Very impressed. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Lovely hotel. Shout out to Miguel the entertainer ✌🏻Food was a little underwhelming, but prices across the board were reasonable and made up for it. Good location. Lovely pool and loads of sun beds.

Apartments were clean and spacious, clean towels everyday, about a 20 min walk into the main restaurants/bars or 3/5 euros in a taxi.Drinks by the pool reasonably priced, food at the pool bar okay if you can't be bothered going out for lunch. Downsides.. the shower ran out of hot water after one shower(we are a family of 4) and had to wait 20 mins in between each person for the hot water tank to heat up again. Also no inflatables or balls allowed in the pool...like none...I watched everyday as lifeguards continuously told people off/took even small inflatables off babies and balls off kids playing pass in the pool.(They say this is for health and safety laws however other hotel pools in the area allow inflatables/rubber rings) As a family with children I wouldn't stay here again for this reason only.

We stayed in a large duplex apartment which was very spacious, with 2 living areas and a kitchen. Beds were also very comfortable. Location was perfect for us as its was a 10/15 minute walk to the resort centre of playa de las americas but also to los cristianos and to playa de las vistas. There is a supermarket just opposite with all you could need and also a shop on site. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of cooked and continental. Overall a very enjoyable trip and would stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel if you want to be on the edge of resort but still close enough to think it’s only about 12 mins walk to be in the action. Did not have food so cannot comment. Great supermarket and cafe 2 mins walk across the road. Would definitely stay again

Staff are very rude and not helpful at all. Any questions or asks we had were always seen as an inconvenience for example needing an extra towel for the room for my girlfriends hair. Never met with a smile, hello or anything. Room was ok for the week however although it had recently been updated there was plenty of limescale etc. First day the water feed to sink blow off flooding the room and the staff said don’t worry this happens sometimes.. I wouldn’t expect this to happen. First day I also sat on couch and cockroaches ran out of it.. disgusting! Would not stay here again.

We stayed as a 3 generation family including 3 children aged 3 to 7. We had two ground floor rooms at the front of the hotel with gardens. The separate bedroom and the kitchen are a great benefit. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of room and the shower always had plenty of hot water. The hotel is fairly small and basic but was kept spotlessly clean inside and out. All the staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. The children loved the pool and the mini disco and had a great time. Don’t expect much in the way of entertainment then you won’t be disappointed. Large supermarket and other shops right opposite came in handy. The is a shop next to the upper level that sells just about everything. All in all a great 3 star hotel

On arrival room ready at twelve . We were upgraded to a two bedroomed corner room, wow the room is bigger than my house . Two bedrooms ful kitchen two bathrooms. The rooms have been upgraded but that have forgotten the bathrooms next phase I assume . No air conditioning but the fans kept us cool and the winds of the island. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel no sun lounges left all day every day and having spent some time near the pool I'm not sure I would want to sunbath at the pool Food wow if this is bad food I would like to know what they were looking for I'm celiac and I didn't have any issues eating all cooked fresh at lunchtime and lots of choice . As we were self catering the food at lunch was a treat but we returned twice more and never received a bad meal. Entertainment oh well he tries to entertain that's al I can say if you like karaoke most nigts your in luck. Location at yhe back of the resort beach ten minutes walk downhill once you find the short cuts . Now the downside cleaning hit and miss no sheets changed in seven days and had to ask for towels changed after three days. Reception staff please get off your phones everything we went through reception on phones and not booking taxis via the app as they will claim . WiFi don't pay the upgrade for it to work in your room it won't work but is very fast and efficient in the very small reception area. Now I won't return not because of the hotel but I'm afraid the people staying at the hotel o have never heard such language from guests in any hotel and that was the ten year olds obscene language shouting by the pool rude families that dominated the pool area singing till all hours and a useless night staff that do noting but tell the day staff was embarrassed to be from the UK . Overall good little hotel great food but the clientele leave a lot to be desired

We have just returned from this hotel, to be honest for a 3 star hotel it was good , the rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The rooms can be cleaned daily or you can ask t not be disturbed. On reviews and research we upgraded our room to one on ground floor with little garden area at the front - best decision we made as it gave us extra space and we didn’t need to do the dash for the pool! The rules were no reserving sunbeds - this was ignored by everyone! 9 am came and people were rushing to get the best area - the staff didn’t change this or remove towels, so be prepared for the mad dash first thing…. I can not fault the cleanliness of the hotel and all areas , sunbeds , were cleaned every morning the floors were moped every day. The staff were fantastic , very helpful. On arrival we checked in and were pointed in direction of our room - all worked fine no issues at all. On booking on TUI the website said no rep at hotel , but there was so this needs updating. To get to the beach you will need to walk 15-20 mins but it’s worth it ! Restaurants and shops are along this route too. We stayed all inclusive , breakfast was fab lots of choice , lunch was good again lots of choice , evening meal was a bit hit and miss but it was still hot food that Tasted nice just not massive of choice - however I do think that people who rate their hotel badly , have to accept that they booked knowing it’s a 3 star hotel and don’t go expecting full luxury! The only down side for us was the wi- fi we paid the 25 euro for 2 devices for a week this was supposed to give us good signal that we can watch movie on iPad in evening - it crashed all the time even if you logged in and logged out again - having paid the money for full access I would have expected to have wi fi at all times! The entertainment staff were fine, our 4 year old enjoyed it, and it is fully geared to the kids who don’t mind the same thing every day. All in all a lovely hotel, clean , tidy, away from noise, with helpful staff. I would stay there again.

We was originally booked in at compostela beach, but when we arrived we was told they’d had “water issues with our rooms” personally I think they over booked. However we was moved to the compostela golf which was 15 minutes walk to the sea front and all the shops, which wasn’t ideal as we had some in our group with walking problems, after explaining this to the assistant manager Moses he offered to upgrade us to all inclusive for the hassle, so the money we saved from eating out we used to get taxis back from the main strip. The hotel and rooms are lovely we had a 2 bed apartment with it’s own little court yard and sun beds so if we didn’t want to go to the pool everyday we had the option of staying in the courtyard, the rooms was cleaned everyday and fresh towels, all the staff was really friendly and helpful, pool clean and tidy, the only thing I can fault was the food…breakfast lovely you had a wide range of fruit, cereal, toast and pastries to cooked, lunch was ok and the snacks was nice the evening meal you didn’t have much choice if you liked pork or fish you was ok, you did have the choice of salads and pasta and kids chicken nuggets lol But saying that I would definitely go back again. It’s a lovely hotel

Given this hotel after our holiday company changed our original booking. Arrived evening time booking in was simple but trying to find the room was difficult with limited instructions. Room was a studio with 2 single beds, no balcony only a Velux window for light. Slanting ceiling means you lose a quarter of the apartment. Have to very careful or you keep banging your head on the ceiling. Studio was very clean complete with air con and all utensils provided. We did self catering. Only used the hotel for rest time and sleeping no other amenities were needed for us. Must say the Staff are very good and helpful. Shower room was very spacious and fantastic shower.
