Detailed Reviews
Great apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Central in playa Las Americas the apartments are a great base to explore Costa adeje and lost Cristianos. Cleaned most days the apartments are a pleasure to stay in. There is no pool but the beach is 5 minutes away or the Caribe apartment pool can be used which is well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. The price of the apartments make what they provide unbelievable value for money.

Very good location, nice updated rooms. Check in is a short walk away in pariso de sol and you can use their pool and facilities. Very friendly staff, can't go wrong for the money if you want a cheap self catering holiday. Only thing that's missing is Aircon, it gets quite hot in the nights so take a small fan with you. Also it's in party central so if you don't like noise or looking for a quiet holiday it's probably not the best location for you.

I'm not lying, we loved it. It's budget holiday, but it was just what we needed.
Me and my friend just went on a quiet budget holiday, relax and sightsee. Paradero 2 wasn't what we booked, it was one of the other hotels. We were completely freaked out after reading the reviews, contacted them half a dozen times about a change, what a waste of time. The whole journey we exchanged horror stories and research cockroach killing techniques... Upon arrival we still moaned then decided we couldn't possibly ask for more.
The apartaments are just those little rows of houses. We were on the ground floor, with our own little garden which was the best part, we spend a lot of time just chilling and drinking sangria, making friends with all the local cats, to the point when we didn't really bother with going out in the evenings.
The apartments were run down, but they were clean, the cleaners were in every day. It was fully equipped, oven, kettle, cutlery and other tablewear. Mind you, it did look like stuff previous guests have left behind but what difference does it make? We haven't encountered a single cockroach, apart from a dead one outside.
There's a sofa bed, the two beds were quite large and comfortable. There were two mirrors, one in the room and one in the bathroom, so the two of us never had a problem getting ready ;)
If you're going for a similar stay and don't have the highest expectations, I definitely recommend it. For families, you probably want something different, although you can use the pool and other facilities in the main hotel. The beach is just down the road, so is the clubbing strip. If you're going with a group of friends to party, then probably chose something else as well. You are pretty limited to your tarrace and won't make friend here.
Our friends stayed in one of the expensive hotels with pools and bars and catering. The catering would certainly be a bonus, especially since it also included drinks, but we were more than happy to cook.
Summing up, a low budget apartment for crazy cat ladies. I'll go back there. Hope this helps.

Had a great 10 night stay at this apartment block. Check in was using a lockbox to receive keycard, all very straightforward, code emailed from the apartments prior to arrival.
Room was really spacious and clean; shower, hairdryer, sliding wardrobe, kitchen appliances, fan, tv, all working fine. Fridge and small freezer compartment. It was in a perfect location for me, just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach and the strip was equally close, surprisingly I could not hear it from the apartments. Supermarket next door and multiple restaurants nearby. Also, a bus pick up point was directly behind the apartments in front of the Ole Tropical hotel, this was fantastic as I got picked up for all my activities and tours there.
I locked myself out once and the staff called me back within a matter of minutes to get access to the emergency keycard, very quick response from them, and cleaning staff did a great job.
There are only two slight cons to my entire stay which may be worth nothing - I was in block D, a balcony room, however my balcony did not get any sun at any point during the stay. As I had so many activities/tours booked I was rarely in my room at length, so this didn't bother me, but if you enjoy sun on your balcony I would see if they could accommodate a special request. Also, I found the bed harder than was comfortable for me, especially for 10 days, however neither of these things would put me off booking again and I look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed for 9 nights, the room was excellent very spacious with a very big balcony that had the sun most of the day. The room had plenty of wardrobe space and a very good sized bathroom with a walk in shower. It was serviced every other day to a very high standard. We arrived during the day the check in was very easy and the reception team were very attentive and professional. We cannot recommend this complex highly enough it was absolutely excellent.

The apartment was very clean bright, spacious and very well equipped. It was cleaned every second day by Isa who did a fantastic job in a friendly manner. It was located very close to the beach and probably the noisiest part of the strip. However the complex wasn't affected by this. There was no air con but the fan that was provided was sufficient. Overall it was great value for money and made for a great holiday

I know what you are thinking..... why stay for 6 weeks if it is hell hole??? Well............
I'd had enough of blighty's weather and packed up my stuff to go and party and work in Tenerife. The company I did it with got me a job and I paid in advance for this "hotel"
As the review before says you have to walk out of the paradero 2 apartment's over an overflow which is full of rubbish and grafiti. Then you have the first pool where the bar doesn't open and we often just bought music and had private pool party's as barely anyone used it.
Just 2 minutes on from that pool area is the main pool. Fully equipped with a standard bar, large pool and seperate toddlers pool. Expect the pool to be loud, loutish and lively. Can be good fun if that is what you like but certainly not a good place for kids or for shy retiring types.
Rooms - VERY basic, Barely any crockery or cooking utensil's, bathroom is fine. Beds very uncomfortable, third pull out bed is a joke! Like a dog basket only worse and dirtier!! Baring in mind I went in almost all the rooms in this complex and they are all the same! Avoid 138 at all costs!!
One of the plus' about the paradero is that if you are up for a laugh, in the main you can do as you please. Nobody around the pools stopping you from playing music, tearing around, playing ball games etc. ............. except at night!!! The security guard(s) are horrific! These apartment's get broken in to a lot and most of my friends (I'm talking over 40 people) were burgled/pick pocketed/mugged in or near these apartments. We believe that at least one security guard was privvy to these theft's. If you have drinks on the balcony at night and make a bit of noise you will be harassed by security and they will call the police! Hire a safe if you stay here!
Area - As another reviewer said, a lot of prostitutes hang around just outside the apartments and they will try and pick pocket you, especially if you are tanked up and or alone. The paradero 2 is situated just 2 mins away from Starco's (linekers, voodoo etc) so is right in the action. Which is the best thing about the apartments. There is a shop opposite that sells amazing fresh bread and cakes. The beach is just 10 minutes or so away.
If you are up for a laugh and have your wits about you, hire a safe and want a place to chuck your bag this is ok for you! I would not recommend these apartments as they are unsafe, unclean and shoddy. I hold a lot of great memories, but mainly from the people I met. I would not return here, or Las Americas for that matter.

Stayed here for a month, great location!
The 'maids' where good. Always kept our rooms clean. Although we would make sure we was out by 10am otherwise they'd only mop the floors and change towels.
Second night I was there got that dunk that I left the room door open whilst sleeping but nobody stole anything (fortunately)!
The beds where comfy enough and got changed twice a week.
Security was fine just told us to be quiet a few times and be considerate too other residents.
Overall had a good time in these apartments (after moving us away from the weirdo that lived next door) clean enough, cheap, brilliant location. Just watch for the cockroaches at night. If you don't stand on them it's fine, the hotel does provide cockroach spray but not all rooms have them.

I don't know where, but when I was there, I saw loads of mobility scooters. So I am sure there must be. Have a search on Google. I think there might be one down by Las Americas.
At the hotel back up the hill where you end up having to collect your room key from. The pool their is also for your use.
Yes literally next door x
