This pleasant low rise complex enjoys an excellent location in the very heart of Playa de Las Americas. The complex is formed by two floor bungalows surrounded by bright flowers and shrubs. New and very pleasant buffet restaurant with show cooking and nice terrace. Reception area and main bar have been refurbished.

We stayed here for Christmas week last year. Were on a room only basis which was basic but clean and well worth what we paid, was also on ground floor so had a lovely garden with sunloungers and patio table. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially assisting us to arrange for Covid test to be actioned prior to returning home, they couldnt of helped anymore. Will definately be booking again for this Christmas.

The apartment consisted from the living room and bedroom, quite spacious and huge balcony with a view to the pool. There were AC, TV with Spanish and foreign channels, the safety box with mechanical key, which should be rented separately. The kitchen was fully equipped with kitchenware featuring electrical stove, but no oven. The living room had two electrical sockets next to each of the tables. But in the bedroom I could not locate any sockets at all, which was slightly inconvenient. WiFi is available for free in reception area, but in rooms available for extra charge. The balcony in our apartment was really large with a view to the pool and possibility to enjoy sunset. The hotel has a really great pool, which is the focal center of the properties surrounded by sunbeds and a pool bar. There is a restaurant and, if you are not into cooking, you can eat there, which I didn't try. The staff was very helpful, speaking well English. The hotel is located quite conveniently. There is a bus stop Magma in 250 m, which makes arrival from the airport by the bus. There is also Costa Adeje bus station in 500m, where you can top up Ten+ cards. There is no machine, but only office. Siam Mall with HiperDino is located in 800m, 1.5 km to Mercadona in San Eugenio. 1.8 km to the Golden Mile. 1 km to Siam Park and 1.7 km to Aqualand. The closest beach is Playa de Troya in 400m, but I really loved Playa de el Bobo in 800m.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at these apartments and will not be returning. I understand they are on the cheaper side, however are way below standards I would expect. Firstly our apartment was as far away from the pool as you could get - not ideal with 2 kids but not the end of the world. The poolside toilets were like a scene from trainspotting - absolutely disgusting with a collapsed ceiling! The apartment itself was so outdated and old fashioned - the sofa was so uncomfortable you could barely sit on it. One bedroom stunk of sewerage. There were no plugs near a mirror. When you let water down the kitchen sink it came out the bathroom floor, flooding the bathroom in the process (reported to reception but nothing done about it). The mirrors were all erroded/rusted round the edges. The hob was covered in plaster from the cracking wall/tiles. The freezer door came off in your hand. The shower constantly went hot/cold and the shower head would fall down on your head. The patio table was all cracked and wobbly/unstable. Glasses had chips on the rim - I could go on and on. My kids were looking forward to meeting the character from the pool named Elvis who we've read about in other reviews but I assume he has left as there was no interaction from the lifeguard at all. Not sure what chemicals are in the pool but all my kids swimwear (and my daughter's scalp) are all green?? The only positive I can think of is the towels and beds are changed regularly, but I wouldn't say the apartment was cleaned. The location of the apartments is excellent, but they are far below standard and I would not recommend.

I stayed with my partner for 2 weeks, we will never go back! On our first day we was put in the wrong room. After complaining about being put in the wrong room, the staff made us aware that they would not be able to put us in the newly refurbished room we paid for until day 2. When we moved over to the newly refurbished room on day 2 it was a lot better, but not great! All I would say is, go to the shop 2 minutes down the road and buy your own cleaning equipment (antibacterial spray, dishwasher liquid etc...) our apartment was filthy! There was vomit left behind the bathroom door from someone who had stayed there previously, surfaces and doors was filthy. I understand this is a 2 star hotel but the cleaning standards were terrible. The bedding was not changed for the entire two weeks. I cleaned the room myself for the duration of my stay, even when the cleaning was done by staff, it was still disgusting. The staff - reception staff were amazing to sort our rooms out when we was put in a different room, even though it was not resolved right away we was given a £30 voucher for the bar. Cleaning staff are rude and intrude into your room even when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is on your door. I felt like this was an invasion of privacy. NOISE - I am a very light sleeper, I did not have 1 good night sleep for the entire 2 weeks I stayed. I was woken up by pissed people walking down the alley way (just behind the apartments) the noise went on from about 2am-6am EVERY morning, pissed neighbours screaming on their balcony’s or inconsiderate neighbours working on their balcony’s from 5AM in the morning to take online meetings. I was very surprised that there was no security. The hotel overall was a perfect location for Tenerife and was amazing but I would never stay again! If you do, make sure you take ear plugs, anti bacterial spray and plenty of pairs of socks or sliders.

We wanted a low rise complex centrally located at a reasonable price. Very important to us was a sunny balcony, decent telly and good wi-fi. Yes the complex could do with a little bit of an ugrade up the original design of the complex means that nearly every apartment has a balcony or ground floor garden facing the sun. the wi-fi was the best we have had with brilliant reception. Channels BBc1,BBC2,ITV,Ch4,Ch5 so adequate for us indeed. The staff where very courteous and pleasant. So for what we paid, excellent

Basic but good value for money, was very quiet when we were there (as in noise on a night etc), nice little poolside bar with very friendly staff, good location to be able to walk just about anywhere, we did the coastal promenade walk to Los Cristianos & back with a few stops for beers & was 16,000 steps, I’d book here again for a short break.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading other reviews but we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was basic and it did need to be redecorated, but during our time there they redecorated both the rooms below us, so they are working on them. The rooms were cleaned 5 days out of 7, towels changed almost daily and bedding changed roughly every other day I think. The staff were friendly, both in the pool bar and reception, and if they saw any guests struggling with anything, such as suitcases or pool beds, they always lent a hand. Loved the pool, it was a good size for swimming lengths and was not freezing cold so not sure if it was slightly heated. The apartments are in a great location for the beach which is about 5 mins away a short walk down the road. We stayed nearly the whole of Feb 22 and only heard a bit of noise twice, and that came from a nearby bar not the apartments. Overall it is not a 5 star hotel but it is a very good, clean and friendly 3 star one and I would definitely stay there again.

Limited info on arrival. Accommodation needed updating. Terrace was mud and shingle. Overal apartment was just below adequate. Breakfast ok. Standard. Good location though. Close to main bus stop and supermarkets nearby. Some restaurants also nearby.
