The hotel is clean. 3 swimming pools.alot of the food is cold. And there are so many rules.. and the strange thing is all inclusive you get a wrist band. But you still have to show your room card to get a drink which is swiped and you are beside people who are half board who have to have there room card swiped and a recept printout for them to sign suit can be a wait for a drink.even the pool snack bar you have to go to the pool bar to get a recept for the food. Also the entertainment is not very good at all. .playa del ingles is a 25 min walk the yumba centre is where all the bars entertainment is. And souix city western show is brill about 20 euros per adult and 5 euro taxi ride 10mins away.so to some it up the hotel is set in its ways it could be so much better. No water to be taken to your room. No hanging cloths out to dry. If you get a bed sheet dirty ie makeup 2euros. Duvet 5 euros. Smoking on balcony 250 euro fine.no using hotel towels round the pool.. also they stagferlunch and evening meal times. 1 pm to 1.30. 1.30 pm. To 2pm .2 pm to 2.30. You have to be in on your 30 min time slot each meal. But it not working if you are on the 1pm to 1.30time slot they are queuing at the dining room door. If you go ten mins later theres alot of empty food trays which take ages to replenish . It's a good base for the main resort. But I would not do all inclusive here again. Eating out most evening. The temperature is good 30 c every day and does not go dark tell around 6.30 pm

A very dated, average hotel quite far out from anything. The food was pretty basic, staff border line rude, the pools were nice and the rooms were clean. My suggestion to anyone, pay more and get more. Will I be back, no thanks.

Dear guest, thank you very much for sharing your experience in our hotel with users. First of all, thank you very much for positively valuing our pools and cleaning. However, we are more concerned about the aspects that he does not value so positively, so we take good account of them. Let us clarify that, we are in constant process of renovation of all our facilities: new doors in corridors, renovation of the lights, change of the lining of the corridors, renovation of the floor by placing floating flooring, new screens of 32 inches in the rooms ... As for the staff, every day we strive to give the customer the exquisite treatment he deserves, so we transfer your opinion to the corresponding department. Again, thank you very much.

Just home from a week at Beverly Park Hotel. Sorry to say but we are less likely to come back. We ordered a superior room, but the room we got was not superior. It was a normal room. I think the only difference is that there was a double bed instead of two single beds together. The beds was also like laying on a concrete floor. :( The room itself was screaming for maintenance. Also we actually had cockroaches in our room. :( The hotel also has a lot of rules, not allowed to do this, not allowed to do that. To use the hotel bar or to get drinks for dinner you MUST have money on your keycard. Else you will get nothing. The price also for two SMALL pepsis for dinner was 5euro. crazy! Also again, cockroaches in the diningarea as well. The next time to Gran Canaria will not be on Beverly Park hotel.

So glad we didn't bother listening to negative reviews. Our rooms were superb. The hotel spotlessly clean. The food (even for a vegan like me) was delicious and plenty of choice. Most of all I rate the staff. Every single one from the cleaners, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff, hairdressers to reception staff were unlimitlessly kind, friendly and helpful. This was my first holiday in 10 years and I will be saving my NHS nurse pennies again to go back. Muchas Gracias Hotel Beverly Park.

We booked here before seeing a flood of negative reviews so were a little apprehensive upon arrival, but it has been a lovely holiday with only a couple of negative aspects. We had made 3 separate bookings and had contacted the hotel in advance by email asking if we could be put on the same floor. The response was a little vague but upon arrival we discovered all 3 rooms were adjacent which was great for the kids and us. Our rooms varied quite a bit in quality, the door to my mum’s balcony was faulty (but was fixed within 3 hours of being reported to reception), the laminate flooring is missing edging pieces so has movement creating holes in the floor, and the bath and bathroom floor in my room were extremely slippery causing both myself and my son to fall the first morning (but again, a good working solution was promptly found by reception and housekeeping). The rooms though are very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbours. We were booked in as all inclusive, but due to our flight being delayed there was no food available upon check in. The reception team directed us to a local shop or restaurant, after all it wasn’t their fault we were delayed. We have been able to bring drinks up to our rooms from the bar, including bottled water, and as included in the all inclusive, I am unsure why people have reported an issue with having bottled water in their room. The food in the restaurant and pool bar have kept all 5 of us happy despite differing tastes. The maître d'hôtel who was there most days was (to a Brit) very abrupt upon arrival, but she was also friendly, organised and efficient dealing with hundreds of tourists speaking various languages and on a variety of meal packages. The lady who was behind the restaurant bar most days was very tolerant of me practicing Spanish and despite being busy, helped me learn rather than just speak English over me. Reception were very helpful, although I did manage to accidentally order a packed lunch rather than get a bag for my laundry to be done which was embarrassing for me. We used the safe-room as well which was dated but worked. The many pools kept the kids amused. They weren’t busy and there seemed to be enough sunbeds to go around without battling over them. The kids got their faces painted for Halloween which was fantastic. The rules about wet clothing at the pool bar appeared to be enforced inconsistently. I watched a brother and sister both dripping wet turn up at the pool bar. The sister was spoken to sternly and almost pushed out of the bar area, while the brother was allowed to enter. But as the pool bar doesn’t get sunlight to dry the tiled floor I imagine it could stay slippery for a while. Housekeeping were very friendly and helpful, especially with the bath situation. They left the balcony doors open each day when they left, which is unlikely to ever cause a problem due to the layout of the balcony but would make me feel nervous about being out all day on a trip. Speaking of which, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel where you can get the service bus to aqualand amongst other places. The hotel is in beautiful surroundings, has the most incredibly friendly staff I have ever known in a Spanish hotel, has good facilities, good food and drink and many many choices for just relaxing. Yes, the hotel bedrooms and bar areas are somewhat dated however walking passed many hotels this week, they appear less dated than most others. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will be keen to return another year.
