Really not sure how this accommodation is advertised by JET2!! Thank god we were only there for 3 nights. I've stayed in some dodgy apartments back in my 20 / 30's - but these are the worst! Rock hard beds / dirty rooms / filthy floors / very old fashioned and dated/only 1 small mirror in the whole apartment / balcony door lock broken / awful towels - bring your own! Lift not working - looks like it's never worked. The Chap on reception was very friendly - that's the only positive.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but I really enjoyed staying here with my son and another family for the last 5 days. The apartments are furnished simply, but authentic. Tiled terracota floors, blue furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. The apartments are clean, tidy and large enough for a family! One of the things that stands this accomodation apart for me, is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. To always be greeted by a genuine smile whether you are passing through reception, ordering a drink at the bar or settling down to a game of bingo, really means a lot to me! If you’re not a fan of a few stairs, then you really need to request one of the rooms accessible by the lift. The stairs are a great workout to burn off some of the delicious cocktails or Sangria from the bar 😉 A big shout out to Carl who puts his heart and soul into the entertainment, a really star! Thank you for such great hospitality!!

We stayed here for 8 days through the Easter and we enjoyed every minute! Cheap and very cheerful. All staff are very friendly. Staff at the reception were VERY helpful staff, they could not do more for you! We briefly mentioned to receptionist about renting the car and in half an hour there was one waiting for us outside! Quick service, and good prices sorted form the reception and also happy to help with other queries. Our Apartment was very basic but clean and for the price we could not complain. Reception area looked clean but a bit bare but we were out of season. Place itself is very central, lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Beach 5-10 min walk. We also used the bus, again a 10min walk. We definitely would recommend!

Okay, we stayed for 8 nights and we used Holiday Park for our base to see Mallorca. Let me start by pointing out that renting a car in Mallorca is a little crazy because public transportation seems to be very good and the added fact that there is lack of parking spaces everywhere we went and we stayed in September so I can not imagine how it would be in July. As for our stay in Holiday Park, you get a large 1 bedroom room with comfortable furniture and a nice terrace and a fridge which is perfect. We stayed in the hotel 2 of our days and met Karl (man in charge of activities of the hote) and he was very funny and friendly with all ages. Yes, if we go back to Mallorca we will stay at the same hotel very happily.

Liked the rooms and kitchen and dining room space. Also a balcony which was extra space to put shoes, wet swimming costumes and my sons lilo. My 3 yr. old son slept on the pull out sofa bed which was fine for him and we had the bedroom with air conditioning which was great. Not sure a big teenager or adult would be comfortable on the sofa bed though. Stairs up the the room were ok as we were on the first floor. Pools were great and the staff were great. Room got cleaned well by the cleaning ladies and we were left fresh towels and beds were also changed during the week. The beach and centre of the resort are very close to walk to and we liked the selection of restaurants and shops available. Good week and we are looking at June dates for next summer already.

We stayed here as a couple in early October. Checked in very quickly at reception and shown to our apartment opposite the pool. There was around 30 steps which had a hand rail, so not too bad.it looks as if the apartment had been recently renovated with new kitchen units, number 51. On a previous review someone said the beds were rock hard so I actually took two off cuts of memory foam with me just in case. We didn’t have to use them as we found the beds firm and slept well. The shower was a walk in type which was lovely. It was good having a table and chairs in a living room plus a settee which converts to another bed. It was great for sitting on, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it unless you fell out with the other half. I would say the apartment is a lot more suitable for a couple. The hotel is situated on the quiet bit at the end of all the bars. When you turn right outside the hotel, bars, restaurants and shops are minutes away, and just over 5 to 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The staff at this Hotel are always happy to help and are a credit to the Hotel. I will try to list what I think are good and bad points about this Hotel. GOOD POINTS Staff Kitchen with hob, toaster, fridge, sink, plates, pots, cups and cutlery. Decent shower Table and chairs inside and small table and chairs outside Free Wi-Fi Double wardrobe with plenty of hangers Bar on site Plenty of sun loungers 4 sockets in kitchen, 2 in bedroom, 1 in bathroom A secure luggage room BAD POINTS No shower gel/shampoo No plug for sink and also no tea towel There is a daily charge for aircon and it’s only in bedroom Also a charge for safety deposit box which is secure in reception area but it’s quite small, large enough for passports, money, not big enough for an iPad

Nice break. We were welcomed warmly and inside our big apartment within minutes. There were quite a few steps up to the apartment but nothing we couldn't manage. It was clean everywhere we looked. The apartment, the swimming pool area, the little gardens dotted around and the reception. All the staff are very cheerful and helpful on reception with our questions. One thing that was a pain was the noise from the upstairs apartment. They didn't respect us at all and kept us awake at night sometimes with chairs being dragged across the floor. Other than that it was all good. The food at the poolside bar is good and made to order and we liked that we felt comfortable enough to chat and meet people and make some new friends at the bar.

Would never go again. So outdated. Lift not working, 65 steps up to our apartment. Kitchen totally inadequate if you are self catering, just two rings, a kettle and a toaster, and that blew all the electricity when we tried to use it, (it was replaced) Towels and bedding so old no longer white and we're not replaced often enough, in fact after about 5 days I took the pillowcases off and they were not replaced. Tiny balcony only 2 could sit out there, although room was for up to 4 persons. I could go on and on with how bad I think this place is. If you don't believe me then try it, I dare you lol. However please if you having walking difficulties then avoid at all costs.
