The opinions of our guests are very important to us, because they help us with the detection of improvement areas. We would like to start thanking your for your positive feedback about our staff and the hotel cleanliness. We appreciate very much your kind words. However, we are very sad to read we were not able to meet your expectations in so many ways. With regards to your comment about the extra services, please be informed that those are due informed to all the Tour operators we work with, so they can inform our mutual customers even before they book their holidays. Additionally, those are also advertised both in our website, hotel brochure and the info boards we have by the reception desk. We are sorry if you did not get the information in due time. As for your comment about the quality of the alcohol, we apologize if it wasn’t up to your standards. We try to have a good range of drinks within the All Inclusive that can meet the expectations of as many guests as possible. So sorry to see we were not able to meet yours. Nothing to say about your comment in relation to the wine, other than it being sadly pretty offensive. We have noted down your comment about the staff being insufficient in the bar as well as your comment about the Animation program. Both have been forwarded to our Management for review and consideration. In relation the early departure, be informed that we received the information of the change of dates from the Tour Operator who did not inform about the reason of the change. As you correctly say, it was certainly too late when we did find out the reason from you personally at your departure. We would have liked to know that in advance and speak to you personally during your stay and before you decided to leave early. Maybe we could have done something about it. In any case, we apologize for any inconvenience. Note however, that you need to claim the refund directly to your agency or Tour Operator. We can only manage this kind of refunds for direct customers, but never when there’s an agency or Tour operator involved. To summarize, both our staff and Management team work very hard every day to make as many guests as possible happy. We are truly sorry we could not achieve this goal in your case. So we take our guest’s comments very seriously and address them to the relevant departments for their review and consideration. We were very sorry to read that you felt disappointed with the hotel facilities and services. In relation to your comment about the room, as you correctly mentioned, we have several room categories including both rooms with and without sea view. As in most of the hotels, room upgrades are available under request and availability for a fair price. If we would’ve known you were not satisfied with the room booked, we would’ve been more than happy to check availability for a room upgrade which could have possibly met better your expectations. In any case, we apologize for the inconvenience. As for your comments about the variety and quality of the food served at the Restaurant, we would like to inform you that our Chef and their team work very hard in order to provide a wide range of international food that can fit the expectations of as many guests as possible, so we were very sorry to read we were not able to meet yours. As previously advised, we have forwarded your comments to our Chef and Management for consideration. Regarding the extra services such as the pool towels or the upgrade to All Inclusive Premium, those are due informed to all the Tour Operators we work with, so they can provide all the information to our mutual customers even before they have booked their holidays. Additionally, those extra services are advertised both in our website as well as in the info boards we have by the Reception desk. We are though sorry, you did not receive the information in advance through any of those routes.
