Good apartments in Las americas. Need some updating but in general has everything you need. Location absolutely perfect. Near beach restaurants and supermarket. No problem with cleaniness of apartments. Rooms to the front are a little noisy. No Aircon so if weather was very hot rooms would be uncomfortable. Great value.

We’ve just got back from a week in Udalla park, I was slightly worried after reading reviews but I shouldn’t have been. The room and all areas of the hotel were spotless at all times, all the staff were helpful and really friendly! The room itself is spacious and clean, beds were comfortable with extra pillows in the wardrobe. It was very noisy as we were in room 123 on the first floor facing the main road and there is bars underneath, the bottle bins on the street are emptied all through out the night, it was a bit hard to get used to but for us personally it wasn’t a huge problem but it could be if you had children or like an early night. There is no air con in the room but you’re made aware of that from the minute you book and the hotel offer a rental service, again we didn’t need it as it is November but in the summer best to order this before you go. The bar pool drink/snacks are very reasonably priced with a mix of local and premium brands. The pool is extremely cold but again I’m sure in the hotter summer months this would be welcomed! There is a life guard at the pool at all times and she is lovely! The location is brilliant it’s within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and beach’s which again, are all really cheap prices while you’re there. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to go back before we had even left! Thank you to all the staff at Udalla park, we’ll see you again in September!

We had bought tickets for Siam Park and I went to reception to ask for some help with how to get the free bus to the park. The man on reception told me to use my phone and look for it. I again asked for his help, which he told me the conversation was finished. I voiced my displeasure,to which he then proceeded to swear at me, disgusting behaviour. Think twice before staying if that’s the customer service you receive

The Hotel is a three star with clean rooms. The rooms that look out onto the road are noisy at night and there is no air conditioning but fans are supplied by the hotel. The hotel is ideally suited to let you walk into both Los Cristianos and Playa de Americas. There are plenty of good restaurant within a ten minute walk. The hotel staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful with Mary being outstanding. Mary helped with taxis, gave good advice and always greeted us with a smile. The pool is a reasonable size and often we were the only ones using it, so no scramble for sun beds!

The service at this at this apartment block is exceptional! We checked in at 10pm and the desk was still open, the lady was lovely and gave us a coupon for a free drink at the pool bar the following day. room cleaner came every two days and did the best job ever! She even washed up for us one day! (We didn't leave it on purpose.) We drank our own drinks at the pool one day and the bartender came over to see if we wanted ice! Taxis, sugar for your tea because you forgot to buy it... nothing too much trouble for these. Checkout is 12pm and you can request even later. Free showers and toilets after checkout along with luggage hold so you can still go to the beach if you have a late flight like us. You have to rent the air con and the beds are rock hard but this is reflected in the price. For what we paid, we are over the moon.

Cannot express how amazing the staff at this hotel were! The hotel is clean and well kept for the price you pay. The pool area, again very clean and tidy and the pool bar very handy for a drink or an icecream on a very hot day. This was a VERY last minute booking after my husband and I vacated an airbnb property due to a cockroach problem. We arrived about 2 hours after we booked it and Mary, the receptionist on the front desk was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very calming considering the nightmare we had already had on our first trip to Tenerife. She checked us in whilst chatting to us about the weather and our stay so far, she gave us a small map of the area and a quick description of where the local supermaket and restaurants were, she also supplied a kettle and sorted out a large rental fan for us. The pool is quite deep and the bar lady who is also the lifeguard was very good with the children whilst they were playing in the pool, keeping a close eye on them. The hotel is on quite a busy road, but with the patio doors closed you don't hear any traffic noise. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, but the staff and their caring attitude made what could've been a very bad experience into a great time away. Thank you Udalla park hotel. Highly recommended.

Staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. Location was great lots very close by and anything else was all within walking distance. They have a happy hour at the pool bar which is great. My friends and I stayed in two different rooms and ours was more modern than there’s but it was a problem just a heads up. Lovely place would go again

My wife needed to see a doctor, the taxi dropped us off outside this hotel. We thought we would ask the guy at the reception desk where the doctor was. He asked if we were staying in the hotel, we said no, he then said he would not tell us. We were a bit puzzled by his response as we asked politely. I then said we only want directions. He then came out behind his desk and ushered us outside the hotel while threatening to call the police. He obviously has issues, but having him at the reception makes no sense.
