Stayed here for a long weekend as a group of 3 and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a really central location and there are loads of bars/restaurants/things to do within a 10 minute walk so you won’t get bored. The apartments are clean, spacious - there is a €50 pp deposit which you need to pay on arrival, we had no issues getting this back but just make sure to take photos of your room. The only thing I will say is there is no privacy with the shower area, something to keep in mind for groups of friends. There also isn’t a hairdryer in rooms as advertised. The balcony on 2nd floor wasn’t the biggest but enough for us to sit outside. Ignore reviews about rude staff - yes one member could have come across better however I think this was more a language barrier than trying to be rude. Anything we asked about was never too much and accommodated quickly. Pool area is quite small however we had no problems getting a sun bed…just keep in mind some sun beds belong to 1st floor apartments. Overall you get what you pay for with the apartments and I would return again on the basis that it’s clean, has a nice pool and is in a really good location.

Stayed here for 4 nights, when checking in we had to pay 100e breakage deposit which was returned after a quick inspection of the room on check out. Receptionist was not welcoming at all - in fact rather rude! We were allocated one of the rooms that looked onto the pool. The room itself was great very clean on arrival although I will point out that they don’t provide a daily cleaning service - our room was not cleaned once. Our towels weren’t replaced either and when I asked at reception we were told they are only changed every 3 days - we resorted in taking some as well as toilet roll from trolley when other room was getting cleaned! It was great to have your own sun beds on your terrace however our neighbour did say he got up one morning to find a woman lying on his lol! Would definitely return as great value for money and the rooms have been nicely renovated however just be aware that you need to empty your own bins, not a big problem as there are large bins to the left of the hotel. We love the area where hotel is located. Think the receptionist could be doing with a personality transplant but other than that no problems!

The apartments are set in off the main road across from the Dial Prix/Hyper Dino. Check in was quick and easy on arrival. We paid a £100 dep which can be paid by cash or card. We were allocated room 152. The apartment was lovely, everything was relatively new and was very clean. The bedroom area is quite small and there isn't a lot of wardrobe space however we managed fine for 3 people. Free safe to use which is a bonus. There is a separate walk in shower, separate toilet room and large mirrored area for make up/hair etc. The kitchen and living area is large with a modern kitchen and all appliances including microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and large fridge freezer, You are also provided with a sweeper and mop, washing up liquid, toilet paper, cutlery, cups, plates, glasses and bowls. The living room consists of flat screen TV with most Freeview English channels, air conditioning, storage cubes, coffee table and a nest of tables. There is a large sofa bed which folds down into a proper double bed with sheets and extra pillows provided. WIFI is also free. The place is just so clean and tidy and we had our towels changed every 3 days, our sheets were not changed in the 10 days we were there but you can request this. You do need to have the apartment completely cleared on departure though, which means taking your own rubbish across the road to the skip and making sure the fridge is completely empty and all dishes done etc.

A wonderful hotel in Tenerife South. Made a reservation for two nights and ended up extending my stay several times since I enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect- bus stop right in front, supermarkets 2 minutes away, and three beaches in a short walking distance.
The rooms are newly built, wifi is strong and everything is in great shape- I felt comfortable to sit and work online from my room daily.
And the best part was the staff, they were super attentive and hospitable and every issue was taken care of immediately. The hotel manager Fernando was extremely helpful in everything I needed, and the receptionists Carmen and Anna are always welcoming you with a smile and a chat, the three of them were very nice and made me feel at home. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tenerife :)

These apartments are fantastic. They have almost everything you need for a self catering holiday. They are spacious and absolutely spotless. You pay €100 deposit which returned after a quick room inspection. There are a few rules such as taking your own rubbish out and leaving the kitchen area clean on departure, these are basically apartments where there's no maids in and out of your room, only to fetch clean bedding and towels. There is free aircon units in the living room/kitchen and also in the bedroom. We stayed here twice over an 18 day period and had two different rooms, a one bedroom apartment and one bedroom studio style room. Both were spacious with all modern facilities. There was no iron or hairdryer in the rooms as advertised but they had everything else i.e TV, free aircon, microwave, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pans, brush, mop, dishcloths, wash liquid,complimentary toiletries. The staff are really friendly especially Fernando. The infinity pool is lovely but not very big. They are in a great location close to loads of bars and shops, with 2 big supermarkets just over the road.

It was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but I was disappointed…
The staff were so rude we were not welcomed when we arrived the lady at reception was very funny that we only had our Covid passes on our phones and not printed off??? I was never told prior to arriving we needed to print these.
The rooms are nice looking and modern so can’t complain about the appearance. Although the balcony was covered in cigarettes so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned.
One day I noticed a pile of cigarettes on the balcony that someone from above had clearly tipped down I told reception twice and 3 days later these were finally removed which is a joke.
The 100 deposit which we were not warned about is really annoying too. The rooms were not cleaned once during our stay and we had to ask for clean towels too, tiny pool so if you want a pool definitely don’t stay here, seems to be lacking sun beds too.
Overall the worst customer service I have ever received.
Pretty good location but that’s about the only positive for me.

Terrible staff in this hotel. The recepetionist Matheo called me stupid, after I pointed out that the hotel management should make the doorbell, or the electronic entrance lock that you could open with your room card. This happened after I couldn't enter the hotel at 23.50 pm, since they close thw doors at 11 pm, and also there is usually noone behind the desk at night. There is only one receptionist working at night and he/she is usually in their back room with closed door, where they don't see the coming residents, or they walk through hotel at nights " checking rooms ". The hotel manager apologised on behalf of the hotel after 3 days, multiple unpleasant explanations with him, and after an official written complaint. Another time, I arrived at hotel at 23.55 pm, and I had to wait outside, since the other receptionist was also away, and came back to reception area after 10 min. The next thing is, after I prolonged my stay for second month( I chose the same room), on the check out - check in day no one cleaned my room. The room is not cleaned at all. Once a week, cleaners come, wipe the floor put new towels, and that's it. All of the stuff ( except for cleaners ) are rude, dishonest, revolting. They barely speak english. 0 stars

Wow ! As a busy couple we wanted a cheap holiday away and this was perfect we were slightly sceptical when booking as newly renovated and not many reviews. On arrival greeted by staff at reception who we’re very helpful masks must be worn in public spaces ! The room was spotless and brand new, very modern. There are ALOT of reviews on here stating that the bed are uncomfortable… we never had any issues they were extremely comfortable in fact abs we slept like babies. Everything you need for self catering is provided, Free WI-FI free air conditioning. Free safe which are alwasy a bonus Flat screen tv with a range of English channels
These apartments/ hotel is located the next street from the main strip Quite cannot hear the noise from your room or outside, less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful restaurants and beach ! Myself and my partner actually walked back from Siam park after we caught the bus there we realised how close we were only a 20 minute walk and also to Siam mall! PERFECT LOCATION £100 deposit made in cash or card on arrival and is given back when leaving if no issues Perfect location for a perfect price will definitely be returning later on

These apartments have so much potential but so many things let it down.
Girl on reception was rude when we arrived. Room wasn’t ready on arrival which is frustrating as check in is from 3pm but people checking in after us could get their room. Also there is only usually 1 person on reception which is a nightmare if a few people are checking in especially with all the extra paperwork now.
Bed sheets are changed every 5 days and towels every 3 days if you are lucky. Your room is not cleaned during your stay. You expect when you come on holiday to have your room cleaned and fresh towels every day or so. These apartments were expensive so therefore you expect high standards. The pool area is absolutely filthy, unsure how often that gets cleaned. Cigarette buts lying around everywhere. You also need to clean your own room and put rubbish out before you depart.
You need to pay 100 euro deposit on arrival incase you break anything in the room. In 2022 this is ridiculous.
We caught covid while in Tenerife and were confined to the room. The reception staff were constantly telling delivery drivers not to deliver to our room which is just ridiculous considering we had to isolate. Unsure what they expected us to do for 7 days? Very poor service.
Maby as these apartments getting finished and more people stay things will be better. But they are not worth the money. I won’t be back. Stayed in so much nicer for the money we paid.

3 of us visited these apartments. The first night we were given an apartment on the 3rd floor. It seemed nice enough but when we went out and came back in we could hear a droning sound. We put in earplugs and went to bed as it had been a long day. In the morning the noise was so loud. We discovered a large industrial generator sitting on the roof of our apartment. There was also a horrible smell in the bathroom. We went to reception and they moved us to room 108
This apartment was way better. It was much bigger. We got the sun all day on the patio area. The apartments are modern but not finished well. The door leading from the bedroom to the living area jammed shut and could only be opened in the living area. Thankfully one of us was in there and door was opened. We got maintenance to sort it. They were very quick. Next day the bathroom door which is a sliding door also jammed shut. No one inside again maintenance where quick. There are no working extractors in the bathroom or shower cubicles and there’s a horrible smell. We bought air freshener. The towels are changed every 3 days and the sheets changed on the 5th day. On our arrival we also had to pay €100 deposit in case of damages. We took pictures of anything already damaged. We got our deposit paid back onto our card. The apartment was quite which was good. I can imagine it would be like party central in the busier months. We did not use the kitchen at all we only used the fridge for water. The beds were comfortable but no black out blinds in bedroom so light was streaming in. Not sure that we would return to these apartments. Overall we had a great holiday.
