Myself and my partner were here for 7 days which we felt was enough, lovely hotel and rooms, however the food was a bit meh, I’m not a fussy eater but didn’t eat much and stuck with the same option most nights although the food was repetitive! Breakfast was properly the worst however lunch at the pool bar was great and dinner was amazing most nights! The bacon at breakfast was burnt at one side and looked raw at the other(I’m funny about meat not being cooked properly) The cleaners were brilliant in the hotel at the start of our stay making our rooms look spotless however as our stay went on the rooms went down hill in cleanliness regarding the shower and there was no bin in room ,we only had the bathroom bin which we thought was rather strange and most days we left rubbish on table for the cleaners to bin. Pool was lovely, same as all hotels, the race for the sunbeds where everyone queued at 10 so if you weren’t up in time for this you probably won’t get a sunbed! We also arrived late at night around half 11 took a while to get checked in, and we had to be shown where our room was as it was dark and not very well lite but fortunately the security guard guided us which we thought was kind! Although no water in room and obviously coming straight from airport we didn’t have this and didn’t have a clue where anywhere was on island! My partner did however ask the women in reception if we could get water and she suggested going to a local bar and asking for some but he struggled to find anywhere that was open and had to wait until the next day to get water. We were also quite hungry but no option for food either. Overall probably wouldn’t go back but the room was outstanding with the view we had over the sea, there was no noise at night was a nice relaxing holiday overall.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2 adults, 1 child 13 years old. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Quick check in with friendly front of house staff. We were upgraded to a sea view room which I'm pleased about as most rooms are situated near greenery and garden areas which my husband wouldn't have liked. He's always the one to get nasty bites. 🙄 The food is that of a typical buffet style. There's something for everyone but do not expect it to be piping hot. The honey for breakfast was devious I might add. Fabulous location for the beach only couple of minutes walk. They did put a bottle of wine in the room for my husband birthday which was a lovely gesture. We paid for late check which allowed us to leave at 6pm and included lunch for around 60 euros. It was definitely worth it as normal check out is at 12 and that's when your all inclusive finishes. We was able to have breakfast, go to the beach and return for a late lunch and shower before are transfer. However i would not go all inclusive at this hotel again. The pool is tiny in comparison with the amount of guests. There was no way to get a sunbed and therefore we spent everyday at the beach therefore unable to make use of all inclusive. Cost of 3 beds and umbrella at beach was 18 euros for the day and there is a lovely bar right with fabulous staff and menu. Due to knowing we was not going to be in hotel for lunch we would take a banana and a muffin at breakfast for a snack. Do not attempt there will be staff with baskets confiscating it. There was 1 occasion when my daughter couldn’t come for breakfast as she wasn't feeling well so we took her a muffin and chocolate milk back to her room but it was removed. I tried explaining to the lady my daughter cannot come down she basically told me to wait and go to pool bar. We just waited for her to feel better and left the hotel and didnt return till dinner time. There is some restrictions in terms of choosing a meal time and we found this very restricted to the point where I had to set an alarm to get up. Hired the bali beds for 1 day to attempt to make use of the all inclusive during the day but it wasn't worth it. The island is windy for velcro fixings. We spent the entire day fixing the drapes and gave up in the end and went to the beach. There is plenty of shops on the strip but didn't see any restaurants that were calling me in but we only went in one direction. All in all I would return to the hotel but only on half board with a sea view.

Overall we have enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially the animation team, have been excellent. The food has been great with plenty of variety and cooked to a good standard. Drinks are mainly branded with good measures although none of us were keen on the cocktail machine. The rooms are large, modern and very clean with great showering and lovely balcony. Now here’s the two areas of improvement that my family and I would need to be improved before a return visit. The air conditioning in the Appartment - we just couldn’t get it below 23.5 degrees. This maybe ok for some, but coming from Blighty it was just too hot for us and effected our sleeping. We did change rooms but it was still 23 degrees when ideally it should be 21. The other improvement required is the 10 am sun-bed scrumdown -it’s not for the slow and feint hearted, you need to be prepared for confrontation or you will lose out - as we found out after half an hour of queuing only to be beaten by two young children going under the ropes with 0.45 second start on us followed by a great towel throw by one young man onto the bed in front of me. His mum then congratulated him and rolled out the towels and left, leaving the 3 of us to share a bed! This could be easily rectified with some sensible queuing and staff allocation of beds.

We are currently staying in resort as a family of 5 and have raised our concerns with safety with reception about the 10am free for all scrum for sunbeds , my concerns were met with shrugged shoulders!! This morning, after queuing for 30 mins in an orderly fashion with my 8 year old son I was physically pushed in the dash to the sunbeds , my new glasses fell off my head on the floor to be trodden on during the stampede..... Is this acceptable? No !!! I tried to explain to reception that the Management Team needed to find a better way to control this , perhaps staff it with a queue to prevent people jumping over the walls etc .... When someone is injured I'm sure this will be given more thought. I'm in resort so if you wish to discuss this please make contact, trying to raise this before I leave. Tomorrow will be a beach day until this situation is resolved . All other aspects of the hotel are EXCELLENT so this is a shame this one thing spoils it . Room 102 Jo

Currently on our last few days at the hotel. I thought hard about writing a review as it seemed too negative. Anyway here goes. Arrived at midnight after a flight delay and never ending coach joinery. Ivan in reception was helpful but not the most welcoming. We were asked to choose times to eat for all meals. We did but didn’t need to decide this after a long day. There was a nice touch of plated cold food for us but only water to drink. All bars closed. The machines were there but turned off. A cold fizzy drink would have been really welcomed. We were shown to our room by security. There are lots of slops and steps so if you have mobility issues you would struggle. I am awaiting a knee operation and just managed. Rooms: our room is D108 which is poolside. The room is very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Mini fridge and safe in the room. Pool: as mentioned by previous guests the pool doesn’t open till 10am. Everyone is gathered waiting to pounce for a sunbed. I have a 19 year old who is just getting out of bed but I personally feel this is too late for families with younger children. No inflatables allowed as the pool is small. For the first few days the life guard was very over zealous checking people but has now relaxed a little. Food: this is probably my biggest issue. Lots of choice but not cooked throughly or cold. I have bitten into spring rolls that were still frozen in the middle. Same with churros, cold inside. The hot plates don’t keep the food warm at all. Having times allocated when you can go in suits the hotel but no flexibility for guests if you wish to go out or do something. The lady checking your card is ok but no niceties for UK guests. She stopped me taking a gluten free cake for my poorly daughter at breakfast despite explaining stating I had to go to the snack bar for food. We have seen other guests (not English)making up food and taking it out without any challenge. The staff work hard in the restaurant but tables are never cleared of finished crockery whilst you are sat eating. Tables are only cleared when diners have finished. Personally a massive let down for me in a 4* hotel. Entertainment: by the pool bar each night. Never been a big fan of night time entertainment. We have had a DJ, violinist, and guitarist. All inclusive: we don’t really drink but worth noting the AI finishes at 2300hrs. Would we come back, probably not. UK guests ignored, meal times too restrictive and restaurant issues.

The hotel itself lovely, very clean and tidy and staff always on hand to Help. We had a suite & was happy with this, good size rooms etc the all inclusive bracket we was given cleverly unlocked our door which was good and so much better than having to Remember a room card! Food in the main restaurant was very poor all very repetitive and mainly fish based. Kids struggled for food, But I as saved by the fail safe pasta and cheese! I tried most things but towards for The end of the week even I struggled. Pool far to Small for the amount of Guests staying there, and if your not outside queuing By 930 for the pool which opens at 10 you had no Chance of Getting A sunbed. Once round the pool The lifeguard is very on it and there are NO balls allowed NO inflatables it’s swimming only! Which I get but the kids Want to Play. Mine were bored towards the end As there is only so Much swimming/sunbathing you can do. Everyone loves a lilo or a game of catch in The water! The beach is close by just a short 3/4 min walk away where can hire sun beds etc and has facilities to Clean feet etc. very windy at times so bring towel pegs!!!! Would I stay here again? No I don’t think I would this hotel isn’t for me.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff can not do enough for you and are very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are extremely spacious and the sea view rooms we had were lovely. The pool area is small for the size of the hotel and the only negatives for us we’re the strict rules around the pool. You couldn’t use any inflatables or balls in the pool and fun in the pool was restrictive! Rather disappointing when it’s promoted as a family hotel. The beach isn’t as close as we had hoped but that said it’s beautiful. Food was always excellent. Two members of the party have Ceoliac and they attempted to cater for us well. Drinks were of an excellent choice. Would we return???? I think because of the pool restrictions we probably wouldn’t as for us we enjoy fun games together which we couldn’t do but over all everything else was lovely and we really enjoyed a fun family break away (8 of us)

We booked here after our other holiday was cancelled and all I can say is that the hotel is excellent. Rooms The room was very spacious had two separate spaces one with the beds which had a sliding door, the other where you could sit or make up an extra bed, black out curtains were brilliant, lots of storage space, beds were so comfortable and I have to say more than likely the best shower I have ever had, water pressure was excellent and hot water constant, also there is a fridge in the room and the cleaners were faultless. Restaurant Again could not fault the food, my daughter cannot have Gluten so every day they asked her what she wanted and it was cooked fresh for her, lunch and evening meal, also there was a selection of cake and bread, lots of choices of different milks, lots of fruit, it is an all inclusive hotel, but we never choose to eat out as the food was excellent, also the staff cannot do enough for you, they were brilliant. Bar some drinks were payable, but all others were top brands, bar does close at 11.30 but after a day in the sun, that was enough and if you dont like the time you can always go out instead of moaning like some do!! Pool lovely pool, only downside is that some of the loungers were broken, these do need to be replaced, pool bar was lovely and selection of food during the day. The pool opens at 10am which is brilliant as you cant go down and put your towel on a sunbed, excellent idea, also it is cleaned daily and I have to say one of the cleanest pool areas again that I have seen. Beach just around the corner out the hotel, turn right about 4 min walk. fab beach, very clean, 4 sunbeds with umbrellas 27 euros, well worth it, the beach is stunning so is the water, crystal clear, but cold overall all a fantastic holiday, fantastic staff and we would definately return.

Our experience at this hotel was very good. There is so many positives that I would recommend to all. We arrived at around 11pm at night, Ivan checked us in and was friendly and helpful. We chose our meal slots without issue and was then kindly shown to our room by the security guard. We were also offered a cold dinner which had been prepared for us, the leftovers from dinner however this was still a nice touch. Your room key is on your wrist band which is very handy. Overall a very good check in experience. The room itself was absolutely spotless. We stayed in room A316 which had a stunning sea view (which we paid for). The rooms are spotlessly cleaned daily and very modern. Regarding other reviews which moan about the air con… if you keep your doors and curtains shut through the day, it will be kept at a nice cool 20 degrees. The fridge kept things cold and the safe is a nice addition. Additionally the free sanitary products, razor and toothbrushes are a really nice touch. As other reviews mention, be aware that most rooms are accessed via slopes so be careful if you have mobility issues. The food was never an issue for us, never piping hot but not cold. Both the restaurant food was nice and the pool bar. Also both were very clean. Drinks are worth the all inclusive package with spirits used such as Smirnoff and Gordon’s. The Mojito cocktail is a must try, it’s amazing!!! The restaurant and bar staff always working hard to clear tables and keep everything clean. The highlight of the restaurant is the fresh grilled station where a different meat or fish is grilled daily. Please be aware that the food gets a bit repetitive after 9 days however this doesn’t mark this hotel down as I would expect this at any all inclusive. The pool area opens at 10, it is roped off until then to stop people reserving sun loungers. This system works well if you are there for the rush at 10 however if you come after there may be a struggle to find a bed. The pool is absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. The water mat activity and aqua gym were especially entertaining!!! The overall location of this hotel is good, near local shops and bars. 2 min walk from the beach and 10 mins from Morro Jable which is a stunning little town. The hotel is around a 2 hour shuttle transfer from the airport however you are made aware of this at booking…. Thank you all for your hard work and for a wonderful stay… below is my summary of positives and improvements. Positives - Juan at the kids club was amazing - Hotel Cleanliness - Staff Helpfulness - Room size and facilities - Drinks (Especially the cocktails) Negatives - Queue for the pool bar was often long with only one staff serving (this needs addressing as can be queuing for a while during busy times) - Chaos for sun beds at 10 means you have to be there otherwise you miss out. - Enforcement of the clothes in pool bar, too many people coming in shirtless dripping wet next to the food and nothing being said. Please enforce this rule! If these issues are addressed, I have no doubt I would have rated the hotel perfect!

Who wants to relax by the pool at any time of the day or night then have to go to the lavatories where there’s a ash tray positioned, ‘leper’ comes to mind. Even the vapers have to go there. There is no table or chairs or brolly to class it as a smoking area The older guy constantly picking fights with the guests in the pool over pettiness 🤷🏼‍♀️The disgusted looks from all guests as they pass you smoking, is quiet insulting, Evening entertainment 😂not really, a bit of something going onhit and miss round the pool lol , but come 11 pm tumble weed as it’s deserted. pathetic attempt at all inclusive pool bar well the lead bar man (his name rubbed off ) had the shakes he was so stressed out it was palpable shaking doing the drinks miserable an understatement abd his assistant bar tender terrified of him. So expect what entertainment there is in the evening literally round the pool 😱 weird as chuff. The bed with the curtains are available for an extra 50 euro ,so they lay empty the entire time. If you have mobility issue a definite NO as the slopes are steep steeps to rooms far abd wide a trek to say the least. Meat so tough it’s inedible. Lifeless and flat atmosphere unless you have kids to enjoy the daytime stuff. Nothing allowed in the pool to play with God forbid! Teenagers, singles a no go you’ll be very very disappointed. The most boring, uninviting food ever. Never coming back, there’s to many other competitions that can blow this place out the water. Put in the room next to the kitchen and noisy air conditioning outlet to change room a further 200 euro ! Advise is to try different hotel nearby.
