Most worse apartments and services.. in 10 days I never seen anyone clean pool.. it’s big difference between photos then reality.. very dirty place big problems with parking.. we even need catch cockroaches.. be careful when you going home not getting them in your luggage.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No kettle, towels dirty room dirty, bedding stained, fleas jumping everywhere, fridge rusty. No use of pool bricks and god knows what in the pool that actually had water in. The kids pool was empty. Beds and mattresses lying outside the front and side of the hotel. Not a single person to speak to. Loads of builders that do not speak English. We had to leave this hotel and pay for another hotel to get a shower. Eating in this dirty hotel was out of the question. Tiles around the pool all broken.

Just come back after 5nights of hell this hotel is dirty to say the least apartment was not cleaned still had the last guests hair over everything even in the bed had to get it cleaned blood yes blood over the sink in the bathroom used tampax in the bin toilet still had the last persons. belongings still in the pan the apartment also stated all facilities in the room I.e dish washer etc it didn't even have a microwave not that we would of used it anyway this hotel was also harbouring immigrants red cross and security was everywhere so felt like being in a concentration camp the lifts smelt of urine the ceilings and walls in the reception were falling apart and very and I mean the whole hotel is very run down also a lot of men of Spanish and Moroccan origin coming and going all the time this made us very uncomfortable to say the leas I would not recamend this hotel to my worsed enemy…

Nice basic hotel if you go last min . Clean rooms clean pool nice friendly helpful staff . Steve the entertainment is fab a real nice guy . Would stop here again mainly because of location it’s perfect i between playas n adeje and 5 mins to beach . Over the road from Siam park too 👌🏼

Well I usually ignore reviews and think I’ll make my mind up for myself, I did exactly that and 100% do not stay here worst hotel I’ve stayed at had to change room 4 times on arrival they was that bad.

Please do not go to this hotel you be disdapointed food awful hotel run down room not cleaned even the tv you have to pay to watch staff overworked and not very friendly no towels or toilet paper a real disappointment will not return

Me and my boyfriend came here for our first holiday together without our parents and when we arrived, the staff were incredible rude and ignorant. We felt as though the staff treated us with no respect because of our ages. (18&19) We went to our room and as you can see pictured, it was absolutely horrifying. It was small, dark and extremely dirty. I wasn’t expecting 5* luxury due to the cheep and cheerful price but I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel in all my life. There was mould everywhere, faeces stains in and around the toilet, bugs crawling all over the ground, dust, rust, and the floor was covered in little black hairs and food crumbs. We went down to reception and asked for a new room and we weee told they couldn’t do anything about it and to come back tomorrow and try again so we tried again and was reluctantly given a new room. We checked in and it was not much better. I felt dirtier getting in the shower then I did before. It was extremely hot during the night time so one morning I asked reception if there was air condition and she rudely replied with “um no we do not”. The food is the same thing every day, however I witnessed the chefs and some guests going up to the trays and picking food out with their fingers and eating them. This put me off completely! I have been living off dry reheated cold chips and hard pasta. We paid extra for all inclusive however there is only 5 options for food at meal times and we could only eat during set times. There claimed to be snacks in the bar between 14:00-16:00 however there never was. Had to pay €6 for a mars bar ice cream. There was hardly anyone at the bar so was waiting around a good 5 minutes to be served. Overall, NEVER AGAIN. So many of the other English guests had the same opinion and it looks so different compared to online. The swimming pool was closed off for 3 days in a row. There is no entertainment which there claims to be. We noticed some families and groups checking out early and going to another hotel. The rooms only cleaned once a week and you had to ask for toilet paper which they were for some reason really hesitant to give. €20 for a safe which we didn’t use once because we didn’t trust the safety and security of the rooms. I don’t know how they can even have 3*. Also, it is a cockroach party every day. They’re everywhere. Save your money and never ever ever come here. I have never been so excited to go home. Just got back from a week in this awful hotel rooms stinking pool stinking food awful chicken is pink bar staff rude never anyone at the bar always waiting ages. Had to ask at reception to get the pool cleaned. Rooms were cleaned every other day well if you can call it cleaned never emptied the bin were lucky to have clean towels. bedding all marked and not changed only the top sheet bathroom was growing mold where the sink was they paint the baths so its stuck to you after a bath/shower or if you have the newish bathrooms it floods the place. they never leave toilet roll u gotta keep going to reception same for towels 2 towels between 4 people and when asked if we could have more we were told no sorry not possible. Cockroaches everywhere dead and alive. The toilets never have toilet paper always gotta ask at reception. The toilets by the pool bar well what can I say no soap to wash your hands lucky to have toilet paper it's like a dungeon down there. The only thing that should be done to this hotel is for it to be knocked down health and safey would have a field day they need to go there for sure. If your disabled this hotel is no good as it's not desable friendly. The reception staff are rude and of no help at all. I'm far from a snob but my god this hotel is a dump having to pay for the TV is shocking. I could go on and on worst hotel ever AVOID AVOID AVOID.…

This hotel is very run down and badly run, the staff were rude to myself and my partner and very unhelpful. I did not go there expecting luxury but would strongly recommend you find somewhere else which is most certainly going to be better than this hotel. The food was edible but very bland same dishes practically every day, the pool area closed at 6pm and you could still find plastic cups and rubbish the next morning laid about from the previous day when you went down for breakfast. Believe me you would not want to be stuck in quarantine for fourteen days in this hotel everyone was complaining, some even booked in to other hotels. In three words TERRIBLE FILTHY HOTEL

This Hotel is an utter disgrace. And before you take any 5 star review seriously first remember most of those reviews could be written by people who have a vested interest in this hotels reputation as many of the Appartments could be privately owned or timeshare. When we arrived we were asked to sign a few forms which stuck to the counter when trying to hand them back showing it hadnt been cleaned for a while. When entering the battered and dilapidated elevator we found dirty tissues on the stained floor and stains on the wall and gunk where the elevator buttons were. The door to our room looked worse than my garden shed door. The bedroom pillows stunk of old cigaretts. The bathroom was falling apart and electricians tape was holding the mirror in place over the sink. The toilet had a bad stain inside it and it was cracked like someone had come in and accidently dropped their beer pint into it and cracked the bowl. It was a challenge just to flush as the knob wasnt attached properly. There was no lock on the patio doors so we couldnt leave anything of value in the room if we went out despite the hotel offering a safe. The food wasnt fit for a dog. The 2 pools were mucky as was the sun loungers. We will be sending our complaint and photos to the travel agent. After 2 night we re-packed our suitcases and walked out costing us another £1000 to stay in another Hotel for the remainder of our Holiday.…
