Nice hotel, with very good service. The pool clean, the pool bar working the whole day. The hotel generally is very clean. All inclusive service works perfectly, surprised by the quantity of choice during the lunch. Would prefer some fruits for children at the pool bar during the pool time (what was not the case). The staff- cleaning service, waiters,...

We stayed as a family with 4 adult people. As we knowing the area very well, we just needed a place to sleep while visiting friends and relaxe a bit at the beach for some days. So you get what you pay for. It is an average 3 Star appartment accomodation. Don't expect luxury interior or high class food at...

Good location, good place for sleep, apartments itself are also good enough. But don't ask more. Use this place only as a point to start your trips around. Hard to find. No parking. WiFi doesn't work. No everyday room cleaning. Small and cold pool with no much space around. Some rooms are too close to the noisy street. They "forgot"...

Very nice apartment/hotel and staff. A big bonus for the cats that the hotel keep. Close to shops beach restaurants pharmacy and supermarkets. Parking is quite easy in the streets close to the hotel. The staff seems all fluent in German if that is what you wish to practice during your stay

Relaxia Jandia Luz hotel is very good located, you cross the main road and you are on a very nice sable beach! Little shops are close to the hotel, supermarkets Dino too. The hotel has small dark rooms, apartements with kitchen, TV, without hair-dryer. There is no A/C !!! The food was good, we had all inclusive: for lunch and...

This is a very good place to stay. We went with the all inclusive option and enjoyed the food. It offers a good choice and it's all freshly prepared. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. Really good holiday.

We booked this hotel for its price & location ! Big Mistake !! Very hard to find, right beside a very busy dual carriageway. Had to park our hire car a fair walk away up the hill, good job we were both of good health & mobility. Receptionist was very unwelcoming and so cold she could have made Hell freeze...

We planned this trip to relax and to go to the beach. The staff was nice, rooms are comfortable (the bed it is not the best, bus it's ok), it has a well equiped kitchen for the basic. We prefer to not stay on the all-inclusive package, but we ate at the restaurant a couple of times for convenience. It's...

Stayed for a week and purchased also the "all inclusive" -package due to reasonable pricing. The hotel was quite nice and clean. We had a room towards the main road but luckily there was some big trees to cover the view and to keep the traffic noise down. All inclusive was value for money (ca. 60€/week) eventhough we basically only...
