We had a lovely stay at this hotel, our junior suit was amazing lovely and light and very modern with a lovely view from our balcony, staff were also very accommodating the lady we had helping us was LILLY she went out of her way to make sure our stay was as good as possible! Very happy and was also accommodating with our late flight and helped us with a late checkout, couldn’t fault our experience!!! We done 3 nights and will be booking here for our extended family next year. Thankyou 5*** Mr and Mrs Myers
After the original date of our holiday was moved back from may to October we ended up with an upgraded room which was quite nice. However the shower leaked ovrr the bathroom floor, when I mentioned this to reception they said 'yes it does'. Most staff looked fed up (not all). Food was ok with different options daily. We had a late check out but when we asked for a room to get ready in were told the hotel was full so had to get ready in the toilets, not ideal. The location to the town and beach is short walking distance. The rooftop bar and pool shut in sept.
Stayed for a week here in September, over all a great experience. Staff even though they were really busy very attentive ,Tony and Isabel in the restraunt never stopped working and very attentive giving 5 star customer service, food was mostly cateredfor German visitors but there was always something nice to eat.House keeping cleaned everyday and the rooms were spotlessly clean Lily at reception was so helpful over all a great wee hotel
Good hotel great reception staff very helpful, spotlessly clean hotel except for the pool that could do with a clean around the side walls. Nice food and a good variety and nice staff in the restaurant. Great bar staff especially Cristel and the tall blonde 👧 girl who are very friendly. Lovely roof sun terrace and roof top cocktail bar however your all inclusive band doesn’t allow you to obtain drinks in the cocktail bar. Poor entertainment although they do try, mainly French Dutch German and Spanish not many English holiday makers. Close to the beach
Arrived at the hotel, had to walk through bar area that smells musty and is very poorly lit. The carpet on the stairs was dirty and also smelled. We opened the door to our room on the second floor and the room was not ready; dirty sheets on the beds with spots of blood on one. Dirty floor with tiles that were loose under the feet. The sliding door that lead out to the balcony would not lock. The room was crawling with ants. There was spots of rust on the shower surroundings. The air-conditioning was loud as was the small fridge. The pool was small and looked dirty around the sides, we tried the breakfast once and wouldn’t eat it again. The price of drinks was extortionate, two half’s of 7Up from a 1.5 ltr bottle was 6 euros!! No way on earth is this hotel a 4 star. If it is then the H10 Casa del Mar down the road, in which we have booked for next year must be an 8 star hotel!…
