Hotel Parque La Paz earns praise for its modern and spacious rooms equipped with kitchenettes and balconies, though the lack of air conditioning is a point of contention for some guests. The hotel's prime location is a highlight, with easy access to beaches and local attractions. While many visitors commend the cleanliness and the friendly staff, opinions on the atmosphere and service vary, with some experiencing slow bar service.
Additionally, noise levels can be bothersome for those seeking tranquility. Despite mixed reviews on value and entertainment, the hotel's offerings satisfy numerous travelers.

Detailed Reviews
Me and my boyfriend stayed here last September and I dont think we could have picked a better hotel, it was amazing! There was a strip of resteraunts and quite bars right next to the hotel, however these weren't distracting at night, and the main veronica's strip was only a 20 minute walk. The beach was again a 20 minute walk and there were some convenience stores on the way to the beach and a small one right behind the hotel where you could buy your milk and drinks for your fridge if you go self catering like we did. We met another couple who went all inclusive and they didn't think it was worth the money they ate out the same as us every night and only utilised the bar for free drinks so I wouldn't recommend goin all inclusive but I don't agree with going all inclusive anywhere as I like to try new foods when i'm on holiday and experience the different cultures. The country was quite expensive compared to others with meals out averaging around ÂŁ40 every night for just the two of us which I think is quite steep when you typically pay ÂŁ25-30 in other countires but there was a reasonably priced resteraunt just 5 minutes walk form the hotel on yet another strip of bars and resteraunts called mama mias (i think, it's an italian on the end) which was perfect! This hotel was in the best location ever, close to bars/resteraunts but not too close that you couldn't sleep with the noise. We soon realised it was mainly a family orientated hotel but we found it fit our needs perfectly, couldn't fault our experience one bit 5 stars and 10/10 would reccommned!!! The staff were all so freindly and spoke both english and spanish (not sure of any other languages) and they arranged fun activities throughout the day as well as shows at night for entertainment. There is also a cigarette dispencery machine in the lobby which was very handy and vending machines with bottled drinks and light snacks.

As many of you who read our reviews probably know both me and my wife are massive fans of Tenerife and in particular the Parque de la Paz area and the Arona beach . We booked a New Years break at this recently refurbished hotel and an all inclusive package was included in the price the flight out with Jet2holidays was as always really good and the transfers were prompt and on time . The hotel as nearly finished its refurbishment and the newly completed rooms are amazing really modern great walk in shower really comfy bed well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a tv with a variety of English channels, the all inclusive package is breakfast, dinner and evening meals plus all local wines and alcoholic drinks . The food is really good and the hotel caters for all tastes the pool area is really good and there are ample sun beds for everyone and a bar that keeps topped all day long with what ever you drink - if you want to visit the local bars they are a couple of minutes walk away on the strip and the Parque de la Paz as its own bar there called the Corner Bar with nightly tribute acts and a great compĂšre in Mr Steve Saint , this hotel as got a lot going for it and everyone who stays there raves about it me and my wife are planning another visit here

We were lucky enough to get a refurbished room and it has been finished to an excellent standard. The hotel had understood the request for a room with disabled access and it couldnât have been a better location, complete with scooter parking outside! As we were a party of 5, we got 2 rooms next to each other on the ground floor which meant we could easily access each otherâs room via the terrace. Lots of power points which pleased the kids and maid service was regular. We were only bed and breakfast so canât comment on food beyond that but breakfast was excellent, so much choice, eggs cooked to your liking and lots of fresh fruit. The entertain team worked hard and put on a great programme, big shout out to Georgia who my kids loved. Yes there is some mild background noise during the week from the rooms still being refurbished but you donât notice it if youâre around the pool. Only minor niggle was the TV reception and WiFi often struggled but I think that was more an issue with the atmosphere than the hotel (we were there during the sandstorm). We would highly recommend the hotel, itâs super clean, great staff, excellent service and suitable for all family types. Location is ideal too.

Myself, my Mum and my 9 year old daughter stayed at Parque De La Paz yet again for Christmas & New Year! As always the staff could not do enough for us!
Hotel Staff: The management at this hotel is second to none across the board - from hotel manager to restaurant manager, the staff are always exceptional! They run the place like clockwork! We were very lucky to have a newly refurbished room on the ground floor! Stunning!
The manager Tania is always on hand if anyone has any questions! Tania is at hand to help with any problems that may arise during your stay. The front of house reception staff are amazing, especially Inmaculada and the gentleman on front desk! My daughter loved Inmaculada as she was always happy and greeted everyone with a smile! The gentleman on front desk with the glasses is such a lovely person! Canât do enough for you! Always laughing and carrying on with guests.
Cleaners: The cleaning staff in this hotel keep the place absolutely spotless! Always someone around if you need something for example extra towels, fresh bedding (my daughter spilled something on the sheets and we had fresh ones within 10 mins!
Entertainment: Entertainment at this hotel is fantastic for the children! Childrenâs disco and games are on every night! During Christmas and New Year there was something on every day for adults and children alike! Aqua aerobics, volleyball, lots of water sports activities for the children. They even had a blow up obstacle course this year for adults and children during the day in the pool! The singers at this hotel were outstanding! There was also some magic shows, cabaret acts, and DJ Enzo to entertain everyone. DJ Enzo ensures that there is a wide variety of music to satisfy everyoneâs taste! The entertainment is also fantastic in height of season with a large variety of acts! Love the hypnotist act! Mr Sister unfortunately was not there this year and very much missed as he was home with family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The new modern appartment was excellent with a lovely pool view. The weather was brilliant which is a plus! We enjoyed the food very much and especially the New Year gala dinner. We were also happy with the all inclusive drinks on offer and understand the use of paper/plastic cups around the pool bar area. The proper wine glasses were available too, you just need to ask! Snacks are available all day in between the dining times which is great if you like a lie in!
Regarding the work going on we were fully informed on booking and we didnât have a problem with it at all. It is a 365 days resort so work has to be done at some time!
The hotel is in the best location, near shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Definitely will be returning.

We had originally booked to visit in June 2020 so weâre excited to visit for a week with our son, his partner and 4 month old Grandson. Our whole experience was simply joyous. The rooms and communal areas were spotless. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay and we certainly did. We went Bed and Breakfast and there was always plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters.
Food and drink at the pool bar was reasonably priced in comparison to bars and restaurants in the area and although the pool was a little chilly it wasnât so cold you couldnât use it. Anything we asked for (additional pillows, cot) were delivered quickly, a problem with the safe dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
An additional hook to hang the shower mat in the bathroom and some larger drinking glasses were really the only things we could think of to make things better. We had emailed a few weeks before we visited and made some requests for room preferences and we had 2 lovely rooms looking out over the pool waiting for us on arrival. We also found sun beds everyday, regardless of the time of day we visited without having to visit early in the morning to stake our claim to a particular spot.
A really lovely stay and wouldnât hesitate to recommend or book again.

We stayed at parque le paz for 10 nights in the middle of June all inclusive, the room was very spacious with lots of areas to store clothes and our suitcases fit under the bed to allow for extra space. The room had no air conditioning however there are 2 fans in the room, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom, these worked perfectly and kept us cool at night. There is also air flow coming from a small window next to the door and sliding doors through to the spacious balcony.
We were at the side of the hotel looking out onto the road, we had an amazing view of the volcano/hills from our room and also a side sea view. It was lovely to sit and relax on a night and watch the world go by. The rooms were cleaned every day expect a Tuesday and Friday. New towels were provided, however there was a sign in the room saying that if you didnât want your towels to be washed to save on water keep them hanging up, we did keep them hung up as we felt they didnât need to be changed however they were so what was the point of the sign being up?
We were all inclusive. There was a wide selection of cocktails which I tried every one and loved, there are a choice of local spirits to choose from but anything that wasnât local had an extra charge to so we just stuck with the local ones. Lager was on tap as a help yourself along with wines, sangria and soft drinks which was very useful.
We ate in the hotel every day, all buffet style. The food was average, nothing to shout about but it did the job.
If you are wanting poolside/evening entertainment then this hotel isnât the best, they didnât stick to the timetable so on an evening we took drinks back to the balcony or there is other seating around the hotel which we preferred to relax rather than next to the bar. There are lots of sunbeds and umbrellas around and we managed to get one every day and didnât get up at ridiculous times for these either, sometimes we turned up at 10am and others 2pm and we still got one.
It is a short walk from 2 beaches which was really good and the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants if you want to venture out so perfect location.
Towards the end of our stay there was lots of young groups of people our age which turned it into a bit of a party feel so we felt we timed it right as that wasnât the feeling we were wanting. The age range was a complete mix throughout the stay.
Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Just got back from 10 days all inclusive. The hotel still charged same money for a 2 star service food was bad and limited and never brought enough staff in you cannot run all inclusive food from a snack bar they should never have tried. And people bringing children to an hotel that is now clearly not for children admit it it looks like you are now going adults only I felt sorry for all the parents with bored kids when they said there was kids clubs and kids activities and kids entertainment . Then Took all kids activities out during refurbishment ie pool tables etc but told travel agent was good for kids. entertainment for adults was meager bingo with a toothpick it was sad no money spent on anything the young girl tried her best with no resources but Ivan was lazy It's a Great location room very well done. But ÂŁ2.000 for 2. some families paid ÂŁ4.000 to ÂŁ5.000 there are better hotels around and cheaper The mistake they made was charging top price with minimum effort and blame a pandemic. tell truth reduce price and be thankful they have custom. The complaints and there is a lot, know body can deny it if you were there. People would have then understood and been thankful just for an holiday and avoided all this. now your reputation is scared and don't even mention the travel agency disappointment at the amount of complaints And money they will be paying back. i hope they have now learned a valuable lesson. cleaners were great very professional I hope they recover from this because it could be a good hotel again but not when you have put prices up more for next year. i would not return but good luck also check Parque de la paz (unofficial) on facebook.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at the hotel, but the considerations you are making are not fair. First of all, we have never been a 2-star hotel and I don't think there is any 2-star hotel with the services that we offer and the facilities. As for it being an adults-only hotel, I don't know where you got this information from, nor is it an adults-only hotel, nor have we considered it at any time. We have a daily entertainment program for children and adults and there are two days a week that entertainment is for the whole family. Another thing is that if there are few children or they do not want to participate in the entertainment, because they prefer to be enjoying the pool, the animators carry out other types of activities. Nor do I think it is correct for me to say that one of our animators is lazy, since they all work very hard, we understand that animation may like some more than others, but it is not a reason to say that he is lazy, it would be more constructive to have spoken directly with the animators and made suggestions that they would have liked (we do darts, archery, aquagym, bingo, quizzes, live shows ...) I can assure you that we work very hard so that customers leave satisfied and we try to improve a little more every day. Regards, Tania Alonso

Stayed at this hotel several times over the years but it has changed an awful lot since the pandemic. Extremely busy and pool is like a playground for kids and not very big. No inflatables allowed in the pool only balls which were flying everywhere. Sunbeds weâre all reserved by 745 with towels and people on them, some were reserved from 6am. Food was nice enough but very repetitive, there was a bbq night which was nice. The late breakfast option is good if you donât want to rush to the earlier breakfast. Noisy of a night if you have a pool view room as the bars down the side of the hotel donât close till about 2am. Lots of all lad and all girls groups which they never used to allow. Close to the strip and all the bars and restaurants. Beach walking distance but if you want to do water sports itâs further out. Siam park a bus ride away which is free and the bus stop is outside the best Tenerife hotel which is around the corner every half hour from 930am. Supermarkets close. Clean modern rooms cleaned every day apart from Tuesday and Friday. Digital safe available which is better than the old key ones. Ceiling Fan in each room which is ok but some nights it was extremely hot and they just blew hot air but it was better than not having anything. No food around the pool only drinks in recyclable cups provided but the pool restaurant was better for eating in at lunchtime. We wouldnât stay here again just because of how busy the hotel is and rowdy but may suit some families that like that type of thing but we donât have small children. Evening entertainment was diabolical- just a different singer every night singing the same same songs. One magic show that was awful and one Brazilian dancing which was even worse- but again some people might like that sort of thing. Sitting on the balcony isnât peaceful as you can still hear the singers! Close to the airport but be mindful of you travel With jet 2 the coach driver demands masks and some families were having to rush to the shops and we had to wait on the coach when picked up. This isnât seen on any paperwork so people didnât have them, luckily we did. We will try another hotel next time but we had an ok time.

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your vacation, it is true that the months of July and August are when more children and families come to the hotel, since it is the school vacation, but it happens both in our hotel and in the rest, not be that you go to an "adults only" hotel. The rest of the year is much quieter, and there are not so many children, we would like you to come back in another season so you can see for yourself. Best regards, Tania Alonso

We stayed in room 426 pool
View we were told by management this room was one of the first to be refurbished. This room although not as modern as some of the other rooms was a great room with a dual aspect balcony view. The room is the last room on the top floor so no noise from passing guests excellent. No air conditioning but to be honest I think I now prefer the ceiling fans helps you acclimatise ?
When entertainment is around the pool area but you can simply close the patio doors and you really canât hear anything if you in that early or have little ones.
The hotel is well cleaned in and out the cleaners done an excellent job in and around the hotel. Every evening jet washing the entire pool area and cleaning the pool early morning.
We stayed all inclusive but ate out most evenings and some lunch times around the beach.
We did eat breakfast and some meals in the hotel which were all good 2 adults and 2 children all found something to eat roast meats fish veg salads etc all youâd expect. lunch time queue at the pool bar was waiting for freshly cooked meat and fish so no complaints there that started around 13:00 followed by hot dogs burgers pizza salad chips etc also tubs of ice cream.
Drinks were self service beer Dorada, wine and sangria along with all soft drinks and water coffee hot chocolate and slushies
Cocktails from the bar ask behind the bar for large reusable cup for your beer!
Pool area was clean and good apart from the people who think all inclusive means hotel staff and everyone else is there to clear up after them! We didnât have a problem getting beds at any time of day we stayed for 2 weeks from August 12th life guards were really good at removing towels from beds not being used along with the 08:30 towel removal excellent.
I did see people reserving beds from about 06:00 then disappearing I guess back to bed. Must be mad your on holiday.
The evening entertainment is not the hotels strong point but passes the time if you want an easy one after a few heavy nights.
The hotel is in an excellent location 4 mins from the beach even closer to the bars restaurants and shops walking distance to Christanos and Adeje great restaurant in Christianos if you like fish ABORDO excellent food.
We had a great holiday hotel staff and management do an excellent job looking after guests and dealing with any queries.
The nylon all inclusive bands do however dangle in absolutely everything. Thatâs my cons list. This is not a 5 star hotel so donât expect one. But does an excellent job of making a great holiday in an excellent location well done.
Donât be out off this is a value for money hotel.
