Just back from a weeks holiday in this hotel we were all inclusive. But would not recommend the hotel at all the person on reception when we arrived looked like she didn't want to be there. The first night we went down for dinner it was fish and pasta that looked as if it had sat there all day. We...

We spent one night in this hotel last week...it was too long. There were 6 of us so booked two triple rooms. They gave us 2 on the ground floor, the first was ok on first inspection. The second had a double room, a stained sofa covered by a grotty bed sheet and a bed in the middle of the...

Very basic, no bed changes in the week we stayed or cleaner. No kettle or cooker... food not the best but I guess you get what you pay for. Lovely pool and entertainment, Steve was lovely, and such friendly people. Perfect for young ones.

So i stayed here with a friend for 5 nights in March, after reading all the reviews on here i expected the worst. For the money people have paid to stay in this Hotel you shouldn't grumble at all, don't listen to all the people expecting 5* for a few hundred quid. The rooms were basic but had everything you...

Been to this hotel 3yrs ago so knew what to expect, and it has been done up since then and I know you get what you pay for but the biggest let down is the food!! It's always cold and the variety is awful, nothing is labeled so you have no clue what your eating we lived on rolls and...

I noticed in the hotel lobby that there was an award given to The Ponderosa in 1995. Maybe this hotel wasn't too bad then, but it is definitely very dated now. I don't think any updating or maintenance has been done since then. The rooms were basic but bearable, apart from the bathroom lights not working. Some of the other...
