We are just back from 10 nights in this hotel it has false advertisement all over it. They sell it to you as if rooms are all modern and new and that they have all these extra facilities but they do not have anything. This hotel was the Ryanair of all hotels, all the extra costs were a disgrace as his is not on the advertisement, I would avoid at any cost. cockroaches on the sun loungers and all around pool area- I understand you will get them but this was horrific..the sun loungers you had to pay 1euro per day To sit on a straight piece of wood basically there was no adjustment to the chairs the just lay flat, you have to pay per view of television so €1 per hour, half the facilities from the room not there no kettle, we stayed for 10 nights and we had our towels changed twice and sheets changed once it's absolutely disgusting, everyone is sweating and doing excursions the man in reception basically told me to just use my 4 day old towel and point blank refused to give us anymore towels. The staff in reception and lifeguards were absolutely miserable they never ever cracked a smile and the grumpy Oldman on reception really dampens your spirits for your Holidays that we had planned for months. Maids came in every second day and swept the floor and smoked your smokes. There is a brothel above but we have no complaints with that just wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone..young or old..we made the most by staying of the apartment as much as possible.one thing I will stay is staff at pool bar were amazing . AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

First time self-catering, but not first time in Tenerife. Really pleased with the stay - nice clean apartment in great location. Pool is really well designed, giving plenty of options for different groups of people staying. We were a family with 2 children (aged 9), and stayed towards back of complex. Didn't hear much of the noise from bars that others report (aside from odd late party goer), but did need to sleep with windows open as it was so warm and no fans/air con mean the nights do get quite warm. Plenty of options for eating out in very close proximity - would recommend Balkonen (ask for Johnny's cocktails) and Dedo. Supermarkets everywhere so no issues with getting supplies in. The pool bar on-site is basic, but reasonably priced. Didn't find the staff rude at all (as some others have written), but it's not a 4/5 star resort, so perhaps it's just about expectations - we found them to be courteous. Sunbeds are available for a Euro per day, but we didn't see this as a hassle, and it was quite nice not to have to rush out in the mornings to secure a bed for the day. Overall an enjoyable and relaxing stay, thank you!

Just back from a ten night stay wouldn't be in a hurry goin back there again. Probably would suit a more boozey holiday crowd. Good points : close to everything so no real need of a taxi. Apartments were a decent size. Lovely bathroom. Pool was very nice and catered for all ages. Bad points: the noise! Very close to a hospital so constant sirens of ambulances. There is alot of construction work goin on in the area so expect to hear alot of racket from that. Our apartment was just over a pub called the whiskey jar (not a bad spot) but we wanted one or 2 quite nights in but that wasn't happening because if the pub was quite u could hear the noise out of the strip club until all hours of the morning. Pool bar was closed for the first week. No air con in rooms. Had to pay for sun loungers a euro a day.

Really nice hotel for an excellent price. Rooms well equipped and everything working. Pool great, never too busy. Had to pay for sunbeds though. Reception always helpful. No wifi. Wouldn’t expect anything more for what we paid. 15 min walk to beach and shops. Great shopping. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

Me and my mum came to los floritas apartments for an 11 night stay mid to end June. Upon arrival we expected it to not be the greatest as recentish reviews had advised the staff were horrible, the rooms were basic and cleanliness was at a low. We found this to be rather quite inaccurate!!! Yes the rooms are basic, but on the good side, what you get is quite a sweet little apartment, it has a small wood framed sofa with foam seating and a pull out bed beneath it, a nice little dining table and chairs with a nice kitchenette. The provision of pans etc is very basic but no more than you would need on a self catering holiday. The rooms had memory foam beds which to my opinikn is above basic, this was only an issue for me because i personally find memory foam a back breaker, however most places like this would provide a naff spring bed so can not complain. Our sheets were changed only the once but as we showered 3 times daily it wasnt a problem. The towels were changed 3 times throughout which i think is adequate. The staff were polite albeit not the biggest of smilers in the most but the man who welcomed us on our first day was the nicest of people and remained as such everytime we saw him. The pool was amazing, salt water, clean and refreshing. Cleaned every couple of days we noticed. Only thing that ruined pool were the drinking lads and the occassional drunken women that could get a little rowdy at times. Overall a nice place and would happily return should we come back to Tenerife.
