Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2020 for 4 days and booked the trip through Sunweb. After the bus dropped us off at a few meters before the location we nearly missed it because it is not very visible from the street. But once we managed to get inside we were surprised by how quiet it is. The girl at the reception was very friendly and explained us everything we needed to know, handed us the keys and went to our room (#56). When we arrived the room was clean and we were happy to see that we had the option to cook our own food, since there is a small cooker, sink and fridge.
The only bad experience was with the WiFi because it's not very fast, but maybe it's because of how many guests use it. Nonetheless, we didn't use our phones too much because the place is close to the beach and beautiful places you can visit. The breakfast is 6 euros per person and the food is picked up by the lady in the kitchen, so you can't pick up the plate and choose yourself what you want, also we had to stay behind a red line to not get close to the general food area (buffet). Of course, this is an understanding situation due to COVID-19. Everyone respected the safe distance and from what we noticed, surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Overall, our experience was positive and we would definitely come back if we decide to visit Tenerife South again.

My wife and I stayed here in January 2019 as we have an annual winter break and celebrate my birthday and Los Cardones Boutique was so good we booked again this year. In 2019 we stayed in a one bedroom bungalow (#30) but this year we stayed in a two bed bungalow (#33) as we travelled with our sister and brother in law. We actually ended up staying next door to our bungalow from last year! If you didn't know better you'd miss this little complex as it's not obvious from street level. However, once you get through the gate you notice the quiet and tranquility despite being located across the road from various bars and positioned above some very good restaurants. The bungalow was faultless. Decor very fresh. Every amenity you need for self catering. A garden area. The cleaners visited most days to tidy the bungalow, towels were replaced every other day and the beds were changed three times in the 9 days we were there. The complex is immaculately maintained. A lovely swimming pool but the only down side is that it's not heated and so it was just too cold to make use of. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool and a bar open all day serving food and drink. Breakfast was included and we never had to struggle for something to eat in the mornings as the choice of English and Continental buffet as well as cereals, fruit, pastries was extensive. Everything in the breakfast/bar area was spotless. I was lucky to book a bungalow this year. It's very difficult as it's always fully booked. I just happened to be visiting the Sand and Sea website one evening and chanced upon the availability of a bungalow. I'd already booked accommodation somewhere else but didn't hesitate to cancel that and book here instead. We'll be visiting somewhere different next January but rest assured is we ever come back to Las Americas then this is the place we'd look to book without hesitation. This really is a little gem!

Just back from our summer holiday. We spent 10 nights at los cordones in a 1 bed superior bungalow. We had a lovely time. The location is great as in between the fancy and rowdy part of las Americas. Although Was a bit noisy at night and as no air conditioning you had to have windows open and that wasn’t great but not a deal breaker. Our next visit I’ll be requesting a bungalow more towards the back of the complex. I did this time but never got a reply when we booked.
Only two faults would be the lack of air con and or option to have more fans, the ceiling ones are only ok. And no oven .. one evening we would have loved to throw on a pizza. But other than that everything you could need.
Bungalow was cleaned every 2 days which we loved and was very spacious and the breakfast had great options although we didn’t go everyday as prefer to eat later. But nice to have the option pop down. The bar isn’t really a bar you can get a drink during the day but when you have your own kitchen and terrace - why would you need a bar. Nice to have though.
Pool was lovely , no concern on getting a lounger at any time of day. We enjoyed meeting the lovely cat Chester who spends his day by the pool.
Overall we enjoyed the place , suited our needs and we will definitely stay again when we go back. Just hopefully get a quieter one towards the back.
Also place is kept lovely and clean and plenty of staff about all day.

When we arrived around midday to check in there was no one at reception. The lifeguard told us reception doesn't open till 2pm. he also said there was an issue with our room as someone else took it. We decided to leave our bags and had to the sea front. Around 4pm we received a phone call from reception assuring us they have a room for us and that we can check in. We booked the studio but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom bungalow. We were told that the upgrade was due to lack on availability on the studios but since we booked directly via their website, their booking conditions do state that you will get an upgrade due to availability. Another perk was meant to be a welcome pack but we receive none and a late check out but we were told we need to leave at 10am. The bungalow was modern, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The reason why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 was that there was 2 single beds which is not ideal for a couple and also because I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Apart from that I have no complaints.

Very central placed, but quiet as soon as you enter the gate. The kitchen provides a water cooker, etc. Everything you need, including beach towels and hair conditioner. Very convenient. There’s no airconditioning but two fans on the ceiling. It works.
There’s not always someone at the reception. The pool is very clean, quiet and well maintained. You can leave your luggage in a room next to the reception. Check out time is 12h. The gate card doesn’t work after that time but you can let you buzz in.
I would recommend to stay here. There’s a supermarket across the street, everything is close by and the Tandoori Hut below has wonderful vegetable wraps.

Have visited this lovely place for 14 days for the 3rd time, and we will be happy to come back. But several things in the description were missing. I don't expect myself to have to pick up a hairdryer, electric kettle, toaster and missing drinking glasses. The cleaning has also become worse. This just a reminder of maybe to check if everything is in the apartment. As before, we have been incredibly happy to be at this beautiful and quiet complex. Stayed here for 4 days last week. Amazing location in the middle of the buzzing heart of Las Américas but once inside the gate it is a little oasis of calm . We were upgraded to a 1 bed bungalow and it was fabulous, clean ,comfortable and toiletries etc provided and a full kitchen. Beautiful breakfast each morning with a huge range of choices and happy 2 hours in pool bar each afternoon. Sonia on reception is amazing - friendly, helpful and always smiling. The pool area is clean and well looked after and always plenty of loungers - no need to get up at stupid o clock to put towels out,!! We will return definitely- we loved every minute of staying there.
