We have just arrived back from a lovely holiday okay the hotel is dated but everything else was perfect. Clean pool/ rooms, friendly staff, close to the beach shops and bars, always music round the pool (which I love) the rep was a laugh…”ooot ooot”Okay you get your groups of loud excited people but you get that everywhere. The food was alright there was always something I could have even tho I don’t like a lot of meat…The ice cream was the best and the pastries. Didn’t get the young lads name but he worked in the restaurant he was so sweet and always made you feel welcome. All in all me and my other half had a lovely time away and the hotel was great.

Me and my husband booked to stay here for a week for the first week of May. After reading the reviews I was nervous about our stay, however we needn’t have been. I felt like I had to leave a positive review to put peoples minds at ease. Ok the rooms are basic, but clean. We had two single beds but we pushed them together so we had one massive bed which were firm but comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen as we wanted to eat out, but should you wish to cook, you had basic amenities to do so. We paid for the tv, which was 20 euros but we got that reimbursed when we checked out. We also hired an iron and the safe which again was refunded when we returned the items (minus cost of safe hire which was 15 euro I think) The friendly mains cleaned our room daily, left fresh towels and changed the sheets. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, the foyer was always spotless and the shop that was in the hotel sold everything you could need. Location wise; we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We booked self catering as we knew we wanted to go and explore, the hotel is central to everywhere we wanted to go. Just pack some earplugs for the night time as you can hear the clubs and bars pumping music until 5am. Also there is no air conditioning in the room, but you can hire a fan. However we had a good nights sleep every night. ☺️ The pool area was lively, music playing all day, everyone having a good time. Gotta mention the life guards who are constantly sweeping away the water off the side of the pool so people don’t slip 👌🏻 We never struggled for sun beds, and we were allowed to take our own drinks around the pool, they just ask that you are discreet and don’t use glass bottles which is just common sense really. We paid £500 for both us to stay here which included flights luggage and transfers. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, we weren’t expecting luxury. I read reviews comparing it to prison which I think is really unfair. Overall we had a brilliant time at Los piramides, we would return. ☀️🌅

We booked here as it was cheap n cheerful and at first was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are lovely and big and clean and have a kettle and a microwave and a big fridge which was a plus as we were All Inclusive. FOOD: Breakfast was nice, fruit, pastries and a full English. Lunch was OK. Not much choice. Never went for an evening meal as it was very very cheap to eat out in nicer surroundings by the beach. Snacks were AWFUL. if you miss breakfast it's a hot dog or cardboard sandwich in celowrap. Afternoon tea is croissants and buns. Drinks were alright. No Spanish version of tia Maria and the cocktails were the worst I've ever tasted and I holiday a lot. We liked the pool vibe at first however really got annoying after 2 days and we went to the beach. The pool was loud and had 50s and 60s music on repeat for hours. However when asked to change it they did. Basically full of people getting beered up and lairy and smoking pot. I didn't mind at first but in small doses as it wore thin. No entertainment at all. However as we were leaving saw signs up for their summer animation program so from May 1st you may be in luck. Visited Siam Park which was 5 euros in a cab from the hotel and went to Otelo 1 in the Adeje Hills which is a little laid back canarian chicken shack. The beaches were lovely and we preferred it there to the pool..... We will come back to Las Americas but not AI as its very cheap to eat out and not to this hotel as there are better bases around.

When we got here our room wasn’t ready but the lovely reception woman was more than happy to accommodate after a long night of travelling and got us a room switch so we could check in then and was also willing to give us a few options which was super kind and at no extra cost which was amazing considering the price we actually paid. If you like a holiday and don’t mind people enjoying their self’s then this is definitely for you! We came as a family with a toddler and the pool is the best kids pool we have experienced and we have been in multiple hotels around adeje/las americas. There is a selection of 3 pools in total. The kids pool is very quiet, the bigger pool has music and atmosphere which is good too and an entertainer doing water aerobics/darts etc. Night time entertainment has resumed a few nights a week. Rooms were cleaned every single day with fresh towels. Rooms aren’t everything but for the price it’s very comfortable! We have had a great time already and considering extending to stay here! Would highly recommend. The staff are also amazing lady on reception can never be any more nicer or helpful!

Stayed here for 5 nights over Easter and only booking the day before due to another trip being cancelled choice was limited but this hotel had rooms at a reasonable price. And how pleased I was to have booked it. Lovely room 1314. Refurbished. Perfectly clean. 180 degree views of fhe sea. Pool lovely. Sunbeds and umbrellas need attention. The reception staff were lovely. Yes it’s not a posh hotel but if like us you want a clean room with a lovely bathroom then this is just the job. I understand not all rooms are refurbished but if you get one all the better!! Would definitely come again but not in high season as there is no air con or fan. Lots of people were all inclusive and seemed to be enjoying the drinks on offer. Cannot comment on the food as didn’t see any. Hotel was quiet at night even though there was several stag hen parties there

My second visit. We went all inclusive for an extra £30 - food was really good, but we didn't eat every meal there. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The only downside were yobs either side making way too much noise, swearing and banging on doors throughout the night. Location is good for Veronica's, and there is a taxi rank up the road to get everywhere else.

This time we stayed self catering just wanted a cheap cheerful break. Having stayed here before i had a good idea what i was getting for my money. So how did it compare going self catering much better. The rooms themselves are not to bad although the cooking area is very small although we dined out most of the time. Fresh Towels daily and bins emptied regularly and you were able to wonder the hotel without a face mask which was great as i hate them things although i always respect the rules. The pool is kept clean and a good size. If you want TV in the room 15 euro deposit which you get back at then end of your stay. Safe is 25 euro which you get 15 euro back and the internet works out 20 euro each for the week we got 3 days each for 20 euro as you get your own login. Personally i would say use your own mobile data maybe top it up before you go as the connection is poor and only works well on the Balcony. Apart from this we had a great holiday beach 10 minutes away and plenty of spots to dine on your door step
