Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. After reading the reviews it’s important to say it is not as bad as some people are making out (although we didn’t go all inclusive so can’t judge the food). If you’re looking for basic and cheap, close to the beach this is a great place. Good points: - easy check in, quick, helpful staff, they require a 50 pound deposit but they don’t actually take anything just your card details. - great location: the beach is a 5 minute walk, there are mini markets, shops with anything you need, bars, restaurants, anything you would need. Buses on your doorstep to The airport, aqua land, las palomas. - Hygeine; every part of the hotel is clean; corridors, pool areas, rooms , can’t be faulted ( the cleaners are really nice too!) - Facilities; there’s a shop in the hotel that sells just about anything, the restaurant and bar seem okay. The poolside bar does cheap hot dogs, chips etc. The 4 pools mean there are plenty of sun loungers, no rush to get there. Negatives: - Noise; as a young person, I wasn’t looking for a silent retreat , reading the reviews I wasn’t at all worried about the bar across the road, I thought it can’t be that bad , but brought ear plugs just in case. It is infact much worse than I thought, we were right at the front of the hotel and by day 10 I was at my wits end. You WILL NOT sleep until 2am. I understand this is not the hotels fault, but if they are advertising themselves as a family friendly hotel they aren’t lying, it is more like an 18-30s hotel if you’re on the front. - Noise (2); if it isn’t the bar keeping you awake it is residents blasting music through the rooms until the early hours , I think this is the responsibility of the hotel to keep under control but clearly they are unable to do so. - Noise (3); the hotel is undergoing maintenance which is very annoying, it isn’t really something they’re able to control however it is annoying and lead to us spending most of our time at the beach. Some stuff though like trimming the hedges round the pool, could probably be best kept until the late evening but just seems to go unconsidered by staff who are doing these things in the middle of the day. - I think the hotel could do with a few improvements to the room, basic things such as a microwave, a hairdryer may have come in handy, and I think free WiFi should also be a given in these places. - no aircon and having to pay for a fan is not ideal/ hard to stay cool in rooms where you can’t open the windows because of the sound of the irish bar. Travel tips: - make the effort to go to Lidl in San Fernando. It is 20 mins walk max and if you’re planning to do any of your own cooking while you’re here , it will save you a fortune, but also is dirt cheap for essentials such as bread, milk, suncream and even vodka at 4€ a litre, much cheaper than anywhere else we found locally. - don’t buy tickets from the people at the bottom of the road, they’re con artists and while their tickets and sales pitches sound very convincing, we luckily avoided them and realised the next day when we saw them fighting in the street that they were infact rough sleeping alcoholics! - save some money by getting the regular bus to and from the airport. Overall, a nice little place, plenty of room in the rooms, cleanliness is great and fantastic location for everything except noise which again I appreciate is not all the fault of the hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I could be guaranteed a room at the back of the hotel, but I presume there are much quieter locations a little further away that are worth the extra money.

Stayed at this hotel in april. It was ckean and rooms are equiped for self catering even if you are all inclusive. There are 3 big pools and a child pool. So you can always get a lounger. Food was average for all inclusive. Entertainment was on every night so you didnt have to go out. We wernt facing the irish bar over the road so never heard any noise but we did visit it a few times and enjoyed it. The hotel is situated so most things are in walking distance and if not the bus stop is. I would go back to this hotel. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. If its not good enough pay more money for a classier hotel!!!

There is an Irish pub opposite who play their music SO LOUD YOU HEAR EVERYTHING!!! Still on until 2am! Not ideal for small children and nothing happened when we complained to reception. Nothing can stop the LOUDNESS tried ear plugs and even sleeping in the front room to stop it.

Stayed with my aunt and 4 year old son for 7 nights all inclusive and really loved this hotel. The room's are basic and could do with being modernised as really great hotel. The food wasn't to my liking very much and I would consider going self catering next time but there was always something to eat even if it was pasta n chips every night. I would recommend they do a kid's buffet separate as my son hardly ate a thing. Had a great time at the pool each day and made some lovely friends. Have to mention the staff they're all very welcoming and hardworking and helped making our stay more enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed forever s fantastic family hotel.

Stayed here past few years because I don't mind basic apartment as you only sleep in it. Would have originally given it 3* as it was clean and suited me and my kids well. Was shocked this year to find out they required a 50euro deposit. This was implemented in Feb after someone broke a table I was told. Tui did not make me aware of this nor did they tell me, due to refurb I had to listen to a jackhammer behind my head at the pool from 9am til 5pm. Was extremely annoyed and would change my mind about staying here again
