The Relaxia Beverly Park Hotel comes highly recommended for its vibrant pool bar ambiance, complete with live singers and a dynamic dance floor. Guests have called out the hotel's exceptional cleanliness, from the rooms to the shared spaces. While the sea view rooms offer great value, some guests find the food quality could be improved. Friendly and efficient service adds to the appeal, as does the well-maintained pools and gardens. The hotel's prime location offers easy access to the beach, shopping, and entertainment, though a few guests mention the rooms could benefit from a decor update.

We had a great, carefree vacation in Beverly Park. The rooms on the higher floors have beautiful sea views; you can see the sun rise. Location is in a somewhat quieter area, you can walk to the entertainment if you want. The pools are not super, but if you like the beach you can walk there. Sunbeds with parasol can be rented for € 7.50 per day. The food is varied, plenty of fresh produce and also local dishes. If you are an early eater, it can be quite crowded and there are limited tables outside. Eat at Spanish times, then there is always room and more peace. Drink selection at all-in is fine, but the cocktails are way too sweet because of an automatic mixing device. Water can be tapped into a glass and for € 2,- you can buy 5 liters in the nearby supermarket. The staff are very friendly, hard working and do their best to give you a carefree holiday. There is also animation and live music. Cleaning is good. You can discover the whole island from the hotel. We have rented a car at the hotel, no hassle, not too expensive and on the last day of rental you can return the keys as late as you want at the hotel reception. There's always a place nearby. In summary: we had a wonderful week and also discovered the island of Gran Canaria.

Great value for money hotel. Spotlessly clean and the staff are excellent.
We skipped breakfast most mornings and headed to the pool bar for lunch and a couple of beers. The staff at the pool bar keep the tables tidy and you get served very quickly with hardly ever anyone waiting long to get served.
The cooks In the food stall next to the pools bar cook you hamburger’s or toasties and chips and everything is fresh.
There is a no smoking part next to the pool bar and everyone seemed to respect it.
Plenty of Sun beds available all day and they are comfy.
The beer and spirits are fine although the wine and cocktails are desperate.
Food is ok although it is a busy dining room.
It’s geared up for a more mature guest and not many kids in attendance during our 7 day visit.
We paid an extra €10 a night for a high up sea view room and it’s well worth it.
€5 in a taxi either direction to the main strip or a 20 minute walk via the back exit.
We intend going back in May for 14 nights and look forward to meeting you all again and hopefully get the same room 617? Cheers.

All in all, the hotel is showing its age, but the rooms are clean! The towels are changed every 2 days and the bed linen every 3 days! This worked for the first week, but then the intervals were handled more flexibly. In our room (263) there was a wonderful wardrobe (pictures attached). While one half was a normal depth, the left half was only about 20cm deep, so you had to fold it up very small to use the wardrobe! The restaurant organization was inadequate, as the so-called restaurant managers chase guests away from their tables. As tables for 2 people are not prepared, tables for 4 are used, but you get chased away even when you are seated. Depending on the shift in the restaurant, guests sometimes had to set the cutlery and napkins themselves. Two meal times would be a solution! Morning of 19.12. Cable fire on the toaster with open fire, told the waiter that there was a fire (Fuego), but he just watched, acrid smoke, very late reaction from all the staff until one of the chefs intervened with a powder extinguisher and was finally asked to evacuate! Emergency drills urgently needed! This could have ended differently! Furthermore, there are no designated non-smoking areas in the pool or outdoor terrace area in this hotel, so you get smoke everywhere! The hotel should at least set a dress code for dinner, as some guests came in sweaty training gear, shorts, flip flops, etc. A bit of etiquette would be appropriate. A ban on using the phone in the restaurant or the common rooms/pool would also be nice for holidaymakers, so that they are not bothered by people who set up their phone booth in the restaurant or by the pool. According to hotel regulations, sunbed reservations are not permitted, and unfortunately such reservations are not prevented in any way! When we checked out, we were greeted by a very matter-of-fact gentleman, neither thank you nor a nice trip home nor anything else... But don't worry, we won't be coming back!!

The facilities at the Beverly Park Hotel are very good, on arrival the room was spotless and maintained to this high standard throughout our stay by a delightful lady, she was always smiling and extremely pleasant. The room was comfortable and a good size.

The restaurant had a wide and varied selection with something for everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, the Pizza in my oppion was excellent. At the poolside snack area there was a good selection of snacks prepared by a really helpful and friendly lady. I found everyone at the hotel friendly and helpful. The gym at the hotel was good never overly busy, so happy days.

The hotel is in a good location close to the Tropical shopping centre, though the stairs/ramp up are quite long for those with mobility issues.

All in all we had a very enjoyable 2 week stay at the Beverly Park Hotel and would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 1 week. I start with the Alonso meter person of GREAT HUMAN VALUE, does not hesitate to clean tables, place cutlery or remove dishes as one more. All this while attending to any criticism/complaint or suggestion of guests without losing their composure. Always listen actively, trying to solve any incident as soon as possible and ensuring that guests enjoy their stay.
Receptionist Elisabeth should retrain with a customer service course, as she must know how to maintain shape and not gesticulate and grimace when a customer gives an incident. And to the person in charge of Reservations Francisco Javier, you must listen to the client and not make speculation about what the receptionist tells you.
Thank metre Martin for his affection, attention and knowing how to be. To Jacinto the cook who does the most km, Ruiman, Prisca,Edi and Jasesneida (buffet staff) his smile and concern that everything is okay for the customers. To the receptionist Tatjia for her empathy, resolution, professionalism, the attention received from 10.To the roommaid Ana, for how she leaves every day the room and the kindness and good treatment. To the animation staff Anggie and Tadeas for their affection, good work and dedication and to Gabriel for his good treatment and effort to improve in the realization of the activities.
I would recommend a small refrigerator in the rooms.

I liked the hotel a lot, the cleaning was very effective in our rooms and at the entrance you can smell a good smell, reception staff were very helpful and kind. I would like to note that the food could be improved by many different foods, but the same flavor due to the many spices. The entertainment team Christian / Nathan / Angel / Nicki, friendly and very engaging despite there being many elderly guests. To conclude, I had an excellent holiday.
Thank u so much

We had already been to this hotel in 2003 and 2004. The passage of time has, of course, deteriorated it. But on the 6th and 7th floors, at least the double rooms called superior, with sea views, have been renovated in the most essential (flooring, canapés and mattresses in the beds, tiled, sanitary and bathroom taps new...) This time we were in one of these and, although the furniture is still old, the cleanliness is excellent and the stay became very pleasant. Because, in addition, the common areas (dining room, lounge bar, gardens, swimming pools...) are perfectly maintained. There are 3 swimming pools, one of them heated, and two outdoor hot tubs.
Overall the hotel is very good. The buffet is plentiful and the food quite well prepared. We had everything included and neither in the dining room nor in the pool bar skimped on the drinks (white labels, of course), except for one small detail that they should correct, because it is a bit ugly: bottled water is not included (although you can bring a bottle and get fresh water in the machines, both in the dining room and in the bar). It may look stingy, but instead they allow you to take food out of the dining room (or at least turn a blind eye). There were many people who left with 4 or 5 bananas in their hands, without hiding, despite being theoretically forbidden. Overall the staff is very friendly and considerate.
To put a paste, the nightly animation is too focused on foreigners, although every night there is some show (singers, jugglers, burlesque...)
But, certainly, the highlight of the hotel is the location. Almost on the beachfront (leaving through the garden gate you cross a street and you are on Veril beach, great for bathing and sunbathing). If you want to walk, north you have the promenade to the balcony of San Agustin, passing Las Burras beach, and south the promenade that borders the beaches of Veril to Playa del Inglés. On foot you can also reach the Yumbo, the heart of nightlife, and the northern part of the dunes. And less than 100 m. from the hotel there are bus stops from which you can travel to Las Palmas, Maspalomas Lighthouse, Mogan... (often quite often). If you rent a vehicle, from the hotel you leave practically directly to the ring and the highway. In short, a strategic location.
Thus, in general and with the premises detailed above, it can be quite a recommended hotel despite having only 3 stars.

Went to this hotel in September. All inclusive and the hotel was well regarded for gluten-free meals (due to a strict gluten-free diet). It seemed promising when I could fill in a menu every day about what I wanted to eat and when. Ultimately, the staff did not understand the form itself and it was exciting every day whether it had been arranged. Dinner was often undercooked, the “normal” meals were also undercooked, so we ate in the center every day to be on the safe side.
Service was very variable, some employees are very curt, unfriendly and not all of them speak English. The location is not very convenient for people with mobility problems due to the many stairs everywhere and showering in the bath. All inclusive stops when you check out, not customer friendly if you have a late flight. Then you have to pay for everything, for example it will not be noticed that you have not eaten for a day. Had a nice holiday, but the hotel (+ rooms) deserves improvement. Rooms are in need of renovation.

We have been on vacation for two great weeks. The buffet was very good and varied, and of course taking into account my celiac disease, I had no problem when it came to eating. As soon as I arrived at reception, they gave me a sheet so I could choose the food I would like to eat, even having options on the buffet without the risk of cross contamination, what would be like everything that is made at the moment on the grill.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and bright.
The treatment of the staff is very friendly and super attentive.
The animation team is very good.
Without a doubt, if I return to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, I will stay at this hotel again.
Totally recommended

Hotel in a quiet area but very close to more tourist areas for those who wish. Furthermore, the bus stop to easily move around the island is 5 minutes away. The structure is very clean, the restaurant offers international but good quality cuisine with themed dinners every evening, grill and a lot of choice of both cooked and raw vegetables. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. It's a 3 star that almost feels like a 4 star. There are 3 swimming pools, outdoor bar and lounge bar. Very friendly staff and possibility to rent cars, scooters and bikes. A few steps away is the beach of Saint Augustin which is not comparable to the most famous beaches of Gran Canaria but still pleasant and from the walk that leads to Maspalpmas you can admire the famous dunes. Highly recommended.
