Stayed for 2 weeks for new year. 2nd week off holiday had a flood in bungalow staff were useless, i managed to turn of water pipe burst under sink. Got offered a mop and bucket to clear up, and pointed out we need another bungalow as 3 inches of water in every room eventually they gave us keys for another bungalow but no help what so ever. Wife slipped on wet floor hurting her back but staff werent intrested and said take it up with booking (love holidays). Well between the hotel and booking site both have lied and not intrested in sorting out any refund. Very basic accommodation lots of building work to pool. Would not be recommending stay clear.

3rd time we have stayed in this complex, good value well equipped 1 bedroom bungalows. Each has a terrace front and rear, basic kitchen, living area and shower room. Reception staff friendly and helpful. New towels, bedding and cleaning every other day or so.

I have put many reviews up of different locations in Gran Canaria where I have stayed as i am a regular visitor and although i have stayed in some places that were ok I would always write on the positives on the property as to rent them they would be low cost. I got the Santa Fe at €420.00 for ten nights which i think is very good. It was basic, two single beds, bathroom is what you would expect. Walk-in shower as apposed to a shower in a bathtub. Small two ring hob, an under counter fridge which was very small. With a letterbox freezer. Coffee machine, but no kettle or toaster. The Positives: Great location, not that far from the Yumbo or the kasbah, but about 15 min walk to the beach, but its not that bad. Locked gated area so very safe. I didn't use the pool, but there are two large pools which do have a gate around them which looks unsightly however is great for smaller kids so that they can't just wander in. Unfortunately they are the only positives i can list. Negatives: On arriving, due to a mixup in bags we were delayed so didn't arrive to the bungalows until just after ten. There is a buzzer on the wall outside the complex to get in, however there was no one in the office. We were there for about ten minutes, constantly ringing the buzzer but only for the fact that another couple were going into the complex, this is how we got in. We could have been outside a lot longer. It was only when you got in the main gates they had a sign on the window to ring a number. You could not see this from the street. So once the person was contacted, he was there in 5 minutes. Quick check in and he brought us to the bungalow. 141....... There were only 2 of us on the holiday but i originally booked for three adults. The third member dropped out but the property was unaware if this. So when we got to the property, there were two beds in the bedroom, towels for two only in the bathroom and in the main living room the so called sofa bed, was just a metal bracket, It wasnt a sofa, it was a horrific looking piece of furniture, this was to do the third person, but no bed clothes. They advertise that it is suitable for three persons, this clearly was not. We were lucky it was just the two of us as there were no facilities to cater for a third person in this property and it was very very small. The bungalow was very small. It is the smallest property i have ever stayed in, in Gran Canaria. There was no where to store your bags. Limited shelving in the wardrobe, and only 6 hangers so you had no where to put your clothes. It was very warm so we needed to let the window open to allow for air circulation. There was a ceiling fan in both the bedroom and living space, but even though these were on it would seem they were operating in the wrong way. You didn't feel anything, so i assume it pulled the air up rather than push it down. There was a window in the kitchen which had bars over it but the spacing between the bars was big. but this window was in the yard of the bungalow next door. We had to keep this closed as the neighbours built a storage box around the window, so when you opened it, you saw watering cans, vegetable and a childs stroller. But it was a complete box around the window so there was no air. If it was my own property i would have demanded that this be removed. Outside in the terrace, you did have two sun loungers and a table with three chairs. However, the terrace is a sun trap as it was very hot, so unless you are a sun worshipper, we couldn't sit outside. There were canopies over the back door and the window for the bedroom however these had a bicycle lock around them and there was no pole to open them, i did ask at reception and was told that the owners don't want them being used. So the terrace unfortunately could not be used so we had to sit inside in the shade. Cleaners came every 2 - 3 days. the longest we went without a towel change was three days and our bedding was never changed for the whole stay. We were there when they arrived and they were in and out in less than 5 minutes, so i found the service very bad. The complex, is clearly a residential complex. When you walk around and look at them, the properties are same make etc but interiors are different as they are owned. Some appear to be lived in full time. So the review is mainly on the one i stayed in which was 141. Overall, it wasn't the best place i have ever stayed in, it served its purpose but would i go back again?....... very doubtful, But its all about experience at the end of the day

we stayed here for 1 week and found the santa fe bungalows a very good place as a base for our holiday, the bungalow was pleasantly set out with all of the equipment mneeded for a self catering holiday, it was spacious enough for the 2 of us. it was located centrally so you did not have\ far to go for restaurants bars etc. would recommend this place as an ideal base for holiday makers wanting to explore gran canaria

The hotel was quite. Which was fine for me. Hate crowded places with drinking companies. We had bungalow 147. Which were basic. But comfortable enough. The only problem were beds. They are just guest beds. Can't sleep at all. Swimming pool area is nice. Suitable for children. 10 minutes walk form the beach.

My second time at this complex. First time was ok with nice bungalow. This time my experience was not so good. On arrival the reception was closed despite me arriving at a time confirmed by the hotel. Eventually after 15 minutes waiting outside the receptionist arrived and I was checked in. The bungalow was ok but very basic but the main problem was a very strong smell of damp coming from the cupboard in the bedroom. I complained on the first day and asked for a air freshener- unfortunately they didn’t have anything and despite supposedly being reported on their computer system nothing was resolved. Second problem was mattress protector on the beds which made sleeping a very sweaty affair! This combined with the smell made sleeping difficult. I eventually bought my own room freshener as seen in the photo. Otherwise the accommodation was ok. (room 401)

We stayed here for the very 1st time in April 2019 and found it very pleasant. The bungalows were very basic but well maintained. 2 pools and a pool bar and the staff very friendly. Near to most of the centres(kasbah,Chaperel and about 10 mins away from the Yumbo centre less if you walk a bit faster. You can hear the traffic a bit if your put parallel to the main road but it didn't bother us. So we would go back here no problem
