Arrived at the hotel late on a Sunday night check in was quick and easy and we were directed to our room ( I think it was 126 or 128) when we arrived at the room and looked out we were very disappointed.Tiny outdoor terrace couldn’t fit 4 out there tucked away in the corner with no sunlight or view. After feeling tired and upset I decided to ask about changing rooms. The nan on reception was happy for us to change and we moved to room 403 top floor with a great view (unfortunately not lift so getting cases up 4 flights of stairs is tiring)

Hotel itself is small but we liked that.Staff were all polite and helpful.Rooms weren’t as big as I thought but big enough for a family of 4 just not much storage for 10 days worth of stuff.Rooms had a microwave fridge and a hob would of really benefited from a grill.

Pool area was always tidy and very quiet when we were there never had to fight for a lounger.Entertainment at night didn’t seem that great only watched it for an hour 1 night aimed at very young children disco 8.30-9.30 then a show at 9.30 then closed.

Location was great step out of the hotel an a supermarket next door and you just follow the road left and it’s full of shops bars restaurants (every other pub was an Irish bar) Wouldn’t say it was a very family friendly resort full of groups of hens stags birthdays etc and nothing on entertainment wise for the kids out in the bars at night. The resort was mainly Irish didn’t meet a single English person our whole time there.

Overall lovely holiday and would definitely stay at holiday center again as no issues there but maybe just as a couple or with a group of friends.

Not the best start to our stay, to begin with we were given a terrible room around the side of the hotel which was small and dingy with absolutely no view. Room 131 if you arrive and get given this room or the one next door 132. Ask for a room move straight away and save yourself the 5 minute walk to the room as guaranteed you’ll be back at reception asking for a move as soon as you see it. I asked to be moved rooms however they couldn’t move us until the following morning so we had one night in there unfortunately which meant we couldn’t unpack and get settled. The following morning when I returned to the reception at 10am I was in fairness given my choice of rooms from all the ones that were becoming available that day. The second room we got couldn’t be more different from the first one it was bright and spacious with a good view overlooking the pool. The pool is nice enough how’s is a bit on the small side for the amount of people using the hotel also the pool isn’t very deep either so no lifeguard on duty. As for sun beds we never had a problem getting 3 together thankfully everyone staying here seemed to use common decency and didn’t reserve beds at silly o’clock in the morning you could easily go down at 10am for example and get beds. The pool bar serves a decent selection of food and drink which for the most part was good only had one bad meal. The air conditioning is decent and is free, there’s a safe in the room which is €3 per day with a €5 deposit. Location wise the hotel is close to the Irish strip plus plenty of nice restaurants however is just far enough away that you don’t get any noise whatsoever.

Just back from a cracking 10 night stay at the Holiday Centre. Hotel is just up from the main strip and those pubs were very busy, but we never heard a thing. Very quiet. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Shower is fantastic. Your rooms aren't cleaned unless you request it at reception which I found a bit strange but not a huge problem.
The pool is a good size and always warm. My 2 year old little boy loved it. No lifeguard on duty at all though.
Reception staff couldn't be more helpful.
Breakfasts are good with lots of options.
The bar area could be a little more organised. Witnessed a few guests upset at times taken for their food orders, sometimes upto an hour and a half. They don't seem to have a system in place for orders. Food quality was mixed. Ate there a few times.
There is a kids club but we didn't see it open very often. The child's entertainer Pab played some water sports in the pool with older kids but nothing really for little children (not that we would have sent our two year old to kids club alone).
The night time entertainment is perfect for kids, they have a little mini disco and a parrot show and bingo. The pool bar area shuts at 10.30 so it's nice and quiet at night time however we did think it could have stayed open a little later.
All in all we loved our stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Full of palm trees. Always clean and maintained.

We went here with 4 adults, two teenagers and 2 five year olds. We didn't pay that much for the holiday so weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised.
The apartments are a good size for 4 people, the sofa turns into a bed and there is a pull out bed beneath it. It had everything we needed, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plenty of towels, loo rolls, sheets etc. Bathroom was great, nice powerful shower. Aircon was nice and cold but had to leave the bedroom door open for it to reach inside.
Apparently this used to be a bit of a party hotel but this has now changed and it's all families.
The kids club in the morning was very good and Pab, the entertainer, works so hard to make sure that everyone is happy. The evening entertainment is great, different each day but always a mini disco and games for the kids. Afterwards there is either a parrot show, a magician, a music quiz which, quite frankly was hilarious as my daughter was the captain of one team and her husband was the captain of the other so it was frantically competitive and they both ended up having to jump in the pool at the end to cool down! There is also an exotic pets show which all the children loved. Pab is the most wonderful entertainer and if you want your kids to have fun go here.
The pool isn't massive but it's not too deep, an adult can stand up in the deepest part. There is also a small pool for little kids, a play park, a games area and a sandpit. There's plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs to sit at whilst at the pool.
The only negative was the food service at the bar, a bit hit and miss and a long wait for food. The drinks service was fine. The breakfast service was very good but like with most inclusive breakfast hotels you get much the same offerings every day.
I've been to santa ponsa before and stayed in pirates village but if I go back it will be to the holiday centre.
The beach at santa ponsa is really nice, much better than the very smelly beach at palma. If you can hire a car there's some great places to visit and some more lovely beaches. The hotel charges €35 a week for a dedicated parking space so you don't have to worry.
Great fun, great holiday, lovely helpful staff and Pab, we miss you!

These apartments are perfectly located. Just a short stroll from the beach, pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, you will not be needing taxis. Apartments are clean, comfortable, well equipped, great shower, good quality mattresses, multi channel TV. There are washing and drying machines, ironing boards on the premises, drying racks on the balconies. Ideal accommodation for families, playground, kids club, children's swimming pool, safe and clean. The whole property is very well maintained, the pool area and garden area are a pleasure to use. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols, evening entertainment for the little ones, mini disco, bingo etc, Lovely pool snack bar. Very quiet at night. We love it here and hope to return next year. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you would not pass through reception area without a greeting. Well done all of you at Aparthotel Holiday Centre.

Clean and tidy hotel, rooms recently refurbed 420/421 both great rooms, slightly further from the pool avoids daytime noise. View from room was nice, almost get a sea view.
The pool was clean and not over chlorinated, water is very cold, you get used to it though. Hotel put on evening entertainment for young children.
The restaurant is basic buffet but very reasonably priced (30€ family x4 with drinks) The staff at hotel are fantastic, in particular the lady at reception, who couldn’t do any more to help. Hotel is just far enough to avoid bar noise, but close enough to walk to anything you need.
Overall we had a brilliant family holiday here, highly recommend.

Booked an Easter Break here with some friends, and we were very pleased with what we found.
Okay, it's not 5 Star, but doesn't claim to be; everywhere was clean & tidy, but the best thing about this Aparthotel was the staff!!!
From the moment we checked in with a lovely lady who was smiling throughout (even while wearing a face covering), it was a pleasure interacting with everyone that worked there, especially in the poolside bar where the daytime snack food was first class and reasonably priced.
Good location (10 minute stroll to the beach) but far enough to be quiet at night.

Lovely hotel, covid clean as the domestics are always cleaning and face masks are worn inside. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need and the hotel staff are wonderful. They serve breakfast and tea, both buffet style which had a good selection of food each day at good prices. I knocked it down a point as it does get very noisy..you can literally hear a pin drop from the apartments surrounding you. It gets very noisy at night too that we had to move the kids mattresses into the one room so we could shut the door and some of the noise out.

Lovely hotel. Lots of families there and a few younger party goers but no noise. Night time it is very quiet and peaceful. It’s within 5 minutes walking distance to bars and restaurants which was handy. Had a really nice time here and no complaints at all. If you want to eat in the hotel, the food is good. Especially the pizzas - get them when they’re on special.

Staff are lovely and very helpful.

A couple of things to consider depending on your travel purpose. The entertainment is over relatively early and the bar closes at 10.30pm. The pool is quite small so it’s always full. You can go to other pools though and the beach is not far away. You have to get up pretty early if you like a sun bed with a parasol. The breakfast is average and if it’s not in the booking price it’s 9€ per person.

For our trip though none of this mattered and we had an amazing time. Would definitely go again
