We arrived early afternoon and were quickly checked in (great service by Kristina and Evelyn), and we were given a free upgrade to a duplex room. Great room, but unfortunately my wife can’t handle stairs, so back I trekked to reception, and the ladies quickly found us a room that was all on one level. Great so far. The following morning, we decided that this room was too noisy for us, and we had paid for a pool view, so off we went to reception, where we found the Jet2 rep, who listened to us, them went to reception to see the ladies, and he came back within 5 minutes and told us that a pool view room was being cleaned, and we could have it after about an hour. 3 rooms in22 hours, but we were happy. Breakfast was great, loads of selection, but, hot dog sausages for 3 days in a row, chicken sausage for 1 day, and pork sausages (no complaints about the pork sausages) for the other 3 days. Temperature of the food was ok, it just spoiled it because no one that I know eats hot dogs with an English breakfast. Plenty of bread, so I could get my toast, loved the cava, really enjoyed the chocolate do nuts, in other words there was plenty of selection for different peoples tastes. Lunch was served in the pool restaurant, and there seemed to be a good selection, although we only went in a couple of lunch times. Evening meals in the main restaurant were again plenty of selection, although we are not fans of theme nights, and prefer plainer food, but we found something. The cleaning staff were very hitty missy, they did a good job, but we never knew when they were coming, in fact on 1 day, I left the room at 9:30 and told the cleaner who was next door that we were going out, and when we went to the room 2.5 hours later, she had jumped our room, and did the one on the other side, finally doing our room after 1 o clock. The rooms were very comfy, and we found that the fans did a decent job, although they could get noisy on high speeds. Soft drinks, warm drinks and beer are self service, however spirits and cocktails are served from the bar. All in all, a good holiday after a minor hiccup. Thanks to all concerned

Thank you very much for your comments, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the cleaning schedule, we do not have a fixed time, the cleaning service is from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., first the rooms of departing clients are cleaned to have them ready as soon as possible for arrivals and then they are the clients. Kind regards, Tania Alonso

Hotel's Favorite
This is 3rd time we have been back to this hotel in last 4 years, it has got better and better each time, the rooms are of high standard and very spacious, great for families. The food is also plentiful and of a wide range to suit all palettes. Breakfast especially is excellent, literally nothing you wouldn’t want! The animation team are just wonderful with the kids. Tomas and his bar team as always, very friendly and hard working. Location is perfect, if your not all inclusive, you’re literally a 1 min walk from a fantastic strip of bars, and 100s of great local restaurants. And as of any noise, we actually choose to over look the vulcano side, yes there is music playing in the corner bar till midnight, but it is barely audible in the rooms! All in all an extremely welcoming hotel and every single staff from cleaners to the chefs, to the receptionist, deserve praise, you are a credit to your hotel. Parque La Paz, continue with the current hard work and high standards, absolutely fabulous and can’t wait to come back again.

Visited this hotel for a week on 7th April. We are a family of four and my mum, dad and gran were also there in another room. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and have everything you need. We hired a high chair from a company recommended by reception which was spotless and only 30 euro for the week. However, the fans just don’t cut it, some days it went upto 30 degrees and air con was really needed, for this reason I wouldn’t stay again. The pool area is nice and spacious and mostly easy to get a bed. I feel that it could have been doing with more cleaning throughout the day as drinks were spilled and there were things lying around all day. Very few staff walking around to check. The animation team are quite poor for the kids, my daughter coloured in a picture one day and the male staff member was just sitting on his phone, the mini disco is 4 songs. We didn’t stay for the nighttime entertainment as we headed out so can’t comment. We were self catering so can’t comment much on food, pool snacks were nice enough. Overall, nice clean apartment good for SC holiday and it’s location in las americas but needs air con badly.

Thank you very much for your comments, we take your comments into account and we will speak with the animation team. As for air conditioning, we are working on it, however, if fans are not enough, you can always rent air conditioning equipment from the reception through a local company. Regards, Tania Alonso

As an allergy mum I always search TripAdvisor to see which hotels are suitable so I wanted to post to let others know this hotel was excellent. All foods were labelled with allergens and there were no mistakes at all. I am a vegetarian who is currently avoiding soy, egg and milk due to my daughters allergies and I was still able to find something to eat! And the food was really good. Excellent selection. We had booked B&B but actually paid for dinner on two nights as we were so impressed, had we tried the dinner buffet earlier in the week we would have ate there more. Different theme every night so no repetitive food. Aside from that an all round excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, great staff and perfect location. A note to say they dont have an iron or aircon in room but you can arrange hire for these with an outside company who the hotel works with.

We arrived on 7th April , staff are wonderful , room was great we stayed in one bedroom apartment had everything we needed , we went all inclusive we would 💯 come back but do self catering as the location is amazing everything you need shops restaurants lovely walks along beach, we booked through easyJet the transfer time was 20 minutes, The hotel is very clean , the entertainment was poor 2 nights got cancelled, my son got very very sick while there for 5 days vomited and diarrhoea and had shingles so unfortunately we couldn’t do everything we wanted too but the hotel was nice checking on him said if we needed anything to let them know, there was two staff members who was really fabulous petite lady with dark hair , and the happy go lucky bar tender. Sorry can’t remember there names but you stood out and was happy , friendly etc . The food was nice we found something to eat but was pretty much the same everyday, good thing was you can get food from 7.30 am to 11 am which I thought was really good always fresh, the bbq night was the best. Weather was perfect 👌🏻

This was the fourth hotel we’ve stayed at in Tenerife but while others have higher star ratings, this was the best of them as far as I’m concerned. Incredibly helpful staff, great quality and variety of food and extremely clean throughout. The facilities aren’t amazing but it’s a small hotel so what do you expect. Location is AMAZING for beach and places to eat plus there are gyms nearby. Really can’t fault Parque La Paz and we will definitely be visiting again

We spent a week with extended family (4 rooms in total) at the start of April. First time for us to Parque La Paz. Extended family have stayed many times. First impressions were great, airy welcoming reception area. Check in was fast and friendly. We paid €15 for safe hire for the week and got our bands for breakfast. We had packed our own pool towels so did not take the offer of hotel towels which are available with a small charge per person. Our room (111) overlooked the main road. Sliding doors and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The half door next to the room entrance door is a lovely addition. This hides a louver which creates a lovey through breeze in the morning. The rooms are a great size and well set up. We stored the empty cases under the bed to keep the space in the wardrobe. Plenty of shelves and hanging space for everyone’s clothes. The bathroom shower had good pressure and both the rain shower head and hand held shower head are very easy to use. Plenty shelf space in the bathroom too. We were concerned at no air conditioning but sliding doors during the day and the fans at night provided the perfect temperature at this time of year. Would opt to hire an air con unit in the summer. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, and all crockery. Good size fridge, no freezer section in the fridge but no issue for us. We had breakfast in the hotel 3 of the 7 days. Great selection and good quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had no issues getting sun loungers each day. A few areas next to the pool and further away to choose from. No issues getting umbrellas or a table for the beds either. Long padded sections around the pool are a lovely alternative to loungers, but no shade here in the middle of the day. Plenty of areas to sit under cover within the hotel courtyards. Pool was well used by guests and the entertainment team had something on every day. Not too pushy to join which was nice. Bar staff are superb. Joshua and David were always chatty friendly and brought a great mood to the pool bar. Pool var food choices are good and reasonably priced. Option to sit at the bar area or take away to sun lounger or room. The bar staff in the reception bar are also friendly and chatty. In a nutshell, clean, good sized accommodation with great staff. Ideal location for the main Las Americas strip or the quiet beach area. We will definitely be back around Easter or Autumn.

We just got back from a week self catering & was allocated a ground floor apartment facing to walkway down the side & facing The Vulcano. This was perfect for us as we found it quiet & relaxing with it's own sunbeds & we didn't spend much time in the pool area as it was very busy with lots of families. We might have spent a little more time around the pool if there had been a walk in part as my wife has some mobility issues & struggles with those step ladder 🪜 things getting in & out but it didn't affect us too badly, it would have just been nice for her to have the choice of access! One annoying thing was everyone lost access to British TV channels from the Wednesday onwards with no real explanation from reception when we kept asking....maybe it's down to the forthcoming planned protests against British tourists? Just very strange they couldn't give any reason. Parque la Paz was perfectly positioned for our nights out on the strip of bars directly below, particularly the Highland Paddy where we had a great night every evening! To be fair all in all we had a very good stay although we do normally go to the two relatively nearby adults only hotels. Would we come back? Maybe, maybe not but not because there's anything wrong with the hotel as there is nothing wrong here, we just honestly prefer adults only!

Good morning, Thank you very much for your comments, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Regarding the British channels, from one day to the next they stopped transmitting to the African satellite without any explanation, so the signal for the Canary Islands was lost, not for our hotel, it was a general thing. We have been fighting to recover them, and at the moment we are receiving them online, until they give us another solution for the Canary Islands. Regarding what you say about the tourist protests, it is a minority that, as you may have seen, is not reality. and it does not affect tourists at all. They have said many things in the newspapers, but it is not reality at all. We are sorry that you are not planning on returning, but I understand that if what you are looking for is an adults-only hotel, we are not one, at least during school holidays. Kind Regards, Tanai Alonso

Returned from a 7 night stay here with friends. Our family - 2 Adults 3 Children (15/13/6) Friends - 2 adults 1 child (14) I will start with the good points because there are far more than negative points. Staff! Absolutly brilliant! Alexanda I believe his name is, who works on the main bar - a absolute credit to the hotel! On our first night he spotted we were new & gave us all a full run down on times for everything, what's apart of AI & Where everything was. We were very grateful for this. Nothing was too much trouble, we had some cold weather the first 2/3 nights & he fetched heaters over straight away. He was so chatty & just made our stay great! He was our highlight of the hotel so please pass our thanks on to him. Second best point - cleanliness! Outstanding. The staff work tirelessly. The hotel is spotless, the housekeeping brilliant! Only had one issue with lack of towels in our room as there was 5 of us but I wrote a note in Spanish & left a tip. Never happened again. Pools great, & children's pool is a fab addition! Pool maintenance staff! Every night they could be seen cleaning the pool, all the sunbeds, everything! Very reassuring & they work very hard! Food - Personally found something for us all every day, our youngest loved the fresh fish! Was a little apprehensive when it came to meat tho as a few times I didn't think it was fully cooked through if made fresh by chef. This was easily rectified by asking for it to be done alittle longer. Melrosa this is a restaurant next door to hotel, absolutly beautiful & very reasonably priced. We didn't go to the bars next to the hotel as we had the 6 year old but our friends did & said they had a great night! Noise wasn't too much. Negative points - Children club/entertainment Not sure if we came out of season but just didn't seem to be alot happening. Our sons toke part in the mat in the pool & gladiator thing both said it was brilliant. Such a shame that more didn't seem to be organised. The children's mini disco ran for around 20 mins on a night singing 4 songs & finished apart from 1 night where they did some face painting. We didn't even know there was a park/kids club until day 5 when our 13 year old spotted it. - Hopefully we just came in quieter times & more happens in busier months. Jenny - Bar staff lady. She just seemed very annoyed to be working, very impatient if a queue was forming. Just generally made us feel like she was doing us a favour by serving us. Those are my only negatives in regards to the hotel. Overall it was a great stay & we would look to come back.

Just back after a weeks holiday. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Couldn’t fault the hotel and staff in anyway. We were self catering, but the occasional bite to eat we got was very tasty. We also done the bbq night on thur, really tasty. Kids club was perfect, a few hours every other day for the little one doing arts and crafts out of the sun. But the pool party (slides etc) was the biggest hit And as for spotless…… cleaning, 24/7, room made up every day. Defo recommend this hotel. Perfect location xxx
