We initially booked to fly to Greece for our holiday but had to cancel, our agent rebooked another date to this hotel. The hotel isn't too bad food was fantastic and the entertainment. But my kids had a terrible experience especially in the evening people getting drunk and swearing and shouting when ppl are asleep.

Stayed here for our first family holiday in September 2018 (wouldn't let me select that in the review) and we are desperate to be back here! Excellent staff, delicious food and fab entertainment. We had 4 children with us aged 1, 6, 7 and 11 and they all still now ask when we will be back. They loved staying here as did us adults. The hotel is in a decent location about 15mins from the beach and has a big super market just up the road. The entertainment is great for all ages and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and more than enjoying there holiday. The rooms were very clean and from what we could tell all the rooms had a pool view. Our only regret is that we didn't stay all inclusive!! We would recommend this hotel to every family!

The staff and is what made this place feel like a 5 star holiday - AMAZING staff All of them - the entertainment staff, the customer service staff, kids club, bar, restaurant - literally ALL of them are absolutely fantastic and they are what makes this fabulous pirate hotel even better. We have been on package holidays to 5 star family resorts before and never had the great service, the great food and great entertainment all in one - and you have it here! We were meant to be going to Corfu this year which has unfortunately not gone to plan so instead we have rebooked to go back here in September - I don’t know who is more excited us or the kids!!!! We booked as self catering and we upgraded to all inclusive for our second week there and we wish we had just done all inclusive in the first place! Sooooo much easier and the variety of food and drink is fantastic. Even better for parents if you go all inclusive your kids can help themselves to slush puppies and ice cream and soft drinks any time from the pool bar and the beer and wine taps are on the customer side of the bar - no ridiculously long queues and thimble sized drinks here! Well done pirates village- you have certainly got it right for families! No wonder you have people returning year after year - we are coming back and can’t wait to see you all again! If you are looking for great value and a fantastic family holiday with endless amounts of entertainment and things to do for the kids - book to go here - you won’t regret it!!!!

We booked on holiday for our entire family to enjoy but mainly for our kids to have a great time. Pirates is great for smaller kids but our children are 10 and 12 years old and they liked much much more going to the beach than staying around the pool are as the entertainment becomes repetitive and more for smaller kids, they were not as amused. Food ok, location ok, 3 star is a fair rating in my opinion.
