NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENTS : VISTASUR Apartments are located on the edge of the "Las Vistas" beach. It offers a 24 hours reception, an outdoor pool and a car park. Apartments have a balcony or terrace, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, sandwich, toaster, kettle and complete crokery and cutlery. All the apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, fans, piped music, free safety box and free WIFI conexion. The complex has shops and restaurants.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We stayed here and would highly recommend, the location is brilliant as you are straight across the road from the beach, turn right and you are Los Americas,turn left and you head to Los Christonios. Checking in was so efficient, Annie was so helpful and we could rent towels from reception and change them daily if so wished. The apartment was spacious and spotless and cleaned everyday except Sunday, this Annie had advised us. The kitchen had everything supplied, kettle toaster microwave coffee machine. There is a toilet and bathroom in the apartment. We stayed on the side of the restaurants and did find it a bit noisy late at night and early mornings with deliveries so when we go back we will request inside or sea view apartment. Got to see one of these apartments and it is worth the extra cost . Although the pool is small ,they are well maintained and the lifeguards are so efficient and sort your beds/table/parasol. Only residents can use the pool and the lifeguards are vigilant in this. Lovely coffee shop there too for drinks and icepops and snacks. The staff are lovely and friendly . Cant wait to go back here

Well another fantastic stay. It’s great to see the improvements too like a microwave and fab walk in shower. Also this complex is now super strict due to covid. Temp check on arrival. Only two people in reception at any time and masks to be worn in public places. Even the pool now you have to have temp check and sanitize feet and hands and one way system in and out and the pool lad is on the ball to stop anyone walking in. May I just ask the staff to give my regards to the pool lad I don’t know his name but he is super nice to us and remembers us every time. Reception staff also we think you are so kind. I’ve loved it that much I’ve booked again for next week. X

We stayed in Apartment 121 which is a lateral sea view although we were very happy with the view and would definitely stay here again. The apartments are spotless. Everything was seamless from check-in with Annie to check out. Nothing was a problem for them. The apartments are across the road from the beach. You can rent beach towels which can be changed at will for clean ones. The location of the apartments is great because you are right in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas so the choice of restaurants and bars is vast.

We arrived early and the guy at reception was so helpful, he phoned through to the cleaners to get our apartment ready. Being within a small shopping mall the children went around the shops whilst we had a coffee in one of the numerous bars and resturants avaliable. Ten minutes our apartment was ready.Our apartment was front line beach view and what a view. Two storey three bedroom, absolutely massive. Two balconies sun beds brilliant. The apartment was very clean and cleaners came every day to make beds and change towels. The cleaning staff were so kind and helpful. There was one guy at the pool a lifeguard who couldn't do enough for us, people like this make your holiday. We would definately book again and recommend to anyone.

We have just returned from two weeks at the Apartmentos Vistasur in Las Americas Tenerife. As a family of six, we booked two apartments and have had the most fabulous time. The apartments are perfectly placed on the front, a minute’s walk from a lovely beach, with shops, bars and restaurants all nearby. It feels busy without being overcrowded and really friendly.
The apartments themselves, as well as the complex were spotlessly clean. We really couldn’t fault it. The rooms were cleaned every day with towels changed every three days. Spacious, comfortable rooms with everything you might need. Really high standards of care all around the place, exemplified by Iulia and her colleagues in the Reception. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always met with smiles and greetings. From answering an email query before we even arrived to being there if anything was needed, I cannot praise them highly enough.
The pool was clean and well looked after and there were plenty of beds for anyone who needed one all through the day. You don’t have to get up at stupid o’clock to put your towel down; in fact you can’t because it is closed off until 10:00am and then staffed all day by a lifeguard who again was so helpful and made sure that you had a bed, a parasol and a table. Superb!
Whatever we ended up doing through the day, we knew we could come back to a clean apartment, well air-conditioned and get a good night’s sleep.
What a fantastic holiday we’ve had and what a wonderful place to say. Thank you to everyone there who made us feel so welcome. I can’t wait to come back!

Pros - Great location, huge rooms, pleasant staff. Cons - furniture very tired and the layout could be so much better. The bedroom is huge and could accommodate 2 double beds which would give guests more options.

We stayed for 16 nights in Apartment 118 & felt very much at home during the entire stay. The location was perfect only a few foot steps from the beach surrounded with with lot of restaurants to choose from in the direct vicinity. The reception staff was exceptionally friendy & helpful. Special thanks to Laura for helping us with my enquiries & provinding was a quite apartment with partial sea view. Thanks also to Cleaning staff for providing us with a spotless clean apartment each day.

It was our second time in Vistasur and it didn't disappoint again. Location perfect for bars, restaurants and Safari center, Los Cristianos is a nice 10-minute stroll down the beach for a change of scenery. My partner is a bit of a sun worshipper, so we book the 1 bed premium sea view apartment with frontal sea views which literally gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. If you're a beach person, its literally 5 meters away from apartment. Apartment is well equipped with all tableware, microwave, kettle, toastie machine, electric hob. Although we didn't do much cooking, we did have the odd cheese and onion toastie!! Shower is perfect and there are proper wall mounted A/C units in these apartments. The reason I mention this is because I have seen reviews of ceiling fans in other apartments. I always visit Tenerife once a year and this is my go-to place now.
Only one negative - I take my firestick on holiday everywhere I go, although the Wi-Fi is OK for phones tablets etc, it is not strong enough for a firestick(buffering), however, not enough to lose a star.

We thought this was a superb place, ideally situated close to the beach and bars / restaurants and shops. After a warm welcome, we found our apartment to be clean, spacious and perfectly well equipped for "proper" self-catering.
One thing should be mentioned, and that is that the entrance to our apartment led to a flight of stairs leading to the flat. However, this led to an incident which really impressed me. I have a knee problem which gives me a noticeable limp, but which doesn't actually prevent me from climbing stairs, so there was no problem. However, I was astonished when our room phone rang on the third morning, with a call from the receptionist. Although I hadn't mentioned my problem, she had noticed it anyway, because she was phoning to say that another apartment had become available which was all on one level. We didn't take up the offer, but what amazing service!
There is one problem which will vary in importance between travellers, and that is noise. The Vistasur is built around a public shopping centre with paths leading through it, providing a shortcut from the beachside bars and restaurants. Consequently, there is a frequent passage of late-night revellers passing below the apartment windows, clearly Spanish-speaking locals.
Don't bother with the VIP "supermercado" attached to the apartments. The Colviran shop in the tunnel next to the "Friends" bar is much better stocked, cheaper and with friendlier service.

The location of this apartment was brilliant, right on the beach and near many restaurants and bars, as well as being located on top of a shopping centre. The apartments were nice but the beds weren’t the most comfy and the shower wasn’t very powerful. The room I stayed in had no aircon, just a ceiling fan that didn’t add much coldness to the room.
Towels are only taken every 3 days which is slightly too infrequent as, being near the beach, our towels got a lot of sand on them and we needed them being replaced quicker.
We had a sea view apartment which overlooked the pool and the beach, and the balconies were very spacious. Our apartment slept 6-8 guests on two floors and had 8 sunbeds between two balconies.
