I couldn't fault this hotel, all staff were helpful and staff on reception couldn't do enough for us. Our room was excellent clean and a nice view of the pool. We wi be definitely be going back there.

Just back from an 8 night stay in marola. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel especially the reception staff. Julian, Benjamin and the all the rest of them are the most pleasant and helpful people. The cleaning staff keep the whole place spotless. I couldn't fault anything except how hard the mattresses are, I managed to sleep on them but they are not comfortable. Also no aircon but you can rent it for 60e a week. Lovely little cafes, pubs and a great supermarket literally 3 minutes walk away. This is a very quite hotel which suited us just fine but if you are looking for something lively or have kids that need to be entertained this would not suit. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main strip with all the big pubs and clubs. This is our second time to stay here and would definitely stay again but hopefully they will have changed the mattresses because it seems to be a main complaint in most of the reviews I have read. Also no problems with pool loungers like you see in other hotels. Plenty to go round and a lovely quite area with a pool bar. Look forward to our return visit.

I stayed here with 4 friends (we are a group of 18 year old English girls). This was fairly cheap and naturally I was expecting something relatively basic, but Marola Park was amazing!! Fantastic location with a supermarket under 5 mins walk away, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the beach about 8 mins away. The strip is also very close (20 mins walk). The rooms were cleaned daily (apart from Sunday and Wednesday) to a very high standard and we had towels folded in a cute way on the bed. What impressed me the most was the desk staff. They were super helpful, kind and funny. They provided info on the area and transport to the water park, and even printed off our boarding passes for us! They let us stay by the poolside and use showers after we checked out on ou final day. Anyone concerned about safety should know that I felt very safe here as when we came home very late they checked our names and rooms so that no one could enter the hotel or follow us etc. I would without any doubt recommend this hotel to all!

Pros: - I love the aesthetic of the hotel, the communal areas and the pool and the fact it’s pink look so nice. - amazing balcony - helpful and friendly staff - pool bar which had really good cheap options, nice cocktails and 2.50 for a pint - nice sized rooms, very clean and tidy. - provided us with beach towels/tote bags which was amazing - location is great, just in the edge of los cristianos/playa de las americas so it’s not too rowdy - really close to las vistas beach which is gorgeous and there’s some nice cafes and restaurants nearby - gran familia chinese was amazing, and cappuccino sports bar was great for breakfast/lunch but so was the hotel itself. - shower/luggage room to use if you have a late flight Con: - beds were very firm, and not the comfiest. I slept well as i do like a firm bed and I can sleep almost anywhere but 1 in our group in particular struggled, they could do with an update - slightly dated room decor Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back. If the hotel refreshed and modernised the rooms it would be absolutely amazing! Thank you for a great stay

As a solo traveller, I always feel slightly guilty that I take up a space that a family could. However the hotel staff were so incredibly friendly! There is always someone on the front door 24/7. They have lots of information if you need some advice on where to go and what to see. The rooms themselves are quite large, everything worked perfectly fine. The Bathroom was basic, but clean. The Swimming pool was lovely. I didn't use the rest of the facilities as I tend to spend as little time in hotels as possible but it was quite quiet. Sometimes the traffic noise woke me slightly early in the morning, but that was the only issue.

Just stayed 11 nights here and had a fantastic time. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel was constantly being cleaned. Pool guy did his cleaning every morning. The sun-beds, handrails chairs etc were scrubbed each morning. The pool area was spotless and the pool a lovely temperature. A pint of beer at the poolside bar was €2.50 and a burger €3 various coffees snacks and cocktails available. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment. There is a spa area with giant hot tub saunas power showers and gym area but it all seemed closed. Not sure if they need to be booked in advance. Room was perfect. (310) Bedroom with 2 singles which we pushed together. Wardrobe , desk and double doors onto balcony. Lounge with large sofa bed TV with loads of channels, dining table. Breakfast bar kitchen with everything you could need. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and ice tray, and 4 ring electric hob. Bathroom with bath and shower above. All good. Don’t go expecting 5* and you will be fine. Everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Again staff a major plus point. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. 10 min walk to beach then decide if you want to walk to the left Christianos or to the right America’s and Adeje. Both amazing walks Las Christianos has a market on a Sunday and Tuesday We took a bus to Fanabe a couple of times and walked back….Titsa 447 opposite hotel took 20 mins. Fanabe had a market on a Saturday. Definitely book this hotel. Was a great place to stay. Marla Park Thank you for having us!

Great budget place, was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews. Very clean; but dated but get what you pay for! Staff very helpful at all times. Room cleaned regular. Pool towels also supplied, we didn’t eat in the hotel but did look lovely only a 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty places to eat out within a 10-15 min walk. Only downside was lack of plug sockets only 2 in the apartment would definitely return here

Stayed for 6nights from 23rd March Read the reviews before going , most of them we dismissed, All cleaning staff doing an excellent job inside & outside around reception & pool area, Pool cleaned everyday & sunbeds washed everyday. Pool area opens at 9am so no rush to get sunbeds .Only negative apartments little dated & beds a bit hard . Within easy walking distance to shops , restaurants & less then 10minutes to beach , all in all great value for money .

Food... pretty good, we had bed and breakfast and there weren't any problems or issues, plenty of choice aswel Staff.... very friendly, cleaners were good, kinda just what you expect from your hotel staff, again no issue. Room... pretty basic, beds were old and uncomfortable, fridge was broke, water system held about 4mins of hot water so we had to spread out our showers abit, there was a lack of plug sockets near to any sort of mirror or next to the bed so we had to go buy extentions for hairdryers etc, could do with some updating. Biggest problem... the noise! We had a room on the side but closer to the main road, and honestly that's the reason this gets a 1 star, and why I would never book here again. The noise from the road was unbearable, we had no sleep for a week. And if you close the balcony door to keep the noise out the rooms become saunas as there is no Aircon. It was horrible. To fix this they must put aircon units in all the rooms affected by the noise of the main road without any additional costs, god only knows how bad it must of been for the people directly on the road. I'd have got more sleep in Kyiv than that place. Rant over. Not booking here again

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel. If you can't, avoid a room anywhere near the main road. If you can't do that...
