This is our place to stay whenever we visit GC which we often do. It is located right behind the seaside walks with lovely views of the sea opposite. It is a super clean, no frills hotel; has 3 pools and a jacuzzi. Sauna and massage facilities are also available on the site; so is a reasonably priced shop on the ground floor. For the seniors like us, there is enough room within the hotel to walk after dinner. There is also a large quiet hall with sofas on the ground floor for you to read and relax. Hotel is also family friendly. WiFi is free. Long serving reception, dining hall and bar staff are cheerful. At reception you will meet either Maria, Tatania, Eva, Antonio, or other friendly staff who will check you in for the stay. Our recent stay was from 10/6/22 to 23/6/22 and we took full board for the first time and enjoyed the variety of food and fresh fruit.

When we booked we couldn't find any recent reviews and there were negative things said about this hotel. I've spent a week all inclusive there and it was really good value. Not too many Brits there, mainly Spanish and Germans but don't let that put you off. It made a change not to be surrounded by 'Brits abroad'. Rooms - we had a nice room with modern bathroom, granted the room did over look the road but the noise didn't bother us too much. if you're worried, take earplugs. The view at the back isn't too great but we didn't spend much time in the room. The hotel decor could be a bit more modern in places, the lounge bar area, but I wouldn't let that spoil the holiday. Food - if you can't survive on the buffet or the freshly grilled food then there's no hope for you. Granted I love salad and there's plenty of that but there was always something to eat plus if the buffet food is lukewarm there is a microwave to heat it up. Staff- Maybe one or two were a bit slow in serving you and were a bit grumpy but I would have to say that probably 95% of the staff were very friendly and polite and gave good service. Occasionally there was a long queue to get drinks at dinner or at the lounge bar. Entertainment - yes the same guy plays his organ most nights and there's a bit of dancing but you don't have to stay in the hotel every night. Overall I would suggest this is aimed at the older (Spanish?) crowd as there were very few youngsters. Location is on the edge of the resort but almost right on the beach. Granted it is a little walk into the main resort but taxis are 5 euro. If you want to be more centrally located then by all means pay more money and go somewhere else but overall we had a really nice holiday in the sun and enjoyed good food. Bear in mind you are paying for a 3-star hotel not a 5-star hotel and it was great value for money.

We thought we would try this hotel for a 4 nite break. Got a very good deal with Love Holidays ( it was cheaper than Onthebeach on an all inclusive basis. When we arrived, I wasn't pleased to see that the view from our room was of the motorway..no sea, not pool, just motorway. Went straight to reception, doing my irate customer walk😉 ,and the receptionist told me that we had booked a standard double room which all have the same view. She was helpful and changed our room to a sea view, for 10 euros extra a night which we were happy to pay. The room itself was fine, bright and cheerful, with comfy beds but did ask for extra pillows as only had one each. The TV has about 4 English channels. I took my roku box with me ,connected it to the TV , and it worked fine using the free hotel wifi. Guessing the same would apply with an amazon firestick. Nice bath and shower, plenty of hot water. No complaints at all with the food. Plenty of choice and hot food was actually hot. Really good value for the price we paid. Very big dining room with a nice atmosphere. The swimming pool area has plenty of sunloungers and there's a pool bar and a snack bar., can recommend the cheeseburgers !You'll need your room keycard when u order anything. Masks still have to be worn in all public areas. If evening entertainment in a hotel is important to you, u might be disappointed. We were there 4 nights and there's a man playing a keyboard and some guests were dancing. We ordered a taxi at reception, for 4 euros you can go to the lively area of Playa del Ingles where there are lots of great bars, restaurants and shops. If u hire a car, the hotel has quite a few parking spaces. We got chatting to a couple of English people but I think most the guests were Spanish and German. There were very few kids ,but the hotel is definately more suitable for adults. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, special hello to Wilkin on the desk In the restaurant, always happy with a big smile. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in the same area since 2021 and personally, The Beverly Park was our favourite. Already planning the next visit. If u have any questions, please email me:)

It is a family-friendly hotel in Maspalomas near Playa de Ingles. I had a great view of the sea from the room. I got up every morning with the sunrise in front of me. The meals were very rich and especially diverse. They were not repetitive, which is very important. Every night at the bar there was a pleasant atmosphere with live music. Heated pool and hot tubs and we were able to enjoy them. I also really like the Samsara Spa, I did a massage for cellulite and a manicure for Christmas Eve. They have very good services, if you stay at the hotel, do not miss a visit to Samsara. Very close to the beach, shops in the area. Very knowledgeable receptionists, speak very good English. Spacious and clean rooms, very good cleaning services. It is a hotel that I recommend, from where you will leave satisfied. The perfect vacation starts here

To many rules not allowed to take water or food to your room from outside hotel have to put money on room card , they won’t take cash, Beds very uncomfortable old type sping mattresses with springs almost coming through, food not bad could be better. Stick to salads then you know what your eating.

Good clean hotel and the staff were friendly. All rooms are standerd. Superior rooms only mean they are on the last top 2 floors with sea views.I dont think they are worth the extra money you are better off going all inclusive and having a lower floor. Sea view and pool view rooms have the sun. The rooms at the front of the hotel dont. The Beer is €2.75 in the bar for a small gass not even a half a pint. They have vending machines on floors 1 to 7 wich sell cans and small bottles of water. They use a card system were you put money on it at reception first. Then you swipe your room key when you enter the dinning room and buy any thing at the bar and snack bar. There is no smoking on your room or balcony. Dont think i would like to be there in the school holidays.

One can be very anonymous in this hotel where I had half board. Reception staff were very official but the cleaning and dining room staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food delicious and plenty of it. Pool area very good. My room was cleaned and made up every day. Yes, they have a strict “use only drinks bought in the hotel”: this is a bit harsh but understandable. Will I return for a second visit? Probably. There are good taxi services into the buzz of Playa del Inglés but 20 minutes walks you to the centre.

This is a 3 star hotel but we would have expected a better standard. Whilst our room was clean and comfortable, it lacked basic amenities such as shower gel, tissues and tea-making facilities. We had to ask for a sink plug! The staff were morose and unwelcoming. We had to pay for internet and pool towels. The food was dreadful - worse than school dinners! The meat was mostly inedible and menus were highly unimaginative. Dishes were only labelled in Spanish until I requested a translation which to be fair was rectified quite quickly. Food was often cold and the buffet was not kept topped up when empty. Entertainment was rather boring and there was no atmosphere in the bar area. Guests were mostly Spanish and German. Drinks and water were expensive, One pool was supposed to be heated but was actually quite chilly and the chemicals in the water played havoc with my skin. The whole place needs a complete overhaul and staff need to learn people skills. The hotel is close to a busy dual carriageway and we overlooked the car park. Sea view rooms were available at a premium

I have never had such poor service anywhere like Beverly Park. The staff are rude, I waited 90 minutes to check in constantly getting shoved to the back because of groups. The room was like a 1980’s time machine... So much for a double bed... 2 singles pushed together. The lack of items in the room is shocking, there is nothing not even a reception contact number. I would never stay here again and advise anyone else to stay well away!

Thank you for your opinion. We sincerely regret the waiting time at reception. It is an exceptional situation due to the calm and the unexpected high occupancy. As for the beds, there are rooms with double beds and double beds and if requested and there is availability, there is no problem in changing it. As for the room, it has everything necessary to ensure the proper rest of our guests. Even so, we take into account all your comments and assume them as opportunities for improvement. Again, thank you very much for your comment.
