We were sceptical looking at some of the reviews before arriving but we honestly cannot fault this hotel one bit. Our room was amazing, we booked a one bedroom apartment and it was so big, it was so clean and was cleaned almost every day. The living room and bedroom had ceiling fans, but it was still quite warm in the apartment so we asked reception if they had any alternatives and they gave us a really big fan to keep in the room for the week. We also asked if there was anything they could do about the bed, as like most European hotels, they didn’t have any double beds, only two singles pushed together and they sent the handyman up straight away to connect the beds together. We also had an issue with the TV after a few days where one evening it wasn’t connecting to any of the UK channels, we called down to reception and again they sent the handyman up straight away. The staff was so lovely, hotel and room was so big and clean. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Room Tip: There was a hairdryer in the room, and we were given a fan free of charge, but you do have to pay...

Very friendly helpful staff. Good sized room with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Our room was in a nice quiet area with sunbeds on our patio area. Good breakfast but limited evening menu. Pool area very clean and comfortable but pool a little small

We stayed for a week self catering, we were impressed at the size of the kitchen and the room facilities compared to other apartments we’ve stayed in, it was easy to make breakfast and lunch most days. The cleanliness was exceptional when we arrived in the room and throughout the hotel. We also had our room cleaned and towels/beds changed 5 days and think the cleaning team should be highly commended. The pool area was lovely, no problem getting a sunbed and there was a lifeguard all day. The pool bar was nice, loads of cocktails and they did cocktail of the day for 5€. We only ate in there once at lunchtime for a toastie and chips which was nice. Our only criticism was that there being 3 of us, one had to stay on a sofa bed which wasn’t as comfy as the 2 beds in the bedroom , and they were often woken by a lot of noise in the corridors at night. There was a very helpful security member on the door in the evenings but they maybe could’ve attended to the noise also. We also think cori the mascot should be a real character for the kids🤣 all in all a lovely stay and easy walk to playa de las Americas . Reception team were fab when we wanted to go to Siam park we bought tickets at reception and they called us a taxi. Everyone was very friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back :)

This hotel is lovely, we have been coming to Tenerife for over 10 years but this is the first time we have stayed here due to a bad experience at our usual hotel and I will definitely be returning, the hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly from reception to the cleaners, we had a 1 bed apartment with private garden it was so spacious very clean and the garden was a great upgrade we had the sun from late morning onwards which was fab for sunbathing on the sun loungers provided, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre depending which route you take, I would highly recommend.

After reading some of the reviews the bar had been set quite low but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised the room was spacious and clean a mix between modern and old the kitchen had adequate facilities. And this was a self catering holiday for us so there was plenty enough to feed ourselves for breakfast and lunch. The staff were really plesent really helpful the pool opens at 9 whilst we’ve been here there’s been no rush for bed we simply came down at 8.45 sat and waited which for me was plesent not having get up at 6 in morning to put a towel down. The hotel is situated by a plaza which has a nice couple of restaurants and supermarket. We booked our ticket through reception for water park and they arranged us a taxi which was 8 euros. Fully enjoyed our break we would come back for sure but we’ve booked something nearer the parque de Paz next time.

After reading mixed reviews I was a bit apprehensive about coming here with my family, we stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and exceptionally clean, the ceiling fans were great in the rooms but definitely think there should be air conditioning throughout apartment, our room, the hotel, swimming pool/ area was very very clean, we were self catering but had lunch/dinner a few times at hotel and it was nice, a special mention to "Adele" who was the kids entertainer, who made sure each and every child felt welcomed, there was activities all day for the children and also a kids disco at night but once that was over the hotel was pretty boring, also no music by the pool all day! I definitely think there is room for improvement here but overall we had a great experience!

After reading some of the mixed reviews on here I was surprised at how nice it was here. We had a ground floor apartment that was really spacious and clean. The garden balcony area was also really nice and unexpected. The whole hotel was really nice and clean. I had read some reviews saying there was no aircon, we did have aircon in the main room but not the bedroom. We just left the bedroom door open and the temperature was fine. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat at the hotel. If you are self catering, the kitchen is really well equipped and there is a cheap supermarket directly over the road. Only negatives were that the pool area is a little small and the sun beds are therefore located quite close to one another. Only other negative was that it’s a short walk (15 mins ish) to the main areas, beaches etc. I didn’t mind this but if you were less mobile or simply don’t want to walk then it’s not ideal. The big question, would I return? Yes!

Fab apartments, great location with a lovely supermarket over the road. The apartments are very clean and large, pool area is lovely and the staff are great. This is our second visit and would defo go back. They are in the process of adding swimup rooms, the only downside is there is no air con butthere are large ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom

Great place no problem with the upgrade on the front rooms. Spacious comfy beds and pillows. Good for families and couples. Very accommodating staff. Nice pool area for kids. Had a ground floor garden room perfect for disabled access and relaxing in your own space. Nice stroll to resort centre. Across from cafes restaurants and a huge supermarket for self catering. Weird you had to hire a microwave though though it would be standard.
