This was a 6 night stay to visit family and have a bit of a party, but if a relax. The apartments Are spotlessly clean . Wear and tear in places but not paying 5 * Prices. Pool area very clean, reception staff very helpful. Close to all amenities. Super market next door.

Great place to stay!! Not a five star hotel by any means BUT reading other reviews it seems as though people forget it is not advertised as a five star hotel and moan about it. Absolutely great value for money and could not fault anything about our stay. The rooms are dated yes, but who goes on holiday to sit in their room? You sleep and shower there so who cares?! The maid service was great, had clean towels three times in the week I stayed and bedding change once (I've had less in all inclusive four star hotels). One day my bed was changed and there was a stain on my pillow case. Told reception and it was changed straight away, no questions. We also ran out of toilet roll but went to reception and was given more there and then. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 411 which had a great view of pool and the sea. Sunbeds are not comfortable but you can hire sunbed pads for one euro a day from the lifeguard which is well worth it. Pool is lovely, not too cold. Myself and my friends sunbathed on the patio area as opposed to by the pool because you got sun there all day. No air conditioning but there were ceiling fans which did the job although one of them was a bit noisy. Pool bar is cheap and cheerful and there are usually two people working who are friendly and helpful, sandy was particularly great. Great selection of snacks (burgers, chips, toasties, salads and breakfast to order) and drinks. Once or twice a week the cleaners deep clean the pool area, thoroughly cleaning the floors and every sunbed. Again I've never seen this being done at more expensive all inclusive hotels. Close to lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach although there is a bit of an incline on way back to the hotel. Los cristianos and puerto colon a short taxi ride away. Checkout is very generous and you can stay in your room until 11.30am. Would recommend English rose (breakfast), the chieftain irish bar for breakfast and lunch/tea, ilili for lunch/tea and romantico for lunch/tea. There is a bar underneath called tayris which also do a nice breakfast and a shop next door to that which is very reasonably priced. All in all I am very pleased and would definitely stay here again. We bought a package holiday with tui that cost £396 in total for hotel, flights and transfers for a week so was expecting a lot less from this hotel but I can't moan about anything. I have travelled to Tenerife numerous times and always book a bulk standard apartment as i spend more time out than in however when i compare this to the others i have stayed in it just doesn’t compare! I emailed for a specific room prior to arrival which was not available, not a problem as this is only a request. When we went into the apartment it is tired (we expected) but large & spacious! On closer inspection there was bogey wiped on the wall along with dead squashed mosquito & in the bedroom plaster coming away and cracked over the light-switch. I reported this to the receptionist and thought someone would come clean, we were there for 6 nights and this was not cleaned off, the back of the bathroom door was disgusting and again not cleaned the whole time we were there, the cleaners did come in each day but to be honest i’m not sure what they done as not much cleaning went on in our apartment! Beds were the most uncomfortable EVER and we were glad when we were leaving! Location is great and this could be a nice little apartment but they really need to up there game would never stay again far better in the area at the same price.…

Nice and quiet apartments, good pool and good location. We didn’t hear any noise from the close road. The apartments are a bit tired, the bedding is also a bit tired but otherwise we really enjoyed it. It’s not five star but it’s not five star prices either.

Staff were good and helpful. The apartment was OK. Many of the guests in there were loud, annoying and disgusting. Many were shouting, squawking, playing loud music and banging doors until @ five in the morning. The quietest night was when a policeman turned up and spoke out loud to the noisy guests.

Have just returned from our 5th visit and have already booked for next year. The apartments are basic but spotless with amazing cleaners. The staff are so friendly and we requested a room before we arrived and even though we didnt get that one room 301 was amazing, thank you. You are central to everything and highly recommend staying here.

Some previous reviews were bad but we couldn't fault it. Friendly staff, regular room clean and bed/towel change. Even the guests were quiet! Lovely and peaceful on sunroof. No shortage of sunbeds but could be even better with more sunbed cushions to go round. 2 euro a pint at pool bar.

Nice clean spacious apartment. Pool area nice. Pool too cold and didn’t get sun until after 11am. Could have a better pool bar etc. on the whole a nice hotel. Not many restaurants and bars near to the hotel
