The Reverence Life Hotel garners praise for its cleanliness and spacious rooms, with the majority of guests finding comfort in the well-maintained spaces and proximity to the beach and local shops. While the relaxing atmosphere and music at the pool are highlights for many, there are mentions of evening noise and a lack of umbrellas. Travelers enjoy the food variety and value, yet some caution about extra costs. Service quality seems inconsistent, with experiences ranging from warm and efficient to less satisfactory encounters.

Hotel very clean, food choices ok and nice tasting, best bacon I've ever had at a hotel, Location good, near beach and bars, shops etc. Our section of the Hotel (Sunrise) was the furthest away from the beach, to get to it (with cases etc) you walk through the bar area to a lift where you arrive next to the main pool which you have to walk around (People sunbathing swimming etc) which leads to another lift which deposits you to another pool/snack bar which again you have to walk through. You then make your way to the Spa/gym area which again you have to walk through to access a door opposite the gym area yet another lift which finally takes you to your allocated room (Quite a hike!) especially as your having to do this every day to get to Breakfast/Bar/Beach etc. Our room was a premium and came with Tea/Coffee making facilities a small fridge that kept items cool not cold, bed was large and comfortable, TV had numerous UK channels, balcony overlooked 2 pools and was large enough. Staff were always cleaning and Hotel was clean, in our block we had a swimming pool at the top, approx 12.5 meters long and I think 1.5 meters deep at its deepest point, we regularly found the area empty, great to sunbathe and take a dip in the pool. Now to the not so goods, our room had the smallest bin I've ever seen so we regularly had empty bottles etc massed next to it on the floor, a 2nd larger bin would have helped, next the upstairs pool area had no WIFI or Bin, we also reported blood on one of the Bed Sunbathers, these things were reported to reception on 3 separate occasions, due to no WIFI it cost to use mobiles etc, no bin meant rubbish/plasters etc would find itself accumulating in the pool so bits of tissue etc were floating ugh!. It took nearly 3 days to semi sort these issues, WIFI was still so poor it would drop in/out, still no bin on the day we left, cover with blood on was removed (Cleaned?) and replaced but stains still there, Entertainment was sparce and average at best, I think Elyse was the best of the singers/shows that were on. TUI had changed our flight times which meant we needed the room until 18:00hrs which cost us a further 35 Euros so on the whole and for the price we paid disappointed, if these problems had been sorted a higher score would have been given especially as the Hotel is rated 4* and is an MSH Senses unit.

We paid extra for a premium room with sea view. These are actually located in a detached smaller building to the front of the main hotel.
It has a roof terrace and small pool just for use of the guests in that building, which is great, but it could benefit from having its own little bar for drinks & snacks... paying a premium to get good rooms but then having to go down the lift, thru the gate, across the road, thru the lobby and round the other pool to get to the bar became a little tedious and definitely didn’t give you that ‘premium paid’ feel! The rooms were modern, spacious and had all the amenities you could wish for, the bed was extremely comfortable and absolutely huge! Great nights sleep!
The staff were all really friendly and helpful throughout, certainly made to feel welcome at every turn! The hotel was clean and tidy throughout.! Entertainment was ‘subtle’ but this was okay for us. The spa was a nice bonus, free for guests use... I did pay for a massage, which was amazing!
The restaurant is in the basement of the main building and was clean and well stocked, we never went without and everything was really nice!
The location of the hotel is up a slight hill but still within walking distance of the beach and surrounding bars, restaurants and shops (amazing bakery and coffee place at the bottom of the hill - open very late at night & very early in the morning!) Would absolutely recommend Senses Santa Ponsa and would definitely return!

I stayed in this hotel in the beginning of September, I liked it so much I returned 3 weeks later in Oct. When I checked in the first time I was told that I was in the Sky building which was on the other side of the street opposite the main building, I have been to many hotels but I had never been in a separate building to the main hotel however this was great and very relaxing building with its own pools on the ground floor and the roof. The receptionist explained the meals, that I would have my breakfast in the sky building and my main meal in the main building, the dinning areas were very plush and clean. I thought the breakfast dinning arrangement was really well designed and you could have your breakfast by the pool, which was a nice touch. The food was well arranged and there was someone on the hot plate happy to make you fresh fried eggs and omelettes. The dinning room was very well arranged too with a great selection of food, there was something different every night. I like salad and vegetables so I found that I was very well catered for, there was also a hot plate for steak and chicken, plus they did grilled veg, I recommend the mushrooms. I also ate a load a chips when at the dinner times that I usually avoid because I like to eat healthy. The staff in both dining rooms were very attentive and courteous. I was asked if I would like a drink at the evening meal, i chose to have a bottle of water and I was charged and paid with my euros debit card which I found to be okay. I sat by the pool at the main hotel building and had a couple of coffees and lagers, i had never been to an adult hotel before and thought it was great to have no children running around. I also thought that the hotel pool area was absolutely beautiful, almost like a scene from Beverly Hills in the movies. My room was very modern and had a good sized fridge, I had tea and coffee which I did not use. I was staying in a superior comfort room with a balcony, I thought the view was fine. I thought that the hotel was very well organised and staff were all very friendly and hard working. The hotel bar was very plush and I enjoyed the entertainment that was on. I am going to return to this hotel in 2022, I won’t be considering any other hotels in Santa Ponsa.

We choose Msh Mallorca Senses, because we wanted to stay in a hotel close to the beach while being able to drive around the island to visit all the sights. After arriving the first challenge was to find a prober parking spot for our rental car. If you arrive at the wrong time and are out of luck that can be pretty challenging. Unfortunately, the private parking spots on the hotel’s ground are extremely limited. Make sure you book them in advance if you plan to bring a car. Alternatively, we have seen two public parking lots around which require a short 5 to 10-minute walk. If you use any public parking lot on the island, always remember to never leave anything visible in the car. The staff was friendly, and the room were what we expected. Some days the room service was better than other days, but we always got along. There was no coffee machine in the room though. For a 10-euro deposit we got an old-school, physical safe key and could lock away our valuable items. The safe was quite small though. You could get in an iPad, but no laptop. The gym was definitely above average and provided a nice selection of dumbbells, a rower and even a barbell rack beside the typical treadmill. The breakfast was quite nice too but could be improved regarding the quality of the food. They offered fresh prepared pancakes and omelets. The sky pool was awesome to hang out, overlook the beach and take some selfies to get our friends jealous. They offered a cocktail of the day, which was nice, but the cocktails themselves are better in other bars around. Overall, I would recommend Msh Mallorca Senses and come back if the deal is right.

We booked a premium room in the Sunrise building on half-board basis as a couple on a late September trip for 3 nights. The premium room came with access to an exclusive rooftop pool for those in this part of the hotel.

Of the three pools, the exclusive rooftop pool saw much more of the sun throughout the day for obvious reasons. The mid level pool was often in shade and the lower level pool was a case of having to regularly move around to stay out of the shade. As well as this the rooftop pool was significantly less busy (and you could sneak your own snacks and drinks up there!). The price difference per night for us to book the premium room directly via the hotel's website compared with a standard room via booking.com, was almost zero. For this reason I would strongly recommend booking a premium room at this hotel. It also came with a larger room with a terrace and a huge bed.

Located right next to the beach in Santa Ponsa, and with a bus stop only a few hundred metres away that took you into Palma within 30 minutes, the location was perfect.

The dinner was surprisingly nice, though desserts were a bit lacking perhaps. Breakfast wasn't quite as I would have hoped - wasn't a great fan of the cooked breakfasts and I've had nicer croissants etc at other hotels.

The staff were friendly. Rooms clean. Nice gym and spa. All in all, a perfect setting for a romantic break.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and really enjoyed it and Rebooked looking to have a really good time again, we were disappointed.

Food

It was never hot at breakfast or dinner, luke warm food is not in anyway appealing so we ate out a few times for a hot meal which you really should not have to do, if you don’t like fish you may have an issue.

Room

Our room was 4 lifts away from the dining room or 118 stairs not ideal in any hotel, it could have been cleaned a bit more everyday as floors were not cleaned everyday and this is vital in any hotel.

Pool

We had a roof top pool that was never cleaned, the attention was concentrated on other areas of the hotel I raised this with cleaning supervisor and was told they would deal with it, never happened we had to clean area we were sitting in before we could enjoy a day at the pool, not enough umbrellas at pool areas.

Bar Prices

They were quite high for a hotel and were half the price at the local bars next to the hotel.

We love going to Santa Ponsa but will not be back at this hotel as we were disappointed on our second visit and would advise all customers that this review is an honest appraisal of this hotel.

Me and my Partner went at the end of august. This hotel though a little more expensive than others around santa ponsa, is well worth the little extra to pay.

We had a double seaview room, staying in the sunet building (From what i could work out, it was the most basic of all buildings, and we loved it)

The room was cleaned every day, and was spotless each time. The bedding didn't get changed during our visit, but it was fresh on arrival. This didn't bother us, as it does state this on the website.

Breakfast at the hotel was as reported by other reviews.
We found the hot food was cold, even though it was under heat lamps and over hot plates. Breakfast items like fruit however was plentyful, so i opted for anything that was supposed to be cold. Other than the temperature issue, the food was good.

Our building had access to a small pool on the roof of the building, depth of 1m. It was very clean. There were plenty of sunbeds during the day.

At any point you could go to the roof and find a sunbed without having to reserve it during the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with keeping our room until 2pm on day of checkout.

If you need to shower before your flight and dont have a room, there is the spa and some showers near main reception to use. They also provide luggage storage for free.

Beach towels are available, though with a 10 euro deposit on each, 1 euro is charged if you want a fresh towel. We did not need to change since it was only used on the beds to dry off.
A fresh towel was provided for free however when we went for a shower.

In summary:
Very lovely hotel, Brilliant facilities, Friendly staff, Clean and tidy.

The only reason im not giving it 5/5 is because of the cold food, which at best is a minor inconvenience.

We've been enjoying two week here and will check out tomorrow.

It's been our first experience of staying half board for several years. Given the price we paid to upgrade from bed and breakfast only, we thought that the food offered outstanding choice, quantity and variety. The staff in the restaurant were all very welcoming and extremely hardworking too. It would be nice if water was made available at dinnertime for free though.

Our room was kept clean and the cleaners were always on hand to make up the room when we wanted it to be done. (This was a help to me as I had to work for some of my time here). The room itself was basic and we were a little disappointed to discover that our 1st floor room faced the road. After arriving, I did enquire about changing rooms but was told we'd need to pay 16 Euros for that. This was a little disappointing, given that the hotel was never close to capacity. Note to the gentleman on reception: first impressions last!

We liked the hotel swimming pools and I used the gym and spa a number of times. It was a pity that there was no drinking water made available to guests in either the gym or the spa. The opening hours were from 10am until 7pm. These times seemed to have been set with the interests of management, rather than guests, at heart. I'm sure there are many people, like me, who enjoy having a work out in the morning before breakfast. The evening cut off seemed a bit harsh too.

That said, we found Santa Ponsa to be a friendly and peaceful little town and we loved the beach and its surroundings. I'd still recommend this hotel to others and hope that it can add a few simple touches to make it even better for future visitors.

Arrived home on Wednesday from a 4 night stay at Senses adult only hotel. Check in was very easy, We got given two vouchers for a glass of cava in the bar. The hotel is fab, rooms are spacious and very clean. We stayed on the first floor in the main building and our balcony was huge!

Weather wasn’t great for our trip but we had the spa so it was fine- spa is fabulous. There is a pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a Turkish bath (more like a steam room.) we used it every day. You can bring your own towel or hire from reception for €10 deposit each.

Breakfast was lovely- usual buffet with hot and cold foods and also someone making fresh omlettes and pancakes.

It’s a bit further away from the nightlife so at the end of the night we got a taxi back, only cost €3.10-€3.20.

We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Hotel Senses is a fabulous hotel,I was having second thoughts regarding booking after reading some of the negative reviews but so glad we went, staff from when we arrived until we left couldn’t have been anymore helpful, always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned as is the pool areas, food in the hotel is buffet there is a wide range of foods which would cater for everyone. It was my partner’s birthday when we stayed we came back to the room to a lovely note and a bottle of Prosecco, a very nice touch from the staff. We upgraded to the premium rooms which gave us access to the roof top pool which was really quiet and peaceful, would recommend it.
