Really enjoyed our 3 week stay here, have stayed here number of times and always enjoyed ,staff very pleasent in all departments, cleaners work so hard ,nice pools if you like swimming wouldn't hesitate to stay here again,we were half board so can not comment on all inclusive medplaya young lady who is located near reception area very helpful, can not really recommend tui as hardly ever saw them and not the best of company to travel with,
As per previous poster. No inflatables …no t shirts in pools seemingly plenty wearing them today without anything said. My daughter was playing in the splash park with another child and the lifeguard told them to keep the noise down. Children younger than 5, 6 years old? Really? Bread is restaurant so some of worst bread, stale, surely bread not hard to get right? Some staff nice others barely raise a smile and you just feel like an inconvenience to them. This isn’t a 3 star i would say 2 star hotel at best. Also although maids do fab job with rooms the same can’t be said for around the pool area where I’ve seen plastic cups sitting with juice in them the past two days.
Currently in the ball Hotel and I can honestly say I have never met with so many rules, the lifeguard has battled all week with guests as the hotel has so many rules around the pool, don't jump, dive, go underwater, shout/scream, play music, eat, no inflatables, can't even put a t shirt on a child to prevent sun burn in water, also until today no one was made aware of these rules, a massive board has gone up today with that many big red crosses on its almost funny
Just back from a lovely stay here, we had a lovely top floor room in block 1 with a beautiful sea view, no complaints at all! The staff were all really nice and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well looked after. The food was a typical mixture of all sorts, different each night and a really random assortment of choices but myself and my very fussy partner both found things to eat every day and didn’t go hungry! Having read other reviews of the location of this hotel, I can say with certainty that ‘cardiac hill’ is a massive overreaction from those complaining. Yes it’s a hill but my goodness it’s not far up it, and allows for lovely views, as well as being in close proximity to the beach. Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
This has to be the best All Inclusive we have stayed in and can’t wait to come back. Food, staff and location fantastic. 7 mins walk to the beach and great Irish bar down the road to the right Mullarkeys. Food was amazing and always hot. Snack bar had burgers, hot dogs, bread and constant coffee and teas. Cocktails and choice of alcoholic drinks were brilliant. Can’t wait to come back in August
A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff excellent and hard working. Good choice of food at mealtimes, especially the night they had suckling pig on the carvery. On the minus side, it’s a fairly steep walk up from the front and there’s a bit of noise from the extraction fans from the kitchen on our balcony, but otherwise very nice stay. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if that’s your thing. I’d come back.
Just back from a great week at the Bali. The bedroom was beautiful, the hotel was spotless.Very helpful Dorra on reception, will be back in September for more of the Spanish sunshine, although it rained on our last day.
We stayed here for a week, leading up to Easter and were pleased with our overall experience. It is a 3 star hotel and well run by good staff throughout. Checking-in on arrival was a very pleasant experience due to the welcoming Receptionist. Our room, 3505 in Block 3 was clean and everything worked in the studio. The balcony faces NorthEast so gets very little sun, and it overlooks the Main Pool as well as the Kiddies Pools which can get a little noisy. The breakfasts and evening meals were of a good standard and there was sufficient choice to please most people. The furniture needs up-dating but it is just a 3 star, so guests must accept this. Our only criticism is that the fridge in the studio is very old and does not have a door on the freezer compartment, so the contents get much too cold. Apart from that, we can recommend the Bali to those looking for a clean Hotel which is good value and in a good location, close to the Marina and lovely promenade.…
Do not stay here. Came here for 5 nights in the Easter holidays for a quick getaway. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. The only good thing is the rooms and the pools (which are freezing) so only went into the pool once. You can tell the hotel is very run down and not a lot of effort put into keeping it up to date. The entertainment is extremely poor. Some of the staff are very rude and language barriers are huge problems. We stayed all inclusive and the food and drink was awful. Have to take your cup back to be able to get another drink, very limited drinks, if you want mixers with your drinks you have to pay even though you are all inclusive. Choice of about 3 cocktails which come under all inclusive. The buffet is catered to Spainish people, food was awful and repetitive, with a choice of about 5 dishes everyday. One of the nights I felt extremely ill after eating the food, which put me off for the rest of the holiday. Had to leave the hotel most nights to get food because of how poor the selection was. After the first day here I was ready to go home. If your thinking of coming here, I would think again!…
