Park Club Europe hotel emerges as a favorite for its well-maintained, family-friendly environment, although the restaurant layout has received some criticism. Nestled in a prime location, guests frequently commend its closeness to beaches and attractions, adding to its value. The hotel's inclusive entertainment and accommodations are generally seen as providing good bang for the buck.
While the staff's friendliness and diligence are often applauded, there have been occasional lapses in bar service and reports of rudeness. Amenities like pools and entertainment are well-regarded, despite some remarks about room updates and pool temperature. Cleanliness is a standout feature, with guests noting the thorough room service and pristine grounds.

Detailed Reviews
Being all exclusive I found that all my needs were met at this hotel. I found no issues with the staff, the food , my room or the pool. All my dealings with the staff, whether it was the cleaning staff who always said ' Good Morning' the reception staff who were extremely pleasant or the restaurant and bar staff who took the time to help with the self service beer taps ( Amstel beer), were very positive. My room was very clean and fresh. It didn't appear to have air conditioning but a very large fan. Food was good and plentiful and a large portion of it freshly cooked next to where it was served. So you were able to see the whole process and get it hot.
It was located near to the beaches and esplanades so getting to the various location was fairly easy.
On the whole a very nice experience.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We travelled as a couple and opted for the refurbished Superior Twin Room. No air con but for November the ceiling fan was good enough to cool the room. Bedroom was lovely and spacious, bathroom was nice a big – however it is glass all the way, one thing to think about if you like your privacy in the bathroom. Plenty of sockets, however no mirror in the lounge by the dressing table. Although there is a hairdryer in the bathroom with mirror. Tele channels now include BBC1,2,ITV,Ch4 & Ch5 although kept cutting out, dont know if that was all over the hotel or just our room. The Wifi wasn't really any good in the K block.
The hotel is located in a great spot, not far to the beach, supermarket or bars. It is mainly guests from Italy & Germany, not many English guests, however this didn’t bother us. The Animation team were great – special mention to Dani & Alex who made us laugh throughout the week. Activities were very well run with lots to do during the day including Archery and Air rifle shooting. The evening entertainment doesn’t start until 9pm with the mini disco with a main show at 930. I believe they are looking at doing more but had only been open a month so was still getting the evening guide sorted. Mondays there are no activities during the day or evening ents just music.
The restaurant – didn’t like having to share tables when it was busy. Food was OK. We found it to be quite cold at times and only hot once. The variety for the lunch and evening meals was your typical buffet style and they always had a different nationality each night. (Our favourite was the Mexican night). They have a pizza chef who was on every night as well. Breakfast was your typical buffet style with pancakes and churros as a bonus. Snack bar variety was good but again was always on the cold side.
The bar – only issue I had was with the straws! They are awful and broke as soon as you tried to use it. All inclusive drinks were suitable for us but you can pay for other drinks ie red bull. Cocktails - there was only a cocktail of the day rather then a list you could choose from.
Never had any issues with getting a sun bed and the main pool was chlorine not salt water. I don’t know about the Laguna beach pool with the slides as we didn’t go in that pool, but looked good.
We visited Loro Parque which was a 2 hour journey there and back however was definitely worth the visit if you like animals and the shows they put on were amazing. If you like Soul and motown I would recommend The New Soul Suite which is only 15 minute walk away. 3 cabarets every night.
All in all a great holiday.

We’re currently staying here and it’s been great so far the barman Ramon has been fantastic!! We’re sue to check out in the morning and put €40 down deposit for our towels! When we went to reception and asked for our money back they said it was the towel are and they couldn’t help and to go to them in the morning. Our flight is before the “towel place” opens can anyone advise or someone from the hotel respond. I know it’s inky €40 but that’s the taxi fare to the airport and we weren’t made aware they had to be back 😡

Our towels are dirty and/or broken. There have been cockroaches in our toilet and I saw one in the dinner too. Our room fan is broken and keeps noise and the curtains are dirty and broken too.
Today we woke up and our toilet has gone broken or something and there were fluids in our toilet floor and the smell was terrible. We tried to ask for cleaning from the lobby and straight from cleaners and they were rude and did not hurry to come and clean the room so we havent been able to be there all day now. Cleaning comes very late at day and if you are in the room they dont come at all like yesterday.
Towels cost 1.5 € per day and for example if you want to play tennis you have to have 50€ in cash. Not a nice surprise..
In the buffet the food is almost always cold. In the breakfast there are mostly things you put on bread but the bread is always too hard so theres not much to eat.

Currently still at Park Club Europe with a few days left.
I never write reviews but felt compelled due to the brilliant time we have had as a family.
First holiday since COVID with a 8 year old and a 6 year old.
We are a busy working family who needed an all-inclusive that provided everything. This is it.
The pool is beautiful and large not cold.
The food is fresh, hygienic and a large variety.
As a fish eater I was spolit for choice.
My children who are fussy eaters were also given lots of options.
My husband a steak and chips man also loved the bbq on offer each night with steaks and chicken.
The entertainment is typical holiday park variety which My children loved.
The drinks are perfect with the bar staff happy to make anything.
My husband likes the draught beer on tao.
As a parent who worries about my children being too loud they were welcomed to be kids and play without judgment of other tourists.
The animation team is fab and although we wasn't with TUI the girls are very talented and keen to be around the children.
I was impressed with how organised the animation team were My son loved the archery .
We are already planning to book next year with more family members.
The location is perfect to the beach and shops.
Well done to the team for giving us some beautiful memories.

We were unsure on booking, but we were not disappointed at all!! This is an amazing hotel!!
The rooms are huge, they do not have aircon but the 2 fans are enough. All of our rooms were spotless. You also get a mini fridge you can stock with your own drinks which is useful.
All inclusive food and drinks were great value. Good measures at night, self serve for beer, fizzy drinks and coffees in the restaurant and around the pool. The food had a good choice in the main restaurant and also snacks at the pool. Frssh pizza always available too. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and hospitable to find clear tables too.
The best part was the Animation Team!!! They were fantastic!! So friendly & fun, not annoying. Their nightly shows were professional and enjoyable. The team worked so hard day & night to make everyones holiday unforgettable. A totally amazing bunch! Thank you xx
The pool area is spaced out and clean, lots of sunbeds, not much shade though. We never had an issue getting 5 sunbeds together. We purchased towels locally for €10 each, cheaper than hiring them.
Reception staff were friendly, spoke good English and were helpful too.
For kids there is a kids club, kids pools and a mini animal park too. They have parrots, guinea pigs, birds, a big goose, ducks and turtles.
I really recommend this hotel resort and would stay again. Thank you for a lovely holiday!!

Very disappointed with this hotel. Food was the same everyday and cold even when we were first when gates to restaurant opened. They couldn't even boil an egg. Decided to have a boiled egg one morning, cracked the egg and my thumb went through it, RAW EGG. Never knew a place to serve stake without chips. The so called life gard was very rud to me. I saw him allowing a couple of Spanish families have drinks in glasses right beside the pool. I and my partner had a glass of coke right back by a Wall away from the pool, he came over woke me up shouting that he saw me drinking from the glass. When i said "you just woke me up, how could you see me drinking if I was asleep." He grabed our drinks and through them out. Most of the staff were very rude too. There was little or no enterment for anyone during the day. The míní disco for the younger ones started at 21.00, most younger ones would be in bed by that time. Then to have football for 14-year-olds at 22.45 is disappointing as most people began to go to bed.
The pool bar by the míní zoo didn't open, nor did the pool salón.
I must say that Perta in reception was very good and helpful. It was the worst holiday i have ever been on.
Will never go again.

We were assigned a room in which we couldn't sleep, mainly due to the heat. One of the ceiling fans was malfunctioning, and the one in my son's room made an incredible noise that was maddening. The room was small, old-fashioned, and unbearably hot. We requested to change rooms, but were told that there were no more standard rooms available, except those facing the street. This was untrue, as the hotel was not at all fully booked! The receptionist, a dark-haired gentleman, was extremely unpleasant. He offered us the only solution of paying an additional 800€ to get a decent room, which, exhausted and frustrated, we did.
None of the rooms were air-conditioned, which is a significant negative aspect. It only felt comfortable in bed under the ceiling fan. The bathroom/toilet area was unbearably hot.
The housekeeping of the rooms was very approximate.
The noise in the dining area during breakfast/dinner was very bothersome. The servers banged the plates, making it feel like a cafeteria and hurting our eardrums. Communal tables. The outdoor grill was only open for two days, even though it was great! It's foolish.
The entertainment seemed to be for the amusement of the entertainers themselves. They danced and put on their show (which was mediocre), but there was never a dance night for the vacationers, which could have been really nice considering the wide range of ages among the guests.
The food was good, except for the reconstituted hamburgers at the snack bar for lunch.
The garden was superb, which was a positive point along with the great location. The pools were also good.
The area around the pool's sun loungers was dirty, not cleaned in the evenings for the next day. There were glasses and litter left behind. In the evenings, huge cockroaches would appear. Many sun loungers were old and broken. The employees were carrying out noisy repairs among the vacationers."

Me and my husband stayed for 4 nights. Lovely hotel, I didn’t encounter any rude staff atall. All very friendly. The animation team were great fun, the food was very nice- yes I can imagine it would get a bit repetitive if you stayed for a few weeks. The pizza was a nice addition. Cooked in a pizza oven fresh every mealtime. The wine isn’t the best I’ve ever had but ok. The spirits were fine. What you expect . The pool was warm enough to swim in. It was a bit cold when you first got in but you could easily stay in there for 20 mins etc. .. location was nice. 5 mins walk to the other bars, shops. Room very clean. Very comfortable beds..I would definitely recommend park club Europe .

Best bits: BBQ restaurant near Block K. Great meat, often steaks cooked to order and same starters, salads and desserts as the main restaurant and if you’re lucky you get a table to yourself. Also great was the entertainment. The animation team were superb: friendly, enthusiastic etc and we enjoyed the show every evening except Mondays when theres no entertainment/activities .
Less good: The main restaurant food is repetitive and aimed mainly at the german and Netherlands guests. Tables seat 8 people and you'll have to share with strangers some whom are more sociable than others.
Tip: pack a large reusable mug each. The queues at breakfast for the coffee machine are long and the cups are small, and the machines are at the far sides of the restaurant so a big mug can save time and increase your caffeine intake.
Tip2: The drink machine hot drinks arent great so if you order a filter coffee and cold milk at the bar, its free and its pretty close to an UK coffee
