I went here for a long weekend with a group of other guys attending a "mature" stag party. Booking and then checking in on the day were super efficient, indeed the hotel concierge staff were great throughout our stay.

The rooms were a bit basic and tired looking, although we had gotten studio apartments at a fair price and so we were fine with that. The rooms were comfortable however and the location of the Hotel is very good for Puerto Colon and the bar restaurants down at the beachfront about 100 yards away.

We were room only so I can't comment on the meals, and being a stag party I can't comment on the pool either.

In summary, great location, basic accommodation, great staff and not expensive.

We stayed here for 10night we absolutely loved our stay here couldn’t fault it one bit. The staff was superb friendly helpful and attentive they helped us with our transfer which we had a bit of problem with they sorted it out for us quickly and sufficiently. We stayed in room 264 which was a standard studio we had a very large safe which would easily fit in a couple of laptops it was huge the view was amazing very big balcony with a view over Puerto Colon the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels apart from a Sunday. Fantastic value for what we payed couldn’t fault our stay one bit we had a brilliant holiday we would definitely recommend thank you to all the staff at Hovima Atlantis we will be back.

Me, my girlfriend and her parents were meant to be staying at the Los olivos hotel at the other end of Costa adeje, however loveholidays over booked it so we ended up staying here by default. We were obviously nervous about whether the hotel would be decent enough but we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are a little bit dated so if you're looking for luxury it's perhaps not the place, they were however, very clean and spacious and both rooms on our booking had a lovely sea view. The pool area is great and whilst we stayed here there was always plenty of sunbeds. The pool area is very quiet and if you're thinking of bringing kids I wouldn't bother as there are a lot of silly rules such as no floats or balls in the pool. The reason for this I'm assuming is there a lot of privately owned apartments on the premises so they like to keep it quiet. The pool though was great, perfect temperature and varying depths. The pool bar is great, the drinks prices are very reasonable, the food prices are a little bit steep compared to the local restaurants nearby but the food was always lovely. Louis and the other lady who worked on the bar couldn't be more friendly and accommodating and they definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable. Receptionist's are very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is great, only a 2 minute walk down the bank to la pinta beach and another 5 minutes to fanabe beach. We read some mixed reviews before we came here but I can honestly, hand on heart not recommend this hotel enough if you're on a little bit of a budget but want quality.

Staying at Club Atlantis and took the family including a small child up to the apartment for lunch. We took 1/2 an hour and when we came back the lifeguard had taken all of our belongings off the sun beds and given them to other people. How are you supposed to get lunch without losing your beds?!! We waited 1&1/2hrs in the morning to get these beds! Don’t expect to get a place by the pool as guests are allowed to reserve spots at the crack of dawn even when not supposed to. This is an old people’s home and the other older guests were rude and territorial over the beds.
The apartment itself was not worth the money. The tv, table and drawers were all broken. There may as well be no windows because nothing is soundproofed from the bar below that has a loud PA system. You can hear them throwing all of the bottles in the bin at 11/12 at night and the bin wagon coming to empty it every night at 3am. Not good for early/light sleepers.
15yrs I’ve been coming to Tenerife and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed.

It’s really impressive how they manage to have me feel like I traveled in time with my visit there. The interior is really outdated. You get a physical key to the room and not a keycard. The room was falling half apart and somewhat filthy. The location is great and the view we had was beyond amazing from the 6th floor. It says that there is WiFi and meanwhile it’s not a lie you’re only able to use it in the hall which is rediculus. You pay extra to use the rooms safe, you put down a minor deposit fee for this which you get back when you leave aside from the additional cost. They have parking spaces available for an additional fee but totally worth it if you have a rental. Also there is absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever. I could hear what my neighbors were thinking.

I really loved this hotel. Yes If your going to be fussy the rooms are dates but the most important thing is they are clean and well kept.
The staff are really friendly and will help where needed and will go above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable about the area.
The rooms have everything in the for a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen. Fridge and microwave.
Tho only bad thing about this hotel is the air conditioning and for a hot country this is a big problem. It does have air-conditioning but it works badly.
The pool is really nice tho as other people have said in reviews there is the usuall wait around sunbeds before they are unlocked at 10am and the residents do take the sunbeds and save them even tho it tells you not to. However we never found it difficult to find a sunbed later in the day but I should think after June it may be a different story. Maybe time to review that rule!!! Even tho they have sunbeds if you want a parasol or a padded mattress for the sun bed you have to pay 1.70 for them a day.
The hotel is very close to the beach but if you have mobility issues it may be a problem as there is lots of steps. There is mobility scooters to hire locally if you do find it hard to get about. They were 70 euros a week.
There is bus stops very close to the hotel so if you want to get about by bus and the prices are reasonable. There is maps of buses in the lobby of the hotel.
The hotel doesn't have any entertainment but there are many places to visit locally and prices are reasonable. I personally wouldn't recommend it if you have children for this reason.
The hotel does have its own restaurant and bar but they are only small. I personally think they are a bit over priced but that's just me.
There are many places to eat in the area but shop around first as you can get drawn in by the people who stand outside. The prices vary so much but if your looking for an English breakfast you can get them for 3 euro if you look about. Alcoholic drinks also vary too. Tho you can easily get a pint for 1.50 but cocktails start from 6 euro.
The hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport so don't get drawn in with high transfer fees. The busses also run to the airport

Rooms were nice, a little old fashioned but perfectly functional. Beds were really comfy. My only real complaint about my room was the door was a bit of a pain to open think they could do with updating their room doors.

Pool was fantastic, 2 big pools and one little one. We stayed in mid-august and had no issues getting sun beds. Lifeguard could make himself better known though. He seemed to appear out of thin air. There is a pool bar with all manner of drinks and cocktails and does food too. A little dearer than what you may get outside the hotel but it’s for convenience .

Staff were friendly enough. Maids always said “hello”, as did the receptionists on the way in and out the hotel. The bar staff were nice too especially one who turned cocktail making into a little show. Never got the man’s name but he was a nice older guy.

Location was spot on. 5 minutes down to the beach or 5 minutes to the San Eugenio centre. Bars and restaurants everywhere. No entertainment in the hotel but if you walk up to the Irish bar at the top of the hill there’s a singer on every night.

My one complaint, which technically isn’t part of that exact hotel but it was sold with out hotel booking, the food for guests who are half board. Breakfast and dinner is served a hotel a couple of minutes walk away the Panorama. Breakfast was ok no complaints there, dinner however, was shocking. Very little choice, what choice they had was something else. I’m no expert on any cuisine but I don’t think squid and tuna pie exists in any cuisine. We ended up eating out because it was so bad. We actually got up and walked out as we didn’t believe the menu that was put out at breakfast was real.

All in all, I had a good holiday. Will definitely return to this hotel next time I want to go to Tenerife. I think next time I’ll stick with self catering though.

It was our first time at Club Atlantis. 20 minutes from the airport. We loved it so much we are planning to go back. The hotel was spotless and our apartment was first class with all the facilities you could wish for. Tim, the owner of our apartment was always on hand to answer any queries we had e.g. Internet password. The shower was perfect and you had room to move about comfortably. In fact, the whole apartment was comfortable. My husband loved the TV with its many channels.
I'm saving the best till last 'the view over the sea', absolutely beautiful. You can sit on the large balcony either sun bathing or watching the sun go down every evening, perfect!

Loved this place, very clean. Balcony view onto the sea and over Costa Adeje was stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated 200mtrs from Puerto Colon Beach. Close to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. The Hotel is situated slightly away from the centre, ideal for quietness at night which is perfect. Pool area is lovely with a bar, peaceful for sunbathing with 3 pools Overall I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.
