I have stayed in the playazul many times before and always been satisfied. The apartments are basic but clean and well serviced. The location is good, only a 5 min walk to Veronica's area and the patch. Family and friends have been coming to the playazul for over 10 years. On average we probably spend €3000 to €4000 euros per season. Unfortunately this will be my last trip here. My 85 year old mother has had to pay for charging her mobility scooter. Access for this faciity is very poor. We were made to feel very unwelcome just for asking. My advice would be that if you have a disabled person in your group, stay well away from the playazul. It is with a heavy heart that I will never return.

Ok hotel given the price, the rooms are satisfactory with a 2 bed bedroom, kitchenette and living area. TV is free and requires a remote control deposit. Unfortunately there are no english channels and any HDMI input option. Rooms are somewhat tidy and cleaned 5 out of 7 days a week, cleaners told my friend off for skid marks in the toilet and made him clean it while she was there... it was a bit strange. Cleaners left a lot and were very rude Reception was fine, didn't have a problem until they tried to hit me with a fine for cleaning my bed. Way over 100 euros. Not a chance. Really put a dampener on the holiday. Location is 2 minute walk from the main veronicas strip and the beach on Playa de las Americas, however you can't really hear the nightlife from your hotel room. Maybe only the balcony however that's likely to be from others on the balcony drinking or playing music. The pool is a nice area with a fair few deck chairs, and a reasonably priced bar. However the rules are a bit ridiculous, there's no music allowed despite there none being played, no diving, no balls, no drinks, no food, I guess most places are like this but this seems a bit excessive. I won't be returning.

It’s my second time in this hotel and I consider it a good money/location/quality ratio. The location is very good because I like Playa de Troya and it is very close to it. The price is nice and it is clean. It is comfortable enough. On the kitchen you get dish detergent which is great. It’s the only non reusable thing that you have on the kitchen. You can be very unlucky with your neighbors. This time I had very noisy neighbors. That would make lots of noise every night. I was able to sleep fine but was noisy. They are very stingy with the soaps and the shampoos. They left me three tiny soaps, and two tiny shower gels and two tine shampoos for a whole week of at least two showers of day!

So me and my friend arrived and they have these huge stairs to get up, no ramp or help off any staff what so ever. These 2 men who was staying in the hotel had to help us with our cases which was very kind of them, I don’t know how anyone hasn’t had accidents trying to get up the stairs with their cases. Man on reception is the most smug patronising person I’ve ever come across, just the way he speaks to you like you’re some idiot, so anyway I bit my tongue and we went to our rooms. Apartment was spotless, very spacious. Beds we’re not the best but you get what you pay for, wouldn’t stay here if I was on a family holiday but don’t mind if I’m partying. Night time man who’s on reception was very nice! So on our last day we was checking out and the same man from when we came was on the desk, I asked him nicely we’re is the change room to have a shower e.c.t. He muttered and just pointed outside. So I came back and said “it’s not anywhere outside so where is it?” And he said “i never said it was outside did I, I just pointed” EXACTLY so tell me where it is?! So he then finally told me the directions. I ended up going mad at him saying you are one rude person and had to ask for his name because his attitude was disgusting!!! Said his name was Antonio, don’t know if it is or not? But he crapped himself when I asked. He needs sacking! Rude C U NExt Tuesday!!!

The rooms were clean and spacious the hotel itself was nice. The reception staff on the other hand on the first day of check in were nice, but throughout our stay changed, I accidentally broke a mirror and checked out to get hit with an 85 Euro bill for it, understandably you have to pay to replace it but when the room itself is only 56 a night 85 for a mirror was a bit steep. The lady at reception is extremely rude and due to her rudeness you could not approach reception with a problem or query. All because of her extreme rudeness Myself or my partner will definitely not back!
