Stayed in May the weather was amazing. went to Adora with a 6 month old and a 6 year old. Anyone who complains about this hotel is too picky. Hotel. Lovely room plenty of space for the 4 of us. We were given a cot for the babe, the room had a tent and toys for the kids. spacious bathroom. Facilities were fantastic there's 3 pools, the kiddies pool the water comes up to your knees. There's a splash park and two other pools. One is colder than the other, but good to cool off. The kids club runs at 11 and 3 but you can turn up late if you want to. My daughter went every day twice a day, not to get rid of her, but she loved it, the team are brilliant and knew all our names by the end of day 2. The security of the club is a yellow vest for kids who can not leave, of a green vest if you are happy for you child to leave the club whenever. The hotel has 6 foot fences all around and has one way in and one way out. We allowed our 6 year old to have green and felt very safe. There's activities on the stage for kids and adults. They have also really thought about disabled access and prams. Evening. The evening entertainment is outside - I honestly didn't expect this and I got abit cold, as I only took dresses but my mistake not the hotels and I was only cold because I had sat in the sun all day. The entertainment team is small but they do not let you down and they work hard. Every evening at 830 there's a kiddies disco. This was great to start with but my daughter couldn't keep it up every night. Theres an arcade at the back of the entertainment, if you have kids be prepared to speed some euros. Food There is one restaurant and one snack bar. the restaurant you can enter with shorts on. My other half saw that trousers had to be worn somewhere on booking, but you don't. breakfast was amazing. In May it wasnt busy and there was very few people putting out towels to reserve beds - whether it was because it was a family hotel, but we could sit anywhere we wanted. I would image that security would remove these anyway. In busier months there are still ample deck chairs. I would 100% visit the hotel again. Its perfect if you have children.

Amazing hotel for families! Straight forward check in room in short walking distance. Although kids beds were pull outs room was still spacious for 4 people. Hotel itself and grounds well kept and always clean. Lifeguards around pool very observant and always on duty. Entertainment team were amazing did all activities/shows themselves, all children and family activities and evening shows very funny and entertaining, special shout out to ‘Bobby’ and ‘Jelly’ who always made the effort with the hotel guests and very entertaining. All round fab holiday and recommended to families!

What a fantastic week. Stayed as a family of 4 (kids age 2 and 4). Was nervous as was our first family abroad, however this hotel didn’t disappoint. From the moment we checked in,everything went smoothly. All the staff were lovely and made the effort to always say hello. The pools were fantastic and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, just a bit of hassle carrying up the pram/stroller up the stairs but soon got used to it! Food was lovely, did get a bit repetitive, however was ideal for the kids. Did prefer the pool bar for lunch as kids could just get burgers/hot dogs. Hotel allowed us to keep our room until 6pm on the last day which was great as our bus wasn’t leaving until 6.45pm(had to request this the day we were leaving). The local area is quiet but there is some great wee places down at the bottom of the hill should you wish to venture to out. We hired a stroller from the hotel for our eldest and used nap time as an opportunity to look around the area. The animation team were great with the kids, only used the kids club a couple of times as boys wanted to be with us, however the team were brilliant. The team done so well to speak in Spanish, English and German. The evening entertainment could maybe do with some improvement. There are some shops in the hotel which were handy as well for some toys/bottled water etc. The pool with the mushroom was ideal for younger kids but you did have to be down at the pool earlier to guarantee a space. Overall, a brilliant week and will defo come back!

Just finished our week holiday at Interclub and what a great week it has been. Family of 4, kids aged 5 & 7 and we are already discussing coming back. Before coming we read the bad reviews and were abit nervous but how wrong were we to be. We arrived and stayed in the Blue section on the middle floor. A one bed apartment, parents in the bedroom and kids in lounge on two singles. (The main bedroom are singles too and do sometimes slide apart, might bring something to stop that next time, it’s just that the head of the bed has wheels under it.) But apart from that the room was brilliant, nice shower, storage room for suitcases and clothes and a fridge. Both the bedroom and lounge have a large tv in and a nice balcony. Upon arrival the surrounding area doesn’t look great but once inside the hotel it’s perfect. We only left once to go into Playa de ingles on the Monday night (when there’s no entertainment) The food is good to great for an all inclusive buffet. Yes it can get a bit samey but there was a Mexican and Chinese night during the week to break it up. Breakfast was our favourite. Lunch the kids and I ate at the pool bar every day as they just wanted burgers and chips etc which again was good for a buffet. My wife enjoyed a quieter lunch with lots of options. If you like fish and pork you’ll love it. The pools are great, we sat around the mushroom pool mainly but went in all 3 pools the kids loved the slides. (The adults too!) Sunbeds are fine to get one the main area that gets reserved is around the mushroom pool which is understandable as there’s lots of younger kids and their parents want to be able to see them in that pool. The best time to get down there is between 8-830 to reserve a bed then off for breakfast. We spent every day in and around the pool. The kids never went to the kids club so we can’t comment on that but what we saw of it it looked ok. The animation team and entertainment was average. Obviously catering to different nationalities which wasn’t a problem but there was a lot of waiting around. The 830 kids minidisco was fine we didn’t mind the time like some as after swimming we enjoyed a hour out of the sun before dinner so by the time we ate it was about 815. But when it finished there was a 30 minute wait until the adults entertainment and it was a bit dull in that time. The location up the top was spot on, a nice cool breeze to end the day rather than it being hot again. It was never cold enough that we needed to wear a jumper etc. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. Overall we loved our week away and only have two slight complaints. There’s no umbrellas around the pool or shade. There’s a few decorational wooden umbrellas that have holes in and don’t offer much protection and the second is the toaster is terrible. It takes 4 cycles just to get your bread toasted. But that aside it was great.

We stayed the end of April into may and it was lovely definitely a 4* rooms were huge and modern! Check in was smooth and quick however the man at reception didn’t send us the correct way to our room. I had to wheel 4 suitcases down 3 sets of stairs only to go up a separate 2 flights of stairs.this was unnecessary as we didn’t need to go up or down any flights of stairs if he had sent us the correct way! We had an accessible family room in block 2. After reading a few “bad” reviews I didn’t know what to expect! But we stayed for 2 weeks and had the best time so will definitely be returning. I guess some people just love to complain about little things or aren’t to their liking! Entertainment was crap not gonna lie. Some nights were okay and the animation team do try really hard and were all lovely people however entertainment would be better if a few nights out of the week they bring people into the hotel to put on a show or something! Pool area was a little strict no reserving sun beds! However myself and others did and nothing was done. No floats in the two big pools which is a crazy rule! Only allowed floats in the children’s pool which is shallow. The children’s pool was great my girls are 4 years old and it was a perfect height for them to access in and out on their own. The children’s club was on for just over and hour in the Morning and afternoon which was nice and we had to sign them in about out which fills me some confident. The drinks were okay sangria was lovely! Definitely going to miss that! The cocktails are from a machine however they do put fruit and put them in nice glasses so they do look good and make an effort! the food was lovely and not repetitive at all! breakfast was a little samey however we was there for 2 weeks and realistically what more could they have added for breakfast?! If you want toast then … don’t … the toast machines were absolutely rubbish you had to put the bread in the machine on average 13 times just to get a little colour. I’m not joking. My mum stayed during the same time and was in block 4 the lift stopped working a few times but she just used the stairs. Her room was lovely and she also would stay again. On her last day she left a charger in the room and we asked 3 times for it and they said they couldn’t find it, however it was the only thing left in the room and she asked when she check out and they could fine anything which was annoying, however it was only a charger. Overall we had a lovely time and will definitely be returning! do not listen to the bad reviews and make your own mind up when you get there and enjoy!

I was really dreading staying here after reading the recent reviews, but I was so wrong. The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were polite, helpful and yes there is a language barrier with some members of staff, but they are Spanish and they tried so hard to communicate with us. The food is lovely, yes it isn't as warm as I'd like, but it's a buffet and expected. The choice is extremely varied and there was something for everyone. We were going to pay for the extra drinks package but the drinks already included are enough. There is food and drinks alllll day at the bar. It's lovely. The entertainment was fab and the staff were brilliant with the kids. I didn't realise the mini club was on until the last few days but the kids loved it! The pools are lovely, cold yes, but your in 30 degree heat, once your in its fine! Straight down the slide and your ready for the day. Honestly, the hotel was clean, room was brilliant, air conditioning in the rooms, enough space, it's quiet and me, the husband and the two kids (8 & 5) had the best time. Would highly recommend and we will be back!!!

Stayed here as a couple in May 22 and from check in to checkout everything was perfect. Staff always friendly and helpful, cleaners work tirelessly and the whole place is spotless! Grounds are beautiful with lots of space and no shortage of sun beds! Took the option of upgrading to the adult pool which was a lovely quiet area, nice pool, own little self service bar with beer and soft drinks. Meal times were great with a wide variety of fresh salads, various meat and fish options with pasta and pizza always available. Never had any issues with the temperature of the food and ate different tasty food every day. Self service drinks in the lobby bar and pool bar, Amstel on tap with nice wine too. Weather was perfect all week, beach approx ten minute walk down the hill or the 152 stairs! All in all a wonderful holiday, we will be back. Thank you Interclub

Lovely area, very tidy, spacefull and full of joy. Playgrounds for kids. Huge swimming pools and one small for toddlers. Lots of sun beds that could be in better shape but alright overall. Tennis field, outdoor gym, pool bar. Outdoor area is amazing. Rooms are ok. WiFi work good in all area even outside the buldings. Only bad thing was alcohol which was very week. Propably thined with water. Food most of the time the same and it did not hit my taste buds. Was ok to keep full belly but could be better.

Booked this hotel as it looked good on the Jet2 website and had all the family facilities available. We went all inclusive as it was reasonably priced, the only downside was the late flights. We arrived at the hotel at about 10;30pm and was given room 5177. As it was nighttime we just went to our room asap, on the way we met a family annoyed as the lift wasn’t working and was on the 4th floor. We got to our room and went to sleep. At 6am I started to hear noise and it carried on until 7:30am and that’s when I got fed up and went onto the balcony. As I stepped out I was shocked as there were 20+ staff outside all talking and making noise. I realised that as we were on the first floor that below us was the staff rooms and directly opposite the kitchen entrance. There was a continuous back and forward of staff making noise. The view opposite was the side of block 4 and to the side was the car park where the bins were stored. By 10am I’d had enough and went to reception to ask to move rooms but was told they were full and they would see what they could do. I said that’s not good enough and then they changed their tune to say they will find me one but it will be later on and they would text or ring me. I went back at 12pm and was told they hadn’t managed to sort it, they would text me. I went back at 3pm as I was getting fed up as I couldn’t unpack or get comfortable until this was sorted out. At 4pm I’d had enough and went to reception and the lady said we have called you on your Mobil twice, I said to her I’d had no missed calls. She said I’ve found you a family room in the same block but higher up!!!! And it will cost €94. I said why would I want that and pay you money on top!!! Unbelievable so I said that’s not acceptable. She then says she had a room in block 2 near the pool, I was annoyed as she should have offered that in the first place. I reluctantly accepted and they added the cost to my room. What happened next was even worse, I went back to my room to collect my suitcases and I couldn’t get into the room, I went back to reception and told them. They recoded the key and I went back got my possessions and made my way to block 2. I got to the new room and my key card wouldn’t work so I had to lug all my suitcases back to reception to get the key recoded. This took an hour, I was pouring with sweat and exhausted. All I got was a weak apology and no offer of help with my baggage. On the hotel itself I can say it’s a 2star maybe a 3 at best. Food was cold all the time, virtually the same menu all week with no specials or theme nights. Entertainment was poor and finished at 10:15pm. Ridiculous to try and get a sunbed as there all gone by 8:30am. Wasn’t told it was a non smoking hotel and a €200 fine if caught. Overall it was poor and needs to improve their service, entertainment budget and maintenance as the hotel is run down in areas. The last thing was the last day, I asked if we could keep the room till 4pm as our coach was leaving at 8pm and was repeatedly told through the week that you have to request it on the day you leave. So the night before I went to reception and asked what time I should do it and was told after breakfast at 10:30am. I was told at the start of the week that it shouldn’t be a problem. So on the day I went to reception at 10:30am and was told there was no chance as they were full. So our last day was spoilt just like our first day. So we had to vacate our room by 12pm and hang around the hotel for 8 hours without a room. As we were waiting we got talking to another couple who said they were told to ask at reception at 8:30am to extend and they got it. I felt I was told this to ensure I didn’t get one as the Reception staff were rubbish and didn’t know how to deal with problems. I was glad to leave and will never return to this hotel group again. Oh and they did charge me the €94 for the privilege of the crap service.

Great for families. Mum , dad and 2 boys 6 and 3 . This is a great hotel for families. The room was cleaned every day and can’t fault it . Food was really nice , lots to choose from and if there is nothing there for you then you are just strange . Snack bar at the pool bar was good , great just to nip off and get a snack . Drinks were ok but it would be nice to have a beer in a pint glass instead of a half . I resorted to getting some from down the road at the spa for round the pool . The hotel and grounds are spotless and the kids pool was great for our boys , the middle pool was good and the slide pool was good aswell . They are not as cold as people say . Hotel entertainment was good , kids disco every night which the kids loved and some ok entertainment after . Having only one way in and out the hotel you can relax more knowing your kids are safe . Tip : get the free bus from the hotel to the beaches at maspalomas and back . It is up the hill out the way but it’s nothing a long walk or taxi for 8 euros won’t solve . If you are after a good weeks family holiday at a good price and know the kids would lol be happy , this is the place .
