Just returned from here after a all inclusive holiday(don’t go all inclusive it’s not worth it)..and was quite surprised about the place..good points :- the weather,the pool(there’s no pool tables by the pool)..bad points :- location at the top of a hill is for the faint hearted,needs up dating and repairs need to be done as many tiles were cracked/broken(mind the grey smooth tiles with wet feet there treacherous) food wasn’t to good,beer was bland as hell,games room had nothing working,all the children we see had iPads,phones or a laptop and there’s no Wi-Fi around the pool..cheap and sort of cheerful...

There are also insects everywhere in our room (even the beds) i read online that this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning so i had to rent an air conditioning which has saved us in this room as it feels like a sauna, i don’t recommend staying here at all...

The living part of the room was far too big so hence the bathroom suffered and this is on that the bath itself was so small they might as well have just put a shower unit in place instead... The worst part about the room is NO AIR CON...

...First floor rooms have patios with excellent view across to ocean - I was lucky. Ground floor rooms just have a view of the back of the apartment block in front and are in perpetual shade... My room was basic/dated, but clean and I had no real issues with it...

Sooo arrived Wednesday 23rd and by the 25th I was ready to go home first day on arrival we ate down in the pool bar had burgers and sausage the usual so I opt for a burger that I can only resemble as dog meat mushed down yes you heard right so not so surprised when I feel ill the same day throwing up, moving on the food on a whole is rank I mean avoid avoid avoid its gross!... Oh and if your hoping to use there free shuttle bus to the beach you can forget about it.. its broken and not being repaired so hope your very athletic over all just don't come to this hotel and anyone that says ognor the haters there please book and you will endure the nightmare yaself I payed 1600 for a week for this place and have regretted it since!... We have been coming to this hotel fir 5 years never had an issue this year it has gone seriously down hill the food is garbage we went all inclusive and ate out most of the time we were told in a heatwave you need to rent a fan the staff are rude and dismissive told don’t speak English...

...Resort states fans in aptm.. but we had 2 aptms & neither fan worked & resort dont have any others .. we hired Aircon units from outside company for €160 x2 well worth it.. we couldn't have stayed otherwise 29° most nights... ...You can upgrade during your stay if you originally booked self catering but everyine on the booking has to upgrade. The cocktails range from 7€ up and its around 23€ a day to upgrade to all inclusive which includes cocktails... If you think about it you'll pay more than that for 1 meal and a drink in some places when you eat out so it's not a bad deal really...

Where can I start this was a terrible trip from the very beginning... We we went all inclusive so we tried the food, that was un edible, the smell was repulsive, there was barely anybody around in the restaurant area , which is suspicious straight away to me... This hotel is a 3 star accommodation apparently, I’d say more of a 1 star... Just want to advise any families that are looking to book , please don’t it won’t be a pleasant experience... We are extremely disappointed with our stay, so we have had to relocate to another hotel so we can enjoy our holiday...

My friend and I booked the cheapest holiday we could find in the January sun... I read the reviews on here and for the first time ever I packed extra sheets and pillow cases and had a frank conversation with my friend... Hairdryers can be obtained on reception for a 10 euro refundable deposit, as can remote controls for the tv...

...Place is run down and in need of refurbishment but we knew what to expect and as we always go out we booked this as got a good deal. The hotel is up a hill didn’t mind walking down and jumping in taxi back up as just over 3 euros... We stayed at the bottom near the pool having stayed nearer the top before this put me off the thought of having to walk up couple of steep hills just to get out of the apartments, no point in paying extra for room at the top as friends who stayed here at the same time paid extra for this and got put down the bottom... Never ate here as always like to eat out... Sadly I won’t be returning to these apartments, would rather pay extra and stay somewhere nicer without having to worry about RATS...

A very dated hotel was a mile hike just to get out of the place... Had to get taxis back 4 euros as couldn't walk up the 3 banks just to get back... We were not all inclusive so when you buy a beer for 3 euro when the froth goes down it isn't even half a pint so not good at all... It is no way in Las americas just not a good stay pleased we were only there for 4 nights couldn't even get in the room as the receptionist gave us a key card and couldn't get in as needed a key... Do not stay would never go back...

...LP2 is absolutely not for anyone who is not very fit or mobile... We usually got a taxi back up, about 4euro... Such a shame as we have otherwise enjoyed staying here very much...

...We did eat an evening meal at the hotel it was £12... The hills were a problem for my husbands parents but taxis were always available mostly under €4, however, if paying with note's the drivers round up to €5... If you want a cheap holiday with no trimmings this could be a great hotel...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in...please avoid at all costs... No supermarket on site so you have to walk down the hill to the shops and bars very steep hill to walk back up so we got a taxi and they are very cheap only about 4 euro...

They do have free busses down to beach and back up but was not sure on the times so we mainly walked or just jumped in a taxi few times as was nice to walk down but with my son who was 8 who hates to walk especially after a long day in the sun, it was easy at times to just get a taxi back up to the hotel which was about €4 All in all for what you pay...

...We walked back most days but there are other options; the hotel runs a free shuttle bus 3 times daily to and from Fanabe Beach, if those times don’t suit busses are only €1.45 to get you back up the hill, a taxi would be between €3 - €5 for short journey (worth it if you’ve done lots of walking already)... And to be honest if you’re on holiday what’s the rush to get everywhere?... We were glad not to be all inclusive and stuck eating there...

...some may ask, well the biggest plus point is the value. Laguna 2 is hands down the cheapest place to stay in Costa Adeje... Taxi's to and from the bottom are cheap enough and they do run a bus up and down to the beach at certain times... The rooms are extremely dated and the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, but they are clean, cheap and cheerful. The maids clean every 2 days and knock on your door at 08:30/09:00 which can get a bit annoying...

Staff were very helpful, bar staff knowledgeable with drinks and friendly with guests... All inclusive drinks included local spirits, one on tap beer, juices and hot drinks and a cocktail of the day (slushies and branded spirits were extra, as well as bottled beverages.)... Rooms have decent amenities, including a fridge, kettle, microwave, oven and cutlery... There is a very large hill to and from the local town so be prepared to do some walking, or alternatively the hotel reception can book you a taxi...

The pool was clean and plenty of beds... It is quite far from the beach up a steep hill, but we walked down and got a taxi back, which was 4 euros... We arrived before our room was ready, but we were given a key to a room to put our cases, with a changing room next door... we got changed into our pool clothes, we were all inclusive so we could eat the snacks available at the pool and get a tea/coffee or alcohol too and swam and sunbathed until our room was ready...

Receptionist (working solo), refused to let me drop it off without waiting my turn, and now Jet2 are refusing to reimburse me for a taxi to airport... Reception staff give you no help or written info as to how how things work...

...Laguna 2 is hands down the cheapest place to stay in Costa Adeje... The staff are always friendly and cheerful... There are a couple of lifts though to assist anyone with walking difficulties, but the hill up and down to Costa Adeje is not suitable for anyone with those difficulties... Taxi's to and from the bottom are cheap enough and they do run a bus up and down to the beach at certain times... As I have said I have stayed here many times, but I would not stay for a whole week, I stay for 3 or 4 nights, which is enough... I have stayed in December and January and they can be rather cold at night at this time, but thicker blankets are provided... My tip is get a room at the highest level you can, even if you pay the extra, you will thank yourself for it...

However there is a free bus from the hotel to the beach front which goes every morning and back up again late afternoon which was fantastic...

Antonio and Alex are amazing and they really look after the guests and make your stay one to remember... There are snacks at the poolside bar with burgers, chips, hot dogs and fish fingers with salad to go with it all... The price you pay, you easily get your money's worth we were all amazed at the service and the cleanliness...

...The balcony had a frame to dry towels on and a strange yard area at the back. The kitchen was useful as there was a fridge for storing water and it had a kettle... There is enough plug sockets but only one bedside unit... The pool and pool bar is quite big and has some shaded areas in and around it, serving cocktails and hotdog type snacks... There is a small play area for younger kids and parasols are available from about 11 each day... Upstairs in the buffet restaurant the choice was ample and waiting staff are quite efficient... Staff on arrival were busy but did offer us pizza because it was late... They were approachable and answered all our queries throughout our stay over missing toilet paper and use of the safe... The games tables were out of action which disappointed my kids but Wifi is available... There are tennis courts that seemed unused and plenty of excursions & beach & shops nearby in Tenerife...

Staff were very helpful, bar staff knowledgeable with drinks and friendly with guests... All inclusive drinks included local spirits, one on tap beer, juices and hot drinks and a cocktail of the day (slushies and branded spirits were extra, as well as bottled beverages.)... Rooms have decent amenities, including a fridge, kettle, microwave, oven and cutlery... Lots of sunbeds around the pool so no need to reserve beds early... There is no wifi on the hotel complex, except for in the evening entertainment bar area by reception...

This Hotel is located at least 20 minutes from the beach... The extensive swimming pool and numerous sun loungers are a significant benefit to the holiday makers... Accommodation is a bit dated,this property is well past its prime... All the staff there were absolutely fantastic, friendly and welcoming... This is a great venue for families and the animators created a special environment for the children...

...The pool was lovely, plenty of sun loungers for everyone, staff very friendly, entertainment was ok at night time, parrot shows etc... There’s Aqualand literally a stone throw away, (5 min walk) so great for young kids when they’re too little for Siam park!... Overall it was good, cheap and enjoyable and would return!...

...It is up a massively steep hill but takes literally five minutes to get to the start of the bars and shops... There are hundreds of sunbeds so you don't need to put your towel down at stupid o'clock... Food is fine, plenty of it and the restaurant overlooks the pool, mountains and the sea... The apartment is a good base, we literally shower and sleep in it and it's nice to have a fridge for water... Please give this place a chance, it's absolutely good value for money... We've paid £500 for a week in the sun, all food, drinks, bags and transfers and we are away from England, worth every penny in my eyes!...

Well this is the 3rd time visiting these apartments, and I can honestly say I have no complaints... The apartment was cleaned everyday and clean towels provided... There is a complimentary bus to and from the beach as the apartments are set up a very steep hill, or taxis are about 5 euro...

...When we checked in receptionist was nice was given our all inclusive bands dropped cases off in room then headed to the pool/snack bar. Pool area is clean and tidy the pool itself was freezing... Snack bar offered burgers chips hot dogs most days with a little salad bar... The food is quite cold but a microwave is provided to warm up your food if needed... The drinks are really good and the bartenders where nice and friendly...

I was dubious about booking after reading the reviews, some things will work for some people where as not for others. Yes it is hilly, but there are lifts or ramps... The pool was clean and plenty of beds... We arrived before our room was ready, but we were given a key to a room to put our cases, with a changing room next door... we got changed into our pool clothes, we were all inclusive so we could eat the snacks available at the pool and get a tea/coffee or alcohol too and swam and sunbathed until our room was ready...

...I read the reviews on here and for the first time ever I packed extra sheets and pillow cases and had a frank conversation with my friend... The room was actually great (a studio apartment) and was huge... The balcony was a reasonable size with a lovely view across the sea to La Gomera... It was spotlessly clean, (albeit dated), new sheets and towels every 2 days and had enough facilities in the room to cook a breakfast and make a packed lunch for the beach... (Fridge, 2 ring hob, some utensils, a couple of pots and a frying pan, cutlery, plates/bowls etc, toaster, kettle and microwave)... Hairdryers can be obtained on reception for a 10 euro refundable deposit, as can remote controls for the tv... Yes, the hill you have to address on your way back up from the resort is somewhat brutal, but there is a free courtesy bus to and from the beach every day and the hill walk is do-able!...

...Every morning the pool is cleaned and the pool area is also cleaned... The take away pizza offered in the evening at the bar is lovely (8.5 Euros) and the pool bar in the day does some nice snacks... Beer is 3 euros and is Estrella on tap... There are lots and lots of lovely cats around, all friendly and approachable!... The views from above the restauant are lovely and wathing the sunset is a must... All in all this is a hotel for a nice little break...

This is a really great hotel, being half way up the hill the views over Costa Adeje / Las Americas are brilliant - as well as the the views up to the surrounding mountains... The pool is Great and the food all-round is really fantastic... The drinks were also all quality which you don't always get as part of all inclusive... If you like a sunny balcony; these seemed rare but that may just be due to the time of year (December) I visited...

...All pool tables and games stuff out of order we thought about paying for another hotel after first night but literally just used the room as a base and just spent as much time as possible out of it...

...Pool tables gaming machines were all out of service . Drinks machines were out of service and the shop on site was closed down ... The drinks round the pool were served in paper cups ...

...The rooms are basically furnished but had everything we needed, although a ceiling fan in the lounge would have been good for the person using the sofa bed. Reception staff were friendly and helpful... Breakfast buffet is great, with lots of choice...

...The room was clean, nice bathroom... We went for 5 nights all inclusive but only ever had the breakfast and pool snacks which were very nice drinks also fine... They do have free busses down to beach and back up but was not sure on the times so we mainly walked or just jumped in a taxi few times as was nice to walk down but with my son who was 8 who hates to walk especially after a long day in the sun, it was easy at times to just get a taxi back up to the hotel which was about €4 All in all for what you pay...

...We walked back most days but there are other options; the hotel runs a free shuttle bus 3 times daily to and from Fanabe Beach, if those times don’t suit busses are only €1.45 to get you back up the hill, a taxi would be between €3 - €5 for short journey (worth it if you’ve done lots of walking already)... Cleaners came in at least every other day (sometimes more often) to make the beds, change towels etc... Safety deposit box free to use... We were in row C and had a great view of both the mountains and the sea from our balcony... Bit of a walk down to the pool but there are 2 lifts on site to help... The complex was peaceful and chilled and we came home totally relaxed... We were self catering so ate out most days and nights (tonnes of choice everywhere and good food too) We decided to eat in the hotel one night and it wasn’t great...

...We had a lovely suite with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a nice balcony with an absolutely gorgeous view. Staff were also lovely and couldn’t help you enough, I couldn’t be happier... The fan in the bedroom made a little noise but it wasn’t bad Atall and the fan really helped with the temperature... I am definitely planning on staying here next time I come to Tenerife...

...Its close enough to the bars and restaurants around the area that I don't find it a problem. The staff are always friendly and cheerful... As the complex sits on a hill its quite a way down to apartments on lower floors and to the pool area... There are a couple of lifts though to assist anyone with walking difficulties, but the hill up and down to Costa Adeje is not suitable for anyone with those difficulties... Taxi's to and from the bottom are cheap enough and they do run a bus up and down to the beach at certain times... The pool area though is huge and well kept, the pool is un-heated and salt water, but in the hotter months its great... My tip is get a room at the highest level you can, even if you pay the extra, you will thank yourself for it...

...The pool bar served some basic food which was great, kids could help themselves to the buffet style... There were always enough sunbeds for the guests... However there is a free bus from the hotel to the beach front which goes every morning and back up again late afternoon which was fantastic...
