Returned last week after a 7 night stay, myself, wife and our two friends and can honestly say we've not enjoyed a hotel as much as the Park Club Europe in a long time. On arrival we were checked in and upgraded to a family room (J307 only downside was 40 steps to carry luggage up to reach the room with no lifts. Not a problem for us but could be for others) which was great with three rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the Laguna pool area with a view of the mountains beyond. Our friends had a similar room on the ground floor in block E which overlooked the street. We had previously seen comments on sharing tables at meal times but this didn't cause any trouble, i think the four of us only shared a table with others on 2 or 3 occasions. All meals have an amazing choice of fresh tasty food, we ate upstairs in the dining room for breakfast and lunch, only had dinner there once because we chose to eat at the outdoor bbq restaurant the second night and ate there for the rest of our stay as it was so good. We stayed in for the evening entertainment a few nights which was very good, well done the animation team. The whole place was kept clean and tidy and all staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of everything . The rooms are spacious and clean however room was too hot . Rooms cleaned everyday .Loved the glass balcony . The pool area and hotel interior is beautiful and the gardens in the pool area are lovely .Food was also good and lots of choice . We had no children but still enjoyed the entertainment and thought the entertainment team did a great job with the kids and also with the adults . The hotel was perfect apart from two things . One there is no air conditioning system just a fan and the rooms are very warm . Secondly when dining you had to share a table with strangers as the tables were for 8 people . You didn’t have a choice you had to share .Found this very uncomfortable and not for us . Due to the lack of air conditioning and dining arrangements we would not return to this hotel even though we thought it was fabulous . We also asked for a high floor and a room facing the pool which the Hotel fulfilled for us . Thank you very much for a lovely stay .

Dear Lisa, thank you very much for your review! It’s a pleasure to see that you had a good time with us and that you enjoyed our hotel and facilities. Regarding your comment about sharing tables in the restaurant, as a “Club” hotel, one of our objective is to make our guests feel comfortable, but also to make new friends and share experiences. We however understand your point of view and are sorry that it was not to your convenience. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back in our hotel. Sunny regards, Park Club Europe Team ☀️

As an English family we returned to this hotel expecting to have the same exceptional experience but sadly not. Our teenage children 11yrs had no kids club options . The only TUI international kids club staff was 1 girl doing crafts for young kids 4-7yrs. Previous years we had Stefan & Anya who went out their way to entertain our kids. The German TUI alternative had 3 staff and fully engaged in entertaining their kids- we weren’t allowed to join these! Regardless we TRIED to entertain our kids but it was over shadowed by very loud and boystrous German guests - even the pool games were overtaken by them. The restaurant tables too. I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel but it is our experience all the same. The shows at night were average - Grease night however was superb. Good food and clean rooms and great location. Noted- there appeared to be no water sports at the beaches , unless you booked days in advance and even then you had to get a taxi to the designated beach. - Shame Not likely to return with kids being older but I would recommend if your kids like crafts in the kids club. Note- towels. You can hire them but it costs £1.30 a day each but you can swop them daily for fresh ones. Loved the tennis courts.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We choose it for price and location and as it was so reasonable, we didn't expect it to be perfect. When we arrived at our rooms we were shocked as they were not what we were expecting at all! I think we must have been upgraded to the Laguna are and they were lovely and very spacious, and you could just step out straight onto the "beach" area at the pool. It is great having your room right next to your sun lounger. Food was good - enough variety - pizzas were excellent and fresh from the pizza oven. The BBQ restaurant was nice for hot fresh food and always a lot of salad to choose from. We loved that you could just go and get a bottle of wine from the fridge or pour your own beer so you are not sat waiting for someone to serve you. makes it easier for everyone! Drinks were good for the price, beer, wine, basic spirits and a few basic cocktails, I think our group may have drunk the place out of tequila with all the margheritas! Only one person serving on one bar during the day but we didn't have to wait too long. It was a bit far from our room to the bar but that's a good price to pay for the room upgrade. As this was a girls holiday (13 girls) we expected to just eat and sleep here and go out at night but every night we were actually drawn in by the show!! the animation team were great and even though we didn't have kids with us they still engaged with us and got us involved. We would definitely stay again, and I would bring my children back here. Location is good too - 10 minute walk to bars - Sax Bar was our fave. 2 negatives - no kettle in the room :( I really don't like having to get dressed and go all the way to the breakfast room for my first brew of the day! would love to have it sat on my balcony to wake me up! - maybe its an English thing, Lack of aircon was an issue for some who were very hot at night. There is a fan but it is noisy. Hotel was very European, Spanish, Italian and German - hardly any English people but for me that is a good thing!! thanks for a great weekend - the Grannies.

Lovely friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious & cleaned well. Big selection of foods in restaurant. We like to go at quieter times of the year. Pools are lovely & big & gardens are pretty. A nice touch with the Guinea-pig area & the birds. A big bonus for us is when the BBQ opens.

Had a fab two weeks staying at Park Club Europa. The hotel has 2 excellent pool areas, loved the Guinea pigs and parrots. The food is good for an all inclusive (this is a 3 start hotel so we weren’t expecting the world) the evening buffet had regular theme nights and the fresh pizzas are as good as you would get in a restaurant. The main draw for this hotel has to be the top notch animation team, who make an effort with all the guests and really seem to care that you are having a good time. Not pushy with pool games, they strike the balance just right. The evening shows are performed by the animation team, I don’t where they get their energy from! I would highly recommend this hotel for families, we had out 15month old daughter with us, she loved running around. The pools had several shallow areas which were perfect for her and the animation team always made a huge effort. There was a kids disco every night after the evening meal had finished. A few reviews have mentioned the dining room, and yes there is no getting away from the fact that you may end up sharing your table as all tables are set for 8. Over 2 weeks we maybe had to share a table 4-5 times. It was never as awkward as you expect will all guests being very friendly despite the language barriers. I wouldn’t let this put you off. If you really don’t want to share, the go early it late to the restaurant when it tends to be quieter. Overall I was really impressed with this hotel and honestly I’m surprised it is only a 3 star (expect this is simply due to the lack of air con in the rooms) and we will hopefully be returning for another great stay.

My partner and myself (early 30s) have just spent 10 nights here and had a good time. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants ( Tony Roma’s 2 doors down was lovely and great value for money) and 5 minutes to the closest beach. The decor of the hotel is amazing lots of nice little quirky parts. Very clean and staff couldn’t do enough for you very welcoming, there were 2 pools and plenty of sun beds. Food around the pool was standard burgers and chicken nuggets, nothing special but did the job. In the restaurant there was plenty to choose from and we never went hungry, every night had a theme and personally my favourite was the Mexican. The only downside was the shared tables in the restaurant, 8 to a table nothing less which caused a few awkward engagements. On one occasion we had a group sit and watch us eat which was uncomfortable. There’s no chance of a private conversation. The hotel has a very European feel and this unfortunately means that we differ on acceptable behaviour, people would push passed you to get to food and drinks and pay no attention to the queue which obviously is no fault or the hotel. Lastly the entertainment team were great, there was always something going on and they were so enthusiastic. Overall a better than expected stay although could be improved for me with smaller tables in restaurant.

Rooms clean and well-kept. Furnishings selected with taste and without glamour. Rooms cleaned almost daily. Food good and plenty of choice. Beer with lunch and also wine with dinner. The staff do not begrudge alcohol for drinks and are always friendly and helpful. WiFi sometimes poor by the pool. However, in the room, reception, restaurant and bars it works well. I recommend the hotel highly as it is worth the price. P. S. Negative reviews mostly wrong. Negative reviews are mostly unfair and are based on shortcomings and things beyond the control of the hotel staff.

This was our second time in Tenerife but first time in this hotel, pro's and cons to every hotel but unfortunately the biggest con for me was the dining experience and the reason we won't be returning. Pro's. - Entertainment team are absolutely amazing especially Alex, Fabio and Nicollete (hope ive got their names right), these guys are non stop and all make sure they take time out to stop and speak to everyone, their shows are all good but their version of "greatest showman" was absolutely fantastic. In our opinion its the Entertainment team that make this hotel. It rained for first 3 days we were there but the team made sure something was being done indoors. - Pool areas are clean with plenty of room and lots of sunbeds. - Bar staff are all friendly and smiling. - Food was ok, typical all inclusive food. Con's. - No air con in the rooms but you do have a large ceiling fan, problem with this is the noise so your choices are put up with the constant swirling and knocking noise from the fan, leave your window open and wake up to plenty of bites or the odd lizard in your room or thirdly just sweat. - I read on here that cleaners go in the rooms daily, we didn't see anyone for first 3 days and actually ended up going to reception and getting toilet paper and clean towels. Following this the room cleaning consist of making a bed, certainly no cleaning took place in our room last week. - There are no facilities in the room to make drinks so if your an early riser and want a cuppa your out of luck until the restaurant opens at 7:30 because there is no where else to get one. Biggest issue (for me) and the reason we won't return was the restaurant. As I said food was ok, it was what you expect from all inclusive but the whole dining experience is awful. All the tables seat 8 upwards so you have no chance to enjoy a meal as a couple and your seated with whoever has a space on a table, very uncomfortable experience, hated it that much that we popped up in the morning just to get a drink then ate out rest of the week which was annoying when you pay to go all inclusive but physically couldn't eat in such an uncomfortable way. Really let's the whole hotel down

This is a seriously good hotel - it’s 3 star but it feels like a 4 Pros: Location is perfect. 5 mins to the beach and sea front and 2 mins to the golden mile. 50 min walk to St Eugenes. 15 min walk to Veronica’s etc. Rooms are small apartments - we had a lovely quiet room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful pool view balcony. Cleaned daily Completely immaculate grounds and pools There are Guinea pigs, terrapins and ducks which were gorgeous Plenty of sun beds Staff friendly and warm, good fun and hard working The evening entertainment was great (but we didn’t stay in to see it all) Food absolutely amazing - spoilt for choice - well cooked and good quality. 2 large pools & are both fantastic - the lagoon pools have chutes into the salt water absolutely great fun. There’s also an infinity type pool. Totally gorgeous and it never seemed busy whilst we were there but we stayed mainly at the main pool area (near the bar obvs) Snacks throughout the day were brill too - chicken nuggets were the best I’ve tasted, slices of pizza, chips, salad & burgers. The vodka measures in our vodkas & cokes were eye watering, if you don’t say ‘when’ whilst they are being poured out I swear they would be at the top of the cup!! Fabulous lol. David on the bar was a lovely friendly guy with a wicked sense of humour. Cons: Could do with a few smaller parasols as the ones provided are massive and sometimes you just want your head in the shade. The coffee machine wasn’t great The evening bar was only manned (usually) by one person and got busy. They also don’t do Baileys or equivalent Could do with air con in the bedroom at least but as we stayed in September it wasn’t overbearingly hot at night but I could imagine July & August it would be. Two ceiling fans worked quite well and we had the balcony door open as safe as not accessible. We definitely want to return as we had the best time but have probably put on about 3 stone as the food was so good. The best 3 star hotel we have stayed in (and we’re well travelled)
