The Junior Suite all inclusive we had was very good and that was it. The rest was down hill from there. Food was always cold not enough sun beds for the guests ,there was a charge to change the pool towels and there was no disabled access to the pool George very Disappointed from Glasgow

We were looking for apartment to cook by ourself and found it. The room had all we need. The main minuses were noisy and far from supermarket! But the room was good. We liked Tenerife very much: it was tasty and fresh sea food, delicious cocktails , super shopping, nice beaches and amazing ocean!!!

Nice hotel excellent location for those who like to walk to beach promenade and shopping centres all a couple of min away.be careful when ordering cocktails as they are not all included in the all inclusive.also another downside was the all inclusive starts with dinner the day you arrive and finishes with breakfast the day you leave enjoyed our stay but had better all inclusive.

This hotel is no more. During the summer/fall of 2015 it has undergone complete renovation and will re open for the 2016 winter season as Aparthotel Oceanview and will now become a 4 star establishment. Sadly this means a high price increase of about 300 Euro per week for this hotel! But I have stayed in Bonanza 2 times before (February 2014 and 2015) and I absolutely loved it for its price. From the higher floors you could see the Ocean (hence its new name I guess) and the balconies were facing south so you had sun on the balcony for most of the day. The pool was small but cosy! The different rooms had some difference when it comes to how worn down they where. But I always had room 712 which I knew was in OK condition. The floors in the room and balcony was special orange/brown tiles with nice patterns on them that was very comfortable to walk on. Sadly this special floor have been removed during the renovation. The toilette was OK standard. really liked the unusually big mirror and stone sink area providing good space to put stuff on. The tub and shower head though was not in the best condition and for someone like me who is big in size the sink would encroach on the space for one of my shoulders so had to sit leaning forward a little. The kitchen was OK nothing to complain about! The TV had good PQ quality and a nice selection of channels. Nice to see the Swedish TV channel SVT World for me who is Swedish! The beds was not hard but they did not provide good back support in the middle so some mornings I woke up a little soar. So hopefully the beds will be better in the new Oceanview! Cleaning ladies were nice and I found the cleaning acceptable!. Never tried the breakfast but inspected it and it was rather basic, nothing special. Location is nice next by the Costa Adeje bus station (where buses will take you everywhere on the island), close to lots of shopping and Troya beach not to far away (maybe 500 Meters). Also the famous Siam Park (best water park in the world) is just 7-8 minutes walking. Overall for the price I paid (1600 Euro for 2 persons and 2 weeks including air travel with Ving/Thomas Cook) was very happy with this hotel!

Room was good, chalet maid was lovely, close enough to the nightlife, but far enough not to hear the nightlife. Room was clean. There was a strip of about 5 bars within a short walk of the hotel, these only open till 12.00. I would go back to the Bonanza.

I have booked a week at this hotel in April and got very disappointed. When we got there, they have told us that the hotel is closed and that they have moved us to another hotel. I find this highly unprofessional and irresponsible because we have lost an hour trying to find this hotel and we really wanted a hotel without children. They have moved us to a family resort with lots of screaming children waking us up at 7 am. An email doesn't cost anything, they should have let us know. I would have find another hotel.

We have just returned from the Bonanza and found the accommodation to the clean and basic. The accommodation was in a convenient location and quiet that is apart from noise coming from the room above us and for that reason if we return I would request a higher room but other than that we have no complaints. If all you require is a base which is clean and comfortable you wont go far wrong with these apartments

We stayed here for 1week and it was a nice pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday the bar/pool staff were very nice and friendly, the rooms had all nessersary equipment I.e kettle, cutlery, tv, seating areas inside and on balcony, hob, fridge ect! The hotel is very close to Siam park (a must do) and about a 5min walk to the beach and shops. The pool area is nice and clean. Plenty of sun loungers and seating. All staff was lovely except one time at the reception when a young man receptionist was on the phone ( I presume he was talking to some one he knew as his tone and relaxed manner was not very professional ) I was stood there waiting for around 5minuets as he finished his convosation then when he had finished it felt like i was an inconvenience and he wasn't really helpful nor very professional! Thankfully I only saw him once but apart from that it was a nice basic place to stay and I would stay again

Clean, quiet and suitable studio for us (66 years) on the 8´th floor. Beautiful view to the pool and sea. Bed was not good enough for my husband so we took the mattress under the sofa-bed and asked for an extra pillow. Room was warm also at nights, our friends were complaining the coldness in an other hotel. Dishes ok. Pool was warm, I swam over 5 km during the week. Beach is not faraway, as well as the grocery. The bus station is very near, easy to go and from the Airport and other places. There is only one free wall plug in the livingroom, took a wander plug with several joint boxes along as we did. We had two laptops and two mobile phones, so we really needed it. Wifi was very good but not free :(. Staff is friendly and helpful. We made our own breakfast and meals or ate somewhere else, so I can´t say anything about the food. I recommend this apartment :)

the hotel is what it is a 3 star, the apartment was equipped with everything you need in self catering. The hotel is in a great location 5 min from the main strip and 10 walk to sieam water park..The hotel staff were excellent especially the lady that cleaned the room she had no English but done a smashing job on our room nothing was too much trouble. We got a room right beside a main busy road, so just maybe when booking to ask for a room furthest away from the main rd and nearer the swimming pool it may help with the noise. The mattress on the beds were unbearable they were thin and lots of springs sticking out!! we did after go down and complain after 5 days and they were changed straight away "Our fault for not saying anything sooner" we spent all Christmas there and New Year and was very surprised that the hotel had no entertainment on!!! also there is only 2 sockets in the apartment one for kettle and one for television they definitely need to address this problem,,, but over all the hotel was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
