Have just returned from a 2 week stay at these apartments. They were absolutely perfect. Apartment was big enough for the 3 of us, all that we needed was supplied, very happy to find washing up liquid, tea towel etc in kitchen area, cleaned regularly, towels and bedding changed. All in all the whole complex was kept spotless. Overall we had a fantastic stay literally 5 minutes walk to beach and shops/restaurants. Staff were brilliant and friendly, I would definitely recommend to family and friends, thank you to all at Las Gondalas.

We went to Gran Canaria for a 2 week holiday on 16th December & ended up staying 14 weeks due to the Covid travel restrictions. We were more than comfortable in Las Gondolas - the apartment was spacious & clean & the staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing we asked for was any trouble at all & everyone from reception / the management to the maintenance guys & cleaners were super friendly. This place is in a great location - just 3 minutes walk to the beach & about a 15 minute walk to the Jumbo centre if that is your cup of tea. There is a decent sized heated outdoor pool but I loved the roof terrace - plenty of beds with parasols & overlooking the beach at the front side too. Overall a brilliant way to spend 14 weeks & would seriously consider going back if I can’t make my usual India winter break 😋

Just returned from a family holiday here and it was great. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they gave us a great ground apartment suitable for my family with two young children. The staff really made us feel welcome and helped me get an extra nights stay during the calima dust storm that shut the airport down. This gave us peace of mind to enjoy the end of the holiday. The location is unbelievable, a 2 min walk maximum to the bustling seafront and excellent beach and restaurants.

Just back (August 2024) Flying from Bournemouth using Thomas cook and Ryan air. Family of 5 Ages 11 to 54. Loved this holiday. Note the transfer Coach can only drop you at the top of quite a few steps about 400 yard away so not suitable for the less mobile. Apartments do need updating but are very clean as is the whole site including the Poole. Reception very helpful and the rooms have no aircon but do come with 2 large fans that kept us comfortable when temps were averaging 30. Small but well stocked supermarket just across the road with prices that were reasonable. The beach is a short walk away with lots going on. Tip prices on drinks and food inc gifts are higher the closer you are to the beach itself. Another tip if you just want to walk around without being constantly asked by restaurants to there their food take some lollipops to suck as some places give these out after a meal and we noticed we were left alone as many thought we had already eaten. Finally Cocktails vary in prices in a big way, if you pull slightly away from the noise you can save approximately 4 euros a cocktail or a couple of euros a pint. Loved the vibe and how safe and friendly the whole area is. We will be going back. Hope this helps.

Great location. Stayed in 2 bedroom sea view. Managed fine in February with no air con but wondered how high summer would compare. Pool towels provided. Hairdryer in bathroom but not the best. Pool a little on the chilly side despite being heated Maid service to make and change beds most days Kitchen would benefit from some wine glasses Both bedrooms are essentially twin beds. We asked for a double but it was both the beds pushed side by side each with single bedding on. Would stay again. Makes for a good base for day trips out. Parking isn't included but can be paid for as an extra.

We booked 7 days in The Los Gondolas Apartments. The reception area is cosy and fresh. The front desk service is very professional. We were given the keys to room 609. The room was very clean and very well kept throughout the week. If you wished to cook the odd meal throughout your holiday everything is there. There was no noise for the week and we slept great. The hotel is close to everything, beaches, restaurants, shops and bars, you will be spoilt for choice. There is an excellent supermarket across the road from the complex. There are electric fans in the bedrooms to cool you down after the heat. These apartments are great value, very clean, professional staff, very close to everything and very comfortable. Highly recommended, we will be back in October they are that good. Thank you Los Gondolas for a great holiday, yes will be back.

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are kept clean and well equipped. We stayed in a top floor 2 bedroom sea view apartment and the view was lovely. These apartments are centrally located and there is a supermarket over the road they also sell water at the reception and you can get beach/pool towels at the reception. The pool is lovely and they have a great roof terrace. Would recommend and will return.

Did the job, not too fancy and a little outdated. Some stains here and there, otherwise ok clean. Friendly staff. Near the beach and 10 minutes walk to jumbo centrum. Some noise from the street can occassionally be heard to the room in the night. Stayed at floor 6, which is a bad choice if it is very windy... the sunshades were moving with the wind making hard noise that could be heard during the night and kept us awake. The closets smelled strange and molded, could not have any clothes there. Heated pool was nice. Easy parking in front, ok price. Kitchen equipment ok.

Highly recommend to stay, the apartment was so clean and the most importantly things are the services. The staffs was really nice, helpful, attention to detail of what you need. From the Housekeeping until the receptionist, shout out to Lacho who helped us from checked in 'till we checked out. Every pennies were worthy.
