This hotel is very close to the beach with a supermarket within a 2 minute walk. The hotel itself is amazing and kept so clean. The room itself was something we didn’t expect…we had a suite and was huge. A separate living room with a kitchenette to the bedroom and bathroom was also of a good size. The balcony is quite big and had a lovely view of the golf course aswell as the mountain. There isn’t a disco on at the moment however the pool bar area/pool area has entertainment on pretty much throughout the day stopping at 11pm. The lobby bar is lovely and quiet if you want to unwind and relax before going to bed. Snack bar at the pool bar is open around 10-6 with hot food around midday. The food was good from the pool bar however the only thing I would say I didn’t really enjoy was the main food at lunch/dinner. For me there wasn’t much choice as been to other all inclusive and food has a much bigger range. The food was of good quality but I couldn’t eat much of it due to the choice. But on the other hand my husband loved it and we both recommend the breakfast as was very good. Would come here again sometime in the future.…
Booked this hotel for a week in the Easter holidays. We opted for all inclusive option. We are family where we have 3 fussy eaters. Food wise was enough variety to keep everyone happy. The snack bar where food was available all afternoon was brilliant for peckish kids during the day. They were also able to help themselves to drinks too. The hotel itself was really clean and the heated pool was great in April. The hotel staff worked hard and were really friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff were brilliant at making sure everyone was entertained. We travelled with TUI and it was great having reps at the hotel each morning for queries and booking trips. We went to Siam Park and the Tiede tour. Both were great. I recommend booking Siam Park inadvance and making your way there early. The Tiede tour was well organised. We walked into Las Americas on a few nights and got a taxi back for around 5 euros. We choose this hotel as we wanted somewhere nice to relax. We got exactly what we wanted.…
Great hotel with some of the most hardworking staff you will see. A special mention to Denise who made our holiday extra special with her passion for life in general. Andre was great fun too! This was the 2nd time visiting the hotel (previously 4 years ago). One of the main reasons we returned was for the quality of food. As a person who has Coeliac Disease this hotel is a dream, with clearly (and correctly) labelled foods. A special section was there for breakfast and also on an evening Gluten Free cake was available. Overall a great holiday and we would love to return in future!
Here at the moment, and, as ever, a brilliant stay. Only 4 nights this time, but recognised by the staff and treated as old friends. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Spotlessly clean, and lovely food. Now using international brands as their 'house' spirits, Gordon's gin, Smirnoff vodka etc. Definitely coming back at some point. Evening entertainment is outside, by the pool bar, and in general, very good.
Absolutely fabulous hotel. Here now for our 9th stay, 2nd this year and already booked for next month. It’s spotlessly clean and staff are so friendly. Food can challenge any restaurant in the area. Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Brilliant , wanted to write it before I left for the uk and never had chance . My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, the staff are amazing and friendly never seen one look unhappy , the food ( all inclusive ) was fantastic had a belly full every day and was great quality. The location is perfect for both towns just small walks away again friendly people and Siam park a short taxi ride away . Rooms very spacious ours had a kitchen separate lounge and bedroom . Was a fantastic stay and you guys should be proud of the hotel you made our honeymoon and will return for sure Keep it up Simon
What a wonderful stay we had in this hotel. We loved the food, it was the best we had in an All inclusive hotel. The staff was really friendly, aspecially to our little daughter. The room (we had a superiour room) was big and comfy with a huge balcony. On my birthday they brought a bottle of wine to our hotel room. If you have a little child it might be smart to bring some protection for the electronic plugs, because they are low to the floor. The hotel give us some tape for it, but there are special protection tools. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel 🧡
My wife and I have come to the Marylanza Suites and Spa fir the third time . Once again the hotel has kept up its fantastic standards . The staff having not had visitors for quite a long time all went out of their way to make everyone welcome , the restaurant staff are brilliant and so quick to clear tables . The standard of food as before was superb with so much choice and of great quality . We again used the spa facilities and having it for five days is by far the best value . The whole complex was continually being cleaned throughout the day and our room had a maid visit everyday with towels and bedding changed everyday which was amazing . From the reception staff to bar staff and in fact all staff they all had smiles on their faces and were obviously overjoyed to get visitors back and make them welcome . We talked to several visitors who had come back to the Marylanza on numerous occasions and we will definitely be coming back again . One minor fault in our room (. E 101. )was that the warm water took a long time to come through to the sinks and water pressure in the shower was not good but that was more than made up for by other great things at this hotel . We will be back and thank you to everyone at the Marylanza . Steve and Lynn Plumley…
Stayed for a week with family. The hotel is situated in a good location only a few minutes away from "downtown" and nearby restaurants. There is a shopping mall with a couple of restaurants, a supermarket and more nearby. We had a room next to the children pool, great location. All in all the hotel is great for families with a large outdoor area, lots of sunbeds, three pools and a snack bar. The breakfast was nice. We didn't go for the all inclusive as we like to go out and check out the restaurants in the area. Didn't regret that. The gym was really good, even though you had to pay 6 euros for a day, (20 for a week). I think the policy with having to pay 1 euro for fresh bading towels a day was a bit cheeky, never experienced that before. We traveled with our kid 1,5 years old, baby chair in the room and a tram already in the room as we booked it in advance. I would really recommend this hotel for families. We could easily go again.…
Girst time rating an experience as fuve stars and this place deserves it. 1. Great staff who provide an excellent service. We found each and every member of Marylanza extremely helpful, friendly, polite and relaxed. 2. Rooms are spacious. A separate bedroom and sitting room. Kitchen was furnished though we had an all-invlusive deal. Was handy to make a cuppa early morning. 3. Food choice, quality and taste is awesome. Enough options around vegetarian, meat, fish snd desserts. The desserts variety was unbelievable. If I had to make any suggestion on improvement, I would advise the hotel to improve choice of breakfast cereals.
