We didn’t expect much from this hotel with it only being a 2/3 star. You do get what you pay for. The rooms were very basic, the beds were so uncomfy and no air con was ridiculous with the heat. You had to hire or upgrade your room for that. The food was very same same every day. The food that we did eat wasn’t very nice, very bland and didn’t almost look cooked sometimes. It’s the same food for dinner and tea. We did eat out more often that not due to getting fed up with the food here. One good thing, the all inclusive drinks were good a variety and they were proper measures by the pool. There were no entertainment here with it being a vibe hotel we expected more. Just a bit of music playing by the pool which was the same everyday. Not much happening on an evening just the bar was open. Bir rubbish really. One thing we did think was great was the location. You are in the heart of las America’s, near all the bars resteraunts and clubs if you wanted it. I’m glad we had this as I think our holiday wouldn’t of been the same without it. Overall, it’s a very basic hotel but I guess for the money it’s expected. It was clean and staff were polite. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but it didn’t ruin our time in Tenerife.

Don't believe all your read in the bad reviews. Just come back from 6 nights at this great hotel. I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world, so you can trust my reviews. I travelled with a friend and, of course, was worried after reading some reviews. But it is a 3* star resort, and in my opinion, some of the bad reviews are either unjustified, or people expecting 5* for 3* prices. We stopped All Inc which was the cheapest in las Americas, and well worth paying a little extra to go AI rather than SC. It cost about £59 a night for 2 people AI and that represents great value for money. You can barely do a good B and B in Blackpool for that price. We arrived at 1pm and were immediately given our room key. I asked about upgrading to 1 bedroom apartment instead of studio and was offered it for 10 euros extra a night. Best decision we made. The room was really big, had a small kitchenette with hob microwave, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, etc but we didn't need it as we were AI. The room looked like it had just been remodelled as everything looked new. There was a large TV, table and 4 chairs and a big sofa bed. The bedroom had 2 single beds and bedside units, there were 2 balconies and huge sliding doors. The balconies had 4 chairs/table and a dryer for wet clothes. The bathroom was immaculate. 2 sinks, huge walk in shower. Couldn't have asked for more. Towels were changed every week day and the bedding was changed twice. The cleaning was immaculate. Food was great. Yes samey samey but like every other AI I've been to. Always had beef, pork, chicken, fish, paella, chips, roast potatoes, new potatoes (delicious), rice, pasta, as well as the usual salad, soup etc. Desserts were GORGEOUS, 3 different cakes, 4 types of ice cream, squirty cream as well as fresh fruit. The freshly made bread was wonderful and I've sadly put weight on. Breakfast was brill. full English available with 'proper' sausages, as well as the continental selection of meats/pastries. Also lots of croissants, cakes and fresh bread. 2 toasters, lots of jams etc. cereals, pancakes and fruit/yogurts too. 2 coffee machines with a selection of 7 types of hot drinks, 2 drinks machines with 4 fruit juices or water on offer. At lunch and dinner there was a bar open for additional drinks, beers, pops, wine etc. seating indoors and out, never a queue. Also PROPER pop like Coca Cola, 7up etc, no rola cola! For kids there were foods like fish fingers and chicken nuggets too. Drinks Outdoor pool bar open all day and inside in the evening. Never a queue. Copious amounts of alcohol served as well as proper pop, tea/coffee and ice cream. Staff THE BEST BIT. The staff were wonderful. Very courteous. Always went out of their way to help. Bar staff remembered your drinks order. Reception staff were excellent as were the restaurant staff. I have walking problems having had a double knee replacement and they helped me a lot. When I had to book the Covid test prior to returning most people went to the hospital and had to book then return the next day. The hotel rang up for me and booked my test to save me the walk, a waiter opened up a door each time we ate in the restaurant to save me walking round. The life guards helped me with my sunbed/umbrella etc. Couldn't have asked for nicer, more pleasant, caring staff. The cleaners left the hotel spotless. POOL There are 2 big pools. Lots of sunbeds (not as many parasols). Pool was clean and the deck area was well maintained. HOTEL There are 3 pool tables, fuseball, Xbox machine, arcade games so lots to do (obviously you have to pay). There's a shop and at the bar they sell extra icecreams (branded) and branded alcohol. There's a grand piano in the lounge and an upright one in the restaurant. The lounge area has lots of settees. There's a ramp for disabled people to access downstairs rooms. Only negative is there is no Air Con or hairdryer in the room but you can hire a hairdryer from reception. There is a huge TV in the room and I believe you can hire the remote too but we weren't bothered. Didn't use the internet from the hotel as I had it on my phone but saw people in communal areas accessing it. LOCATION As described -10 mins to the beach and near Veronicas. At the end of the hotel is a footpath down to the nightlife and a great bar called Leonardos which had live music every night. We also went to a couple of Irish bars and there were lots of shops nearby. So it's in a great, QUIET, position as it is in a cul de sac, so you don't have the passing traffic. All in All worth every penny. I've stopped in many 4* hotels that aren't as good as this. Thanks for a great 6 nights. I'm hoping to return in November.

Well what can I say food is luke warm and limited as I chose salad roll breakfast lunch and dinner which is a safer option. Staff are lovely but you need to pay 20 euro for remote for TV 20 euro for Internet that doesn't work and 30 euro for a fan. You need to put the clean my room sgin on your door or they don't bother. No entertainment in hotel apart from the same 80s cd. Would not recommend
