Nice place, well located in front of the beach, with a very good infrastructure. But thanks to all the team (reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies, security,...) for doing their best to compensate the COVID restrictions. But a huge thanks to Rufo and Jositos at the bar for their professionalism !! Looking forward to see you guys next time :).
Stayed here for 2 nights to escape dreary England weather here amazing most of the time. We stayed on a bed & breakfast only deal don’t think it’s worth upgrading at the moment to the all inclusive because most of the restaurants are closed in the hotel, we have stayed here previously on the all inclusive & it was then totally worth it. The buffet breakfast was good lots of choice you have to book a time though due to COVID. There are many bars open around the beach area & plenty of places to eat also. Would definitely return here, we had an amazing sea view which was nice to wake up to.
Service: very good, very polite, good mood! Highly energetic, well trained Room Premiere 6th floor: Very hard bed, very small room for „premiere inclusive“ Premiere Lounge; nice view, poor food service compared to other hotel gold/level service Wine red/white very cheap quality (marks 2.8/3.1 according to Vivino) Dinner buffet/restaurants: Italian: worst pizza ever eaten Steakhouse: need to look for „beef“. Pork unbeatable, tasting terrible, worst quality served; changed to „entrecote“ changed again because full of hard fat, hard and not eatable, 3rd try was ok but not to recommend either. If you look for steakhouse we recommend to go out to special restaurants Buffet: New years buffet was really fresh and stunning, Rest 6 nights not good quality except the pastas where you cannot do any wrong View/pool area: Very nice sunsets All in all we recommend to just book room and spend the Delta for good qualitative restaurants Mark: 3/5 for premium inclusive service With my best wishes Peter …
We managed to book an 11 night escape post lockdown ( and now pre lockdown ! ) and to be honest the management & staff were clearly in control of these abnormal times. The hotel wasn't very busy when we arrived for the first half of our stay but this had no negative effect on our visit. Not all the restaurants in the hotel were open but neither was Tenerife as a whole. The second half of our stay did get busier and they opened the buffet restaurant which was a nice change from the A LA Carte every night. There was an AP system for booking meal times which worked well to avoid over crowding. Privilege room was well worth the additional cost for what you get & had a laid back feel which ticked all the boxes for us. Very clean & comfortable throughout, good food and all the staff we dealt with were very friendly, helpful & professional. Special mention for Ana & Davina who went above & beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. Recommended & would return.…
We were lucky to be able to get away & enjoy a much needed week in Tenerife staying at H10 Conquistador hotel, all decked out for a Christmas welcome, we've stayed here many years ago & coming back it did not disappoint. The privilege rooms have been revamped & there is now so much more storage space. Amazing views, great service, excellent food & perfect location. We look forward to returning when Government restrictions allow.
