Detailed Reviews
When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly. We were in a one bedroom apartment and it was worth the extra money. The apartment was absolutely spotless and everything you could possibly need. We paid for the safe but there was no deposit for pool towels and you could get them changed as many times as you wanted. Tne pool bar served very reasonably lunches which were good. The location is perfect for restaurants and bars and there is a bus stop right outside which was very handy. The little touches were appreciated like fruit flavoured water, sweeties and nuts in reception for all guests. Can't wait to go back next year

Me and my wife stayed at the marola park hotel in February and were made nothing but welcome from start to finish all staff were very friendly and answered all the questions I had any time of day and we're all very helpful.
Even putting up with me learning Spanish and helping me with certain words
The hotel is lovely and clean the food was brilliant and the pool was a very relaxing place to be.
housekeeping maids calling regularly means the room is kept immaculate
Even in the sandstorm we had whilst we were over there the staff did their best to make sure we had all we needed
Really enjoyed the holiday and meeting all the staff hopefully visit again soon along with kieron next time

I stayed here with 4 friends (we are a group of 18 year old English girls). This was fairly cheap and naturally I was expecting something relatively basic, but Marola Park was amazing!! Fantastic location with a supermarket under 5 mins walk away, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the beach about 8 mins away. The strip is also very close (20 mins walk). The rooms were cleaned daily (apart from Sunday and Wednesday) to a very high standard and we had towels folded in a cute way on the bed.
What impressed me the most was the desk staff. They were super helpful, kind and funny. They provided info on the area and transport to the water park, and even printed off our boarding passes for us! They let us stay by the poolside and use showers after we checked out on ou final day. Anyone concerned about safety should know that I felt very safe here as when we came home very late they checked our names and rooms so that no one could enter the hotel or follow us etc.
I would without any doubt recommend this hotel to all!

Stayed for 6nights from 23rd March
Read the reviews before going , most of them we dismissed, All cleaning staff doing an excellent job inside & outside around reception & pool area, Pool cleaned everyday & sunbeds washed everyday.
Pool area opens at 9am so no rush to get sunbeds .Only negative apartments little dated & beds a bit hard . Within easy walking distance to shops , restaurants & less then 10minutes to beach , all in all great value for money .

I stayed here for a long weekend with a friend for a getaway. I wasnāt expecting too much as it was cheap and from the pictures looked a little tired HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised from the second we arrived. The reception area was clean, fresh and was met by a friendly receptionist. We were given a room on the third floor with a balcony street view. The room has recently been renovated and was spacious, clean and inviting. The bathroom was also completed renovated with walk-in showers, new toilets, vanity unit and sleek mirror. The pool area was kept clean and tidy during our stay, there was loads of empty beds, so the bonus was we could go for breakfast at 9am and return at 10am and still get beds; to be honest we never seen more than 15 out of 60+ loungers taken during our stay, so this was perfect not having to go down early with towels. The bar was also fairly priced for alcohol and soft drinks, we didnāt eat at the hotel however other guests told us they had pleasant meals but we cannot comment on this.
The only negative I have is about the ceiling fans, you have to pay ā¬50 deposit for the remote. We did grudgingly paid this but when we went to the room couldnāt get it to work, the ceiling fans were changed in the renovations and are built in the the ceiling light, so we asked reception to help, in the end we tried 3 different remotes and none worked. We were given our money back and told to speak to reception the next day; this made our first night sleep uncomfortable as it was really hot. We spoke to reception the next day, and was the same man, he told us he was given instructions on how to do it. So we paid ā¬50 again and told us to try, again it never worked. The receptionist came to the room and tried but he couldnāt do it either. He returned our ā¬50 and told us to speak to another receptionist the next day. We eventually got someone else, he didnāt know but managed to locate a manual and he reconnected the remote and synced it and it worked, it was quite powerful so creates a nice draft, so on the third night we finally got a better sleep.
I would still highly recommend staying at this hotel, we really did enjoy our stay here.

I booked this hotel last minute to get away from the rain and it didn't disappoint. The Room 201 was amazing better than some 5* rooms we have stayed in. A large lounge / kitchen separate Bedroom and the bathroom were lovely and kept spotlessly clean with bedding changed twice, towels three times in a week, even pool towels supplied. We did sc you could easily eat in the apartment you had everything supplied, The pool snack bar is very well priced for drinks and snacks. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful all areas were welcoming and kept to very high standards, location is great too. No A/C in apartments there's a fan in the bedroom which is 50ā¬ refunded on departure. The only thing we found is they could do with more parasols around the pool, this could be due to it being so quite when we were here. We would highly recommend the Marola Park and would stay here again . Thank you for a wonderful week .

me and my friend (both age 18) came to Tenerife and stayed here for 6 nights. It was our first girls holiday and we really werenāt disappointed! The hotel is fabulous and we had a pool view room which was VERY big, spacious kitchenette and fridge and a huge balcony, we really did love it. The staff where so nice and accommodating, as soon as we arrived we where told it was going to be about an hour wait for the room which was fine for us as we wanted to explore the area anyway and they Put our luggage into the locked luggage room. But we were given a map and shown recommendations on where to go for food, drinks, supermarket etc. which was so good to know! The maids make the room IMMACULATE, I honestly wish I could just give them all a pat on the back because our room was never left untidy once. The pool area is really relaxing and pool wasnāt cold. Plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers. The pool bar food and drink was also very nice and cheap tooš altogether I couldnāt recommend this place enough the location is perfect too, we walked to the beach everyday maybe around 5 minute walk but doesnāt even feel like that. Well done to all the staff for being so nice x

Stayed here over the New Year and loved it. The location was great for us, I would say 10 minutes maximum walk to the Main Street and to the beach and slightly longer to Los Cristianos although lots of really lovely restaurants on each side of the road as walking down. We tried a different one every night and they were all excellent! I wouldnāt describe as luxury but immaculately clean and well maintained with everything we needed and very reasonably priced! The bus stop is literally outside the hotel, staff nice and friendly, plenty of sunbeds, large supermarket just round the corner, small shop next door for convenience, nice pool and bar area, lovely crisp white bed linen and special mention to the cleaning ladies - excellent job! the only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to buy some new towels as ours were very thin and a bit tatty! I can see why people say they return year after year in their reviews, has an all round lovely feel to the place!

3.5 stars overall. Arrived late evening and the person at reception was very helpful and they had upgraded our room to a studio due to a mix up. The rooms are kept clean and there are kitchen utensils ready to use. Convenient location, not too noisy around the hotel and 3 minutes walk to a supermarket. Buses are regular and cheap with a bus stop close to the outside the door and you can get on most buses to take you closer into the town and parks etc. Pool area was cleaned every morning at around 7:30am which you could hear from your room but it was very clean. When arriving you have to sign to say that you have seen the rules which include no noise after 10pm and your room must be cleaned at least once every 3 days. Cleaners were lovely. Around the pool was calm, sunbeds were always available and mostly with a parasol although they are limited. Not many visited the pool and there were only a few children. They didnāt throw away floats that were left from others visiting which was nice to use. Restaurant looked clean, however we never ate at the hotel. ā¬11 for the safe. The main downside was there was no air con but there was a small fan in the bedroom. The fan cooled you down enough but you had to be close to it. The fan goes off when you turn the bedroom light off so you canāt have it on over night and the rooms do get really warm. ā¬50 deposit which you het back at the end but you need to keep the receipt safe as well to give back with the remote. There is a bar by the pool that sells drinks and snacks. A good place to be on the quieter side with great bus routes.

Just stayed 11 nights here and had a fantastic time.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel was constantly being cleaned. Pool guy did his cleaning every morning. The sun-beds, handrails chairs etc were scrubbed each morning. The pool area was spotless and the pool a lovely temperature.
A pint of beer at the poolside bar was ā¬2.50 and a burger ā¬3 various coffees snacks and cocktails available.
We didnāt use the restaurant so canāt comment.
There is a spa area with giant hot tub saunas power showers and gym area but it all seemed closed. Not sure if they need to be booked in advance.
Room was perfect. (310) Bedroom with 2 singles which we pushed together. Wardrobe , desk and double doors onto balcony.
Lounge with large sofa bed TV with loads of channels, dining table. Breakfast bar
kitchen with everything you could need. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and ice tray, and 4 ring electric hob.
Bathroom with bath and shower above.
All good. Donāt go expecting 5* and you will be fine. Everything spotlessly clean and tidy.
Again staff a major plus point. Very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely go back.
10 min walk to beach then decide if you want to walk to the left Christianos or to the right Americaās and Adeje. Both amazing walks
Las Christianos has a market on a Sunday and Tuesday
We took a bus to Fanabe a couple of times and walked backā¦.Titsa 447 opposite hotel took 20 mins. Fanabe had a market on a Saturday.
Definitely book this hotel. Was a great place to stay.
