It was like overnight at a truck stop having truck beside you running entire night. We should have stay at the Wallmart nearby instead. I understand that work have to be done sometimes but overnight...

This is one of the cleanest and neatest koa we have ever stayed at. All concrete with full hookups. Friendly host. Under new ownership redoing bridge that crosses over a pond. Redoing pool only thing is looks like they made it smaller. Close to everything even though the are not on the lake
