Jenny and Trevor will really look after you, lovely rooms. And a healthy breakfast, full English but not fried. The pub opposite is fine for evening meals but best book in advance. If you fancy something oriental, Rothwell has a great thai and a good Indian.

Beautiful place in lovely village. Friendly, comfortable, and welcoming. My husband and I received a warm welcome from Jenny and Trevor. Our room was really spacious and spotless. The bed was huge, and the breakfasts were superb. We stayed in the Old Dairy and really appreciated being able to park right outside. Excellent pub opposite, too, with good lunches and... More

What a lovely place! Great house, pretty garden, lovely location. My stay was business related, but I felt like I was on holiday! Terrific rooms, cosy house and very relaxed atmosphere. Every detail thought of, and Jenny herself was friendly, affable, and ever-present. (Dislike those b&b's where you have to hunt for someone at every turn..) Lovely breakfasts, quality. I... More

Enjoyed the pleasure of staying at Manor Farm Guest House and the welcoming company Jenny & Trevor for three months. Excellent value, spacious, warm and cosy rooms in the converted old dairy with an early hearty breakfast to boot. I stayed here for one night with my wife in October. Set in a beautiful and picturesque village, this guest house provides a highly personal, yet professional service. The rooms are well equipped and a great deal of effort has gone into detail (yes, I totally noticed the Masonic - style bed runner!) Rooms are spotless and a good selection... More

Wonderful stay at this B/B on Saturday 12 July 2014. We had a warm Northamptonshire welcome from the owners, Jenny and Trevor. Our room was very private, quiet, spotlessly clean and with the largest and most comfortable bed we have slept in for a long time. Breakfast was a real joy (everything poached -not fried) which we ate watching a... More

We had a lovely time, beds comfortable, lots of nice little touches in the room like books, nice smellys for the bathroom, good stock of tea, coffee, hot chock (kids loved that!) and water. In the morning we had a smashing cooked breakfast, cereal, coffee et all. We were made very welcome and found Jenny and Trevor a really lovely... More

During the same period I’ve used many other B&Bs around Britain but always look forward to the warm welcome from obliging hosts Jenny and Trevor, the comfortable rooms and great breakfasts.
