If you've read other positive reviews, you may find this repetitive but I was really pleased with our choice and felt compelled to contribute with a 5/5 tripadvisor review! Spotlessly clean, big rooms, I would describe decor as a little dated but everything works well which is more important. Lots of nice touches that add up to making this an...

Visited this hotel with my husband for our usual dose of winter sun (which, thankfully we got!). Hotel spotlessly clean, staff friendly and work very hard. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Beds very comfortable. The room has a fridge. You have to pay for your air conditioning.....with it being January/February we managed without it. Food was plentiful and hot, lots...

one extremely rude receptionist, but other receptionists were found to be more helpful. Had asked for air con but told not working and wouldn't be for a few days, I was unwell but she just didn't want to know and couldn't have cared less. We were then moved rooms after reporting her the following morning. Sorted then by a lovely...

Ok, this hotel is a German hotel. I have just arrived back after spending a week away with my daughter. One day there wasn't any sun beds left around the pool area so we decided to go onto the roof area where there were more sun beds. Once again they were all full so we found some chairs just near...

We booked this hotel on the strength of the tripadvisor reviews. Although the hotel boasts some good facilities our holiday was a disappointment. Plus points are, good location close to beaches, bus station & shops. Mostly friendly & helpful staff. Good choice of drinks with little excluded from the AI list. The pool was a good temperature but is really...

The hotel was great. Something went wrong and we were not happy but the hotel did everything they could to resolve the issue. They did so in a way that you saw that every employee cared about their guests. The time there was relaxing. There are many different activities possible and the hotel is close to a supermarket and to...

Average priced 3 star hotel, booked all inclusive through First Choice/Thomson. Reasonable sized rooms. Have to pay extra for room safe and air con. The rooftop sun area has a jacuzzi which also has a separate screened off nudist area. The spa/wellness centre deserves special mention with its dead sea pool which is relaxing. If you wish to use the...

My husband and I spent Christmas here on a last minute choice after booking our flights back in June,we had to book somewhere, so the Escorial it was. We normally stay in adult only hotels, this one isn't, but there were hardly any children there, and they were under control anyway. First reactions on the room, yes quite tired, which...

Spent beginning of Jan here, weather has been lovely 20's. Got to the hotel to a not so nice welcome, a rude grumpy man that didn't even give us direction of where our room was. Not very helpful. Hotel very basic .. restaurant can be hectic which is fine but you have to get your own cutlery and drinks as...
