This hotel was very good. It was a flat as opposed to a hotel room, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The apartment was clean with lots of space and room to put all your belongings. The bathroom door didn't close, but it wasn't a problem. I was a bit disappointed with the limited breakfast, but other than that, it was really great and I would definitely go back. The pool area was really lovely, lots of plants and a nice seating area. Big shout out to the amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble, they were absolutely brilliant!!

Booked a holiday here in Feb 2022 for December 2022 mainly due to the location of hotel and it was adults only in las Americas. Emailed hotel in November who confirmed that booking was all good. Turned up on 28th December “sorry we have a problem no rooms’ informed a taxi enroute and moving us to another coral Hotel 20 mins away but they would give us a free breakfast (which was absolutely rotten) Along with the fact new hotel was a family resort full of screaming kids and that’s fine if that’s what you booked families have to holiday as well and need kids clubs etc to keep them entertained but we have done that and when you book adults only that’s what you expect. Contacted easyjet who had no idea we had been moved so no airport transfer back and a 20 minute walk extra each day in either direction to las Americas. Hotel didn’t care one bit and it’s obvious they were after the big bucks for last minute holidaymakers at £200-£300 per night. Stayed here a few times and that’s what loyalty gets you. 😡

We booked a holiday last November for a three week stay in January 2013 - a fabulous deal. SEVEN WEEKS before the holiday we were told that our apartment wouldn't be available because of electrical problems. 'Electrical problems' seem to have taken the place of 'burst pipe' as the reason for the accommodation being cancelled. I'm not sure how stupid the management think we Brits are, but we all know that electrical problems to the whole town could be sorted in seven weeks, and the apartment could be completely rewired in that time. I think they've had seller's regret and realised that they could let the apartment for more money than we've paid. If you book here prepare to be bumped.

On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and our apartment was ready, we were upgraded to a one bed apartment which was very welcome. The apartment was very clean and the balcony was very big with table, chairs, Sun loungers and sun umbrella which was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you could need and there was a tv which we just used for radio channels. The walk in shower was great. The only down fall was there was only ceiling fans and I think with such warm weather air conditioning would be very important to have. The cleaners came 5 out of 7 days and were very friendly and really good at their jobs.Security was very good although I would say the patio doors would want you be more secure, safes were available to hire which we did use. The pool was spotless with plenty of sun beds, lifeguard was there which was great to see, although it could do with some music for some atmosphere. Would recommend but would be slow to return myself without air conditioning, others may not mind this so I would definitely recommend if your looking for an adults only hotel. Location as perfect near shops and bars and a short walk to the beach..🙂

Hi A group of us went to these apartments for a week in September. Absolutely spotless and staff were very friendly will definitely be going again. Very close to all bars and restaurants in every direction, apartments were very well equipped for self catering and a great size too, balcony is a good size as well no complaints about anything from us.See you again soon 😊

Room Clean, tidy, maids do a great job. We had a ground floor room which made me nervous seeing the reviews about cockroaches but pleased to say I didn’t see a single one. If you can fit a small fan in your case I would probably do so. The ceiling fans help later in the night but the room is hot in the evening - there is no aircon! The staff are out first thing thoroughly cleaning all of the pool areas and public areas of the hotel. They do their best to be quiet, they do a great job though the hotel is spotless. Only thing that you might see as a bit odd and I’m not sure it’s in every room.. to ‘lock’ our balcony door we had to close it and then put a wooden pole behind the sliding door. Not by choice. This seemed to be room policy according to the notice in the room. Just a tad odd to not have a genuine locking balcony door but maybe they will replace them eventually. The small kitchen was ok with a hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and a few pans, plates cutlery and utensils. The bathroom was nice and modern, shower nice with rainfall and normal shower head. Does splash past the glass screen though and wet the floor. Pool Nice pool, nice loungers really comfortable, some people (a small handful) do go out and reserve their preferred sunbeds, god forbid you got up earlier and took one of theirs! As much as I wanted to, I never had the guts to do it and see what would happen lol. But nevertheless there has generally always been some available, even when coming back from the beach at 3pm. No music, pool rules (an extensive list) sign says no lilos although one couple brought one and the lifeguard never stopped them. It also says no ball games, some boys were allowed to play ‘catch’ with it in the pool but not pool volleyball or anything like that. The lack of music was a problem for us, we are a young (ish) couple in our late twenties and do like a bit of atmosphere. At times when it goes quiet you’re feeling like you’re waiting for a funeral to start or something. Staff / bar The staff on the whole are all lovely. The lady behind the pool bar is an absolute star. So friendly, very chatty and tries her hardest to chat to you in her best English. It’s the little effort like hers that makes a difference. They will bring your food to your sunlounger and sometimes bring your drinks if they take longer to make like a cocktail etc. The drinks are lovely, plenty strong and good variety. The pool bar snacks are nice too. All reasonably priced I would say. They do a cocktail of the day for €4 which I think is very reasonable. Area & other.. Good area, just nicely tucked away from the busy strip. Supermarket literally across the road, is huge and has a great selection. Three maybe four Irish bars on the street and around the corner. At the side of the hotel we stayed it’s not far from some of said bars and karaoke bar, which does get a little loud of an evening but with the door closed it never bothered us. We went to Spice of India restaurant around the corner it was lovely - give it a chance. Most other nights we ate further out either by the famous fountains or down near the beaches. The hotel is about a 6/7 min walk to las Americas beach (a pebble beach), Troya beach maybe 10-15 mins walk away (a black sand beach). Troya beach.. be prepared for the beach sellers, they are relentless and don’t stop, with a firm no they will leave you alone momentarily only to ask again when they pass by the next time. Sun loungers were €6 each, not the comfiest, the head rest part doesn’t move if you want to sit up and read etc. As a couple we didn’t feel we could both leave the loungers and our belongings to go for a swim so if you go, don’t take any valuables with you and only take the cash you really need. Unless you can find an honest looking family to mind your things I personally wouldn’t take the risk. We went to Siam park which was brilliant, our favourite day of the holiday, takes a while to find all the slides though and the map doesn’t help too much, and then we also did Teide at night sunset stargazing experience which would recommend. However it’s a long evening, it does get cold there, colder than you realise and the coach back takes an age. We would maybe return in the long future but we’re both keen to visit new places first. Nothing against the hotel or area just a desire to travel a bit more. Thanks to Coral California for a lovely stay.. please give your guests a littble music around the pool!

We stayed in one of the self-catering apartments in Coral California Hotel. The hotel is centrally situated, within easy reach of the beaches, restaurants and shops. The apartment was more than adequate for x2 people with a reasonable view from the balcony. We didn't use the hotel amenities much as we preferred the beach to the pool, however what we saw was always clean and tidy and the staff helpful and friendly. We would definitely be happy to come back to hotel Coral California again.
