Located right on the beach, clean, well-maintained apartment complex. Towel change 3 times a week (but enough towels!). New swimming towels every 5 days. Good cleaning. Very nice swimming pool. No bar, but drinks/snack machines. Large bottles of water available at reception as well as coffee cups. Bread can also be ordered. Don't bring your own coffee cups, they really don't fit. It's not Nespresso, it's not Dolce Gusto. A strange Lavazzo model. Kettle available, large refrigerator and very spacious freezer compartment. Downstairs by the swimming pool there are 2 large shower rooms (useful if you leave late in the day and you cannot extend the room. A washing machine for €2 and a dryer for €3 (coin) are also available. The beach is accessible via a long staircase. beach is lovely (sand) no pebbles. Guests at Terrazamar are mainly Dutch and a few French.

The description of the apartment is correct, but the cleaning is super bad. Upon arrival we found clumps of hair (of others that is) in bed, the bedroom, bathroom, living room. The sink still contained food residue. The terrace and clotheslines were dirty. The cleaning during our stay consisted of making beds, changing sheets and emptying trash cans, nothing more. There were no fitted sheets for the duvets available. The only ones who did a good job were the one who cleaned the pool and did the maintenance and the receptionist, although the reception was often not manned. Terrazamar never again.

During the day fine accommodation with nice pool, enough beds and nice sea views (but not if you are on the ground floor). In the evening a lot of live music from hotel right next door; every night from 21:30 to 23:30/0:00 very high volume and that is not nice if you are sitting here with children. Other reviews are far too positive in that respect but maybe the live music is not all year.

I had slightly higher expectations for a TUI Time to Smile location. The kitchen is really made so that cooking at home is impossible. The TUI text "get started in the luxurious and well-equipped kitchen" really makes no sense. Cleaning is reasonable but with a mop sweeping the dirt from left to right does not make much sense.

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. That's really nice and I didn't read it at TUI beforehand. Reception has water and coffee and those are pluses. There are a washing machine and dryer to use for a fee, but I wouldn't put your best clothes in. Several guests heard about black spots in clothing.

Balconies on 1st and 2nd floor all have sea view, are large with lounge sofa, table, 4 chairs and rocking chair. Watch the sunrise or watch all the tourists passing by on the promenade with a drink in the evening.

We were promised a quiet place. Terazamar also advertises to be a quiet 'tranquility' place, but that is anything but true. We were in room 16 and had been bothered all week by a loud resonating bass from a disco about 100 meters away. It wasn't so much that you heard music, you heard a resonant bass that kept us awake. TUI pretended that this was a one-off, but that is not true. Every day we suffered from a vibrating bass from house music. So bad that I heard and felt it through my earplugs. Very annoying, especially because we had specifically requested a quiet place. Therefore, this place is not recommended if you want a good night's sleep.

Arrived home this morning from
Two weeks staying self catering. We travelled as a family of 12 and are very different in taste and opinions However this place catered for all! The kids club Alma and Gerry from the bar work there bums off to endure your holiday is enjoyable and kids are well looked after! alma is Gran canaria s very own Beyoncé, she's amazing with the children and entertains throughout the day we had an amazing time food, drink and bingo excellent value for money. The only thing I would suggest is the cleanliness of hotel grooms and pool area need a bit of tlc and towels should be given daily! We will all be back here

Just back from two weeks in this apartment , what a great stay.
Can't believe it's only rated as a two star accommodation.
This has everything you could wish for.
Ok let's start by saying the Arke (Travel agent) rep was great and very helpful.
The staff that work there are also very helpful and professional .
These apartments are situated almost directly on the sea front, right next to the walking boulevard.
Nice but not large swimming pool swimming until 20.00 in the summer, and no music and animation team here , fantastic.
I don't personally do not like to sit around a pool with disco music.
The apartments are very large with with all the things you could want for.
The bathroom is also large with a two man walk in shower, with a double shower head.
The WIFI is the best I've ever had both in the room and by the pool, also one of the largest balcony I've also seen in an apartment .
The only problem I could find is that there is no direct parking outside the apartment if you rent a car.
We had to park quite a distance away from the hotel, around the hotel there are parking place pay and free, but are alway taken up.
And if you do rent a car don't park it outside the hotel on the yellow lines as you will receive a fine and two cars when we were there got one and I took a look and it was €200, you have been warned.
Happy holiday try it out, if you do t like you can message me through TA.
Also would like to know your thoughts about it from you also

Had an 8-day stay at Terrazamar with my family this June. Had an absolutely lovely stay! Terrazamar is owned by Tui and you will find a lot of Dutch people here. The rooms are very comfortable. We had a two bedroom one and had plenty of space, including two bathrooms! The balconies offer a nice view of the sea as well. A small descend down a 78 steps stairs brings you to the main beach of Playa del Ingles. Really had time here to relax and would definitely recommend everyone staying at Terrazamar!

Stayed here 11 years ago, and is still just as good now. Great location, only few minutes walk to the shopping centre, were all the shops, bars and resturants are. Very large balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers. Pool is lovely, and no matter what time you go up, you can always get a sunlounger. Would recommend taking a tin opener and a sharp knife. Other than that, it's great.

Zelf ben ik rolstoelgebruiker, kan ik vanuit het appartement de boulevard bereiken, evt met een lift?
